As the battle raged on, neither Immortal Beasts were willing to lose the fight. Despite being less intelligent than humans, Spirit Beasts do have so instinctual pride as living creatures.

As the fight between the two behemoth creatures reached the climax, Ash summoned Nightfla from his Storage Ring.
He leaped to the air, the surge of his Qi Energy made the two Immortal Beasts caught in surprise when Ash used Nightfla’s Active Skill.

Of course, Ash only shouted the skill’s na in his head so he wouldn’t disclose his position.
After which, the whole swamp was turned into a pool of hot lava. The heat was so extre, it even set the surrounding woods ablaze in wildfire.
"Azure Finch! Control the wildfire! Don’t let it spread outside the zone."
Afterward, the blue Sentient Sword lashed towards the sky, she then flying in a circle around the affected area, covering the ground with snow.
The sudden ambush made the giant spider lose its footing. Ash used this opportunity to stab its massive head with the Yinghui’s Crystal Sword. He stabed its eyes nonstop, and caused it to flail in pain while shooting its cobwebs to every direction.
On the other hand, the One-Eyed Salamander was caught by the cobwebs, reducing its movent speed significantly.
Ash leaped from one tree to another at high speed while cutting down the branches to let the moonlight bathe the swamp to diverge the salamander’s attention. He knew that nocturnal Immortal Beasts are very sensitive to lights.
As both Immortal Beasts were confused about what was happening, Ash ended Nightfla’s active skill.

Though it was impossible to kill a Mystical Rank Immortal Beast with his current cultivation stage, Ash was determined to take its eyes with him.
At this mont, Ash used his reserve to Primordial Qi, he focused every ounce of his energy into the blade. Subsequently, the heat was just barely enough to cut through the Salamander’s flesh, and he pulled out the eye from its eye socket.
The Salamander writhed in pain wildly. Even though Ash had mustered every trick under his sleeve, however, the big ass lizard was very tough and able to regenerate its wound.

Right at this critical mont, Ash’s battle instinct told him to summon the Primordial Fla which was slumbering inside Nightfla’s blade.
Ash also combines his innate ability to further increase the temperature. As of now, Nightfla’s blade was burning even hotter than the sun itself! If it wasn’t for Azure Finch’s ability, the whole Forbidden Forest would have engulfed in fire instead!

Soon after, the two swords approached him, hovering above his shoulders.
"En. I’m okay." Ash said. "Thank you for lending your power. If it’s isn’t for both of you, I couldn’t even fathom how I could defeat two Mystical Rank Immortal Beast at the sa ti."
Azure Finch humd rrily. She was so happy that sobody finally used her as what she ant to be used instead of being a Yin Qi Cauldron. As to show her gratitude, Azure Finch summoned a gentle snowfall atop his body. Each snowflake was imbued with Pure Yin Qi, calming and balancing his searingly hot Dantian.
While Ash was recuperating from the heavy fight, Nightfla hovered higher in the sky, watching the surrounding for any potential threat.
Granted, this huge battle was noticed by the Elders who happened to be in the Forbidden Forest’s vicinity.
