Feng Bo couldn’t help but be amazed by Ash’s martial prowess. Azure Finch was presumably a dormant Sentient Sword which could only do simple commands. Nobody would have thought that the sword was able to summon [Snow Blizzard].
Ash frowned as he noticed that Wang Zhaojun’s face was a stark difference compared to the last they t. Even though Wang Zhaojun displayed a perfect example on how to wield a Sword Intent, her eyes were cold and hollow. Devoid of any light.
Feng Bo shook his head repeatedly. "I hate to say it, but this is going to be very hard for you, Young Lord."
"How co?" Ash remarked.
Feng Bo breathed out a long sigh. "My connection and influence are able to suppress the aggression from lesser families whose prestige are very low should you cross paths with them. But, the Wang Family is sothing entirely different. Should you defeat Wang Zhaojun in the next fight, the Wang Family would be greatly offended. They are the strongest family in this realm. Moreover, Wang Zhaojun is the Grand Disciple of Wang Zhen! The only and only Peak Stage Nascent Soul Cultivator this land ever had!"
"Though it’s true that Wang Zhaojun’s talent is better than mine, the sa can not be said with our battle instinct. Both of them are completely different." Ash said confidently.
"Please elaborate, Young Lord."
"Eh, I can’t explain it clearly since we both have different views. But, you’d know once we fight. Wish luck!"
With that said, Ash trudged down a head to her in just a kick to the ground. Though he could do that from the VIP area, Ash refrained himself from doing anything impolite by flying above their heads since it might harm the reputation that he tried to build.
Ash didn’t hesitate to taunt Wang Zhaojun the mont he landed on the arena. Just as he thought, Wang Zhaojun has soulless eyes.
"Zhaojun." Ash called her na once.
No response from her. She was just like a puppet.
Ash sighed dejectedly. He completely had no idea what was going on with her. However, Ash noticed a presence of overflowing cold Yin Qi that oozed out from here.
"She’s on the verge of falling into Qi Deviations Sickness! Since when she beco like this?!"
Ash then rembered when was the last ti Wang Zhaojun had her ’special’ al. "Tsk, tsk, tsk.... You should have told sooner, Zhaojun. I could help you."
Alas, Wang Zhaojun had lost her mind temporarily. No word could ever reach her from this point.
"Give your Yang Qi!" Wang Zhaojun cried.
Without a warning, Wang Zhaojun lashed out, she tried to reach his chest barehanded. However, Ash’s agility which was boosted by Azure Finch was just a tad faster than Wang Zhaojun’s strike. Ash only managed to avoid her sharp nails by a hairbreadth.
Alas, the residual energy from that one deadly strike was just enough to nicked Ash’s left eye. Now, there was an elongated wound on the left side of his face. His sight was reddened due to the blood that entered his left eye.
"Hmph! Not even close!" Ash smirked. "If you really wanted to kill , you better strike my heart directly!"
Ash deliberately taunted the crazed girl once again. He tried to bring out the real Wang Zhaojun that he knew. It’s almost surreal to see a young lady enchanted and controlled by soone else.
"Wake up! Zhaojun! I am not gonna fight you in this state!"
All of a sudden, Wang Zhaojun charged forward, aiming for his heart. However, Ash obviously didn’t want to lose. He would do anything necessary to achieve his goal, even if he had to eliminate Wang Zhaojun and would possibly offended the Wang Family instead.
Ash showed no rcy at all. He kicked Wang Zhaojun’s head, causing her to skid on the stone floor. In Ash’s mind, he didn’t care about her family background. As long as she could fight and break free from the mysterious spell that controlled her, it would be enough reason to justify his act in the Wang Family’s eyes.
"Sorry. But today, you are an enemy that I had to kill! Please don’t resent after this!"
Ash pounced forward, pinning her below him in full mount. Subsequently, Ash rained her face with deadly blows!"
"Draw your sword! Or the tip of my spear would be the last thing that you see in your life."
Ash’s words ignited the fla of courage inside her heart. Her gaze changed, the pupil of her eyes changed its shape. ResembAsh the eyes of the beast kin and set her heart ablaze with fury.
"That’s more like it. Attack as if your life depends on it!"
Ash’s grip tightened around his Azure Finch. And for so reason, the blue sword agreed to help Wang Zhaojun to recover from Qi Deviations Sickness.
His lean fra exuded agility and strength, his eyes gleaming with a fierce determination. He took a deep breath, centering himself, and readied his stance.
Wang Zhaojun, her delicate figure clad in flowing robes, held her Soft Bone Sword with grace and elegance. Crafted from rare dragon bones, the sword humd with latent power, responding to her touch.
Her eyes sparkled with an unwavering resolve as she t Ash’s gaze, ready to prove her ttle.
Without further hesitation, Ash lunged forward, his spear whistAsh through the air with astonishing speed.
His movents were swift and precise, the culmination of years spent perfecting his art. Each thrust, each parry, carried an unyielding determination to surpass his limits.
Wang Zhaojun, her eyes gleaming with an ethereal light, matched Ash’s ferocity with a grace that defied her age.
Her Soft Bone Sword danced in her hands, the delicate movents leaving behind a trail of afterimages. She weaved between Ash’s attacks with uncanny agility, her strikes landing with the precision of a master.
Their clash unfolded like a srizing symphony. Sparks flew as tal t tal, the sound reverberating through the courtyard. Each movent, each strike, told a story of their dedication and training, their spirits intertwining in a srizing display of martial prowess.
Little did they know, Wang Zheng was watching the battle unfold, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. He had seen potential within his disciple, he even wanted to make the young man in the crimson robe to his disciples as well.
And now, as their weapons clashed and their energies entwined, he witnessed their unparalleled yet unpolished talents firsthand. With every clash, every parry, they honed their skills, awakening the dormant beast within!
"This Xiao Hûo is truly black hearted; he would actually dare to use any underhanded move against my Zhaojun! He is determined to destroy her! " Wang Zhen said.
Although he currently resided at the Seven Hellish Valleys, Wang Zhen could perfectly see them like watching a movie.
"En, careful, Zhaojun. He’s not a simple man, I dont want you to get killed! Use the Severing Blood Soul!"
When he said that, Wang Zhaojun’s heart suddenly painfully clenched. Her body scread in pain.
"Ehehe! How would he confront this ’Severing Blood Soul? Xiao Hûo?!"
At long last, Wang Zhaojun unsheathed her sword, but had not even fully thrust out, yet Ash could already feel a chilly wind blowing at him. This icy wind seed to turn into a mass of aggrieved souls that wrapped around his hands and feet, suddenly slowing down Lin Ming’s movents.
Ash frowned. "Ah? This sword move can actually affect my movents?"
Wang Zhen caressed his beard slowly. "Hah! Such a vigorous Yang Qi! He’d be a perfect partner for Zhaojun-er!"
"Goog, pretty good! Keep going, aim for his throat!"
Both of them saw the opening, determined to end this fight and erged as the victor. They aid for each other’s throat.
As the battle reached its zenith, Wang Zhen stepped forward into the portal and arrived at the arena out of nowhere as if he was walking in the park.
His presence commanding attention. With a single gesture, he halted the disciples, the tip of their weapons frozen mid-air when they were an inch from each other’s neck.
"Halt! I have seen enough." said Wang Zhen.
Ash and Wang Zhaojun stood poised, their faces flushed with exertion and a newfound understanding of their capabilities.
"My disciple." Wang Zhen’s voice carried a gentle tone, brimming with pride. "You have fought valiantly, tested your limits, and erged stronger. Rember, the world of martial arts is unforgiving, the strong are respected and weakAshs are culled and slaughtered like a herd of sheep. Henceforth, I hope both of you get the lesson of this fight."
Wang Zhaojun nodded, her eyes were shining with newfound wisdom. The battle of life and death had transford into a testant of their growth, and their young hearts beat with gratitude for their master’s guidance.
"I learned a lot from this fight, Shifu!" Wang Zhaojun bowed at him. "Also, I can’t thank you enough for the valuable lesson."
