Kana's eyes welled up with tears as she looked at the familiar back in front of her. The sa back she had dreamt about so many tis over the years. "Criege…." just saying his na out loud caused her tears to roll down her cheeks. She wanted nothing more than to jump up and hug the man in front of her, but she couldn't even move. What shocked her even more, was that through her tear filled eyes, she saw another figure appear.
"Mmm…. You really should not have put your hand on my Mama…." A strong scent of blood filled the air as a sword swung at the strange man's neck.
The strange man frowned and quickly pulled away. He had a hint of fear for that sword strike just now. "Who are you, people!?"
"Shouldn't you be worried about yourself?" A voice ca from behind him. He turned to see a large crack and a hand reaching out from within it. "You should never have touched sothing that we hold dear."
"Especially when your soul is so vulnerable…." A voice ca from within the strange man causing a sharp pain to be felt from deep within his soul.
"Ahhh! You dare!" An explosive power shot out of the strange man causing a giggle to ring through the air.
"We would do anything for the person we love most in this world. Even making a deal with that wretched old man." Creige spat out as he walked over to Kana. His eyes showed his pain and frustration as he knelt down beside her. "I never ever wanted to see you in such a state. I am sorry for not being able to protect you for a second ti…."
Creige had always hated himself for not being there for his beloved. He hated how he could not protect her as he promised all those years ago. Seeing the love of his life, the only girl he ever wanted to be with in such a state, tore his heart to pieces. "Rain, help your mother. Turn back ti for her."
"On it, Handso Papa!" Rain took a single step and was already next to Kana. Her eyes tearing up, and she leaned down and kissed her mother's forehead. "Mama, don't worry, I will have you back to as good as new real soon."
"You! You dare try to take what this Lord of Darkness wants!?" The strange man roared as he raised his staff, causing a white like to appear. Kana saw this and wanted to scream out for everyone to leave her there and run, but before the words could escape her lips, sothing very surprising happened.
"First stance, In the beginning, there was nothing…." Yana's voice fell, causing the surroundings to beco twisted as gravity itself began to weigh down on the strange man.
"Humph! Do you think this little trick will do anything to !?" Instead of firing his attack at Kana and Creige, he swung it backwards, firing his attack at Yana.
Yana didn't even move, she only smiled and slowly lowered her. "Did you think the pressure I put on you was to harm you? Naive… Those who harm my Mama do not deserve a quick death. They deserve to feel the pain she has had to deal with all her life, the pain she had held in this entire ti. They should feel it all one hundred, no, a thousandfold more. You will not get off easily for harming my Mama."
"Hehe, Yana, is right. I have read quite a few books on how to make a soul feel the agony of being burnt in hellfire for all eternity without actually dissipating the soul." Angelica suddenly appeared in a ghostly form next to Yana. "But little sister, you almost killed him in your first attack."
"Angelica, you can't bla for that he was ready to hurt Mama again!" Yana pouted. The two's interaction made the strange man nothing more than a toy in their eyes.
"It's fine. Even if he did die, I still rule over the dead, so he would have to co to my domain anyway. I am sure he would have loved his stay. I would have made it very…. Entertaining…. For …." Hearing Angelica's words that were said so lightly as if they were an everyday thing made even Yana tremble. She had to make sure that the day she dies that she was on very good terms with Angelica.
The strange man's lips and brow twitched, listening to their conversation but what surprised him was that even while they talked, Yana had batted away his attack like it was nothing. His attack could vaporize anything, but she used her sword to easily toss it aside. "You damn brats!"
"Oh, I forgot… Gravity field."
*Boom!*
The strange man was slamd to the ground due to the sudden rise in gravity. As his face smashed into the dirt, he struggled to try to get up, but to his horror, he was unable to even move! "You dare do this to this Lord of Darkness!?"
"Lord of Darkness? Sorry, never heard of you. At any rate, each one of us is more of a lord of darkness than you. Anyway, when Mama is healed, Handso Papa and Mama will deal with you." Yana paid no mind to the so called Lord of Darkness and took Angelica's hand and pulled her over to Kana.
Kana, whose limbs were slowly growing back, looked up at her three babies, her bottom lip quivering. "My babies… Mama has been a bad mother….!"
Seeing her babies after so long, Kana couldn't hold back her emotions as she burst into tears. Sobbing like a child. She loved her babies more than anything. She loved them so much, yet she wasn't even there for them, and now here they are, saving her life along with the man she loved even though she was not a good mother. She hated herself so much for not being there for them as they grew. It was the one thing she could never forgive herself for.
