Lanxin Company published its product quality testing results, completely winning over the hearts of the consurs, and at the sa ti gaining the recognition of many. They were resisting a hostile takeover and bravely safeguarding the pride of a local brand.
At the sa ti, T-K Group continued to ignore the calls of the dia and the citizens to make public their product quality figures. As a result, they attracted a rising number of criticisms which deeply affected their company reputation and product image. The trust and goodwill accumulated by the Group over so many years were being greatly threatened.
T-K Group had made nurous statents to the press. Jose himself, as the T-K Group representative to Country Z, had personally spoken to the dia. Nevertheless, none of it helped to lift T-K Group out of its dire straits.
On the contrary, everyone was turned off by T-K Group’s self-righteous attitude. Their aversion toward T-K Group grew increasingly intense, and so of the more radical proponents had even splashed paint on their main doors in protest.
Under the protection of his security detail, Jose entered T-K Group’s lobby in a pathetic manner.
His hair, face, and body had been splattered with rotten eggs, the sll of which completely disgusted him.
Jose complained angrily. “Barbaric Country Z citizens. They are just uncouth and boorish animals.”
Jose had never suffered such abuse or been in such a pathetic state in his entire life.
In the eting room, Chu Jingnan and Xia Ruya didn’t speak a word.
T-K Group’s situation had worsened, and this was to Xia Ruya’s advantage. Only then would she be able to attain a more active role in this partnership, and get to participate more in T-K Group’s takeover of Lanxin Company.
Jose glared angrily at Chu Jingnan. “Loathso Lanxin Company. Despicable Bella. I will be sure to teach them a painful lesson. Chu, you told before that you can help T-K Group turn this into a victory. Please tell about your plan. I need to carefully consider your suggestions.”
Jose looked at Chu Jingnan in all sincerity.
T-K Group’s hostile takeover had fallen into deep, muddy waters, and Genesis Investnt Company was unable to launch its acquisition plan. T-K Group was already at their wits’ end, and he was placing his hopes on Genesis Investnt Company.
Chu Jingnan’s expression was apologetic. “I’m sorry Jose. Genesis Investnt Company is just supporting T-K Group in the acquisition. As the investnt company, we have no authority to interfere with T-K Group’s managent decisions. As a result, I will not give any suggestion for this.”
Jose was sowhat disappointed.
Chu Jingnan continued in a different line. “However, since I am engaged in this case, on account of both my professionalism and my friendship towards you, I cannot just stand by and do nothing. Therefore, I have specially invited a schoolmate from my student days in Country Z. She has a unique point of view with regard to this acquisition plan. Jose, do hear what she has to say.”
With that, Chu Jingnan shifted his eyes toward Xia Ruya.
Xia Ruya slowly stood up from the sofa. Smiling graciously, she reached out a hand to Jose. “Pleased to et you, Mr. Jose. I am Xia Ruya!”
Xia Ruya wished to work with Jose, so of course she couldn’t put on any airs.
Jose’s finally turned his attention towards Xia Ruya and realized she was a very beautiful lady from Country Z. “Miss Xia, I am very pleased to et you too.”
Before this, Jose had not paid much attention to Xia Ruya. He thought she was just one of Chu Jingnan’s subordinates.
The two of them exchanged so pleasantries.
Xia Ruya sat back on the sofa, full of poise and confidence. “Mr. Jose is an extrely astute leader. In this takeover of Country Z’s health supplents market, T-K Group keeps stumbling not because it lacks the capability, nor is there anything wrong with Mr. Jose’s strategy. The issue lies with the fact that T-K Group doesn’t really understand Country Z’s state of affairs!”

Jose exclaid, “Miss Xia, I have the sa view as you. However, Country Z’s citizens are currently prejudiced against T-K Group’s products. I am afraid...”
Jose was in a dilemma. The product war had dragged T-K Group down into the mud.
If he hadn’t insisted on maintaining the acquisition plan, it would probably have been abandoned long ago.
Xia Ruya cut in. “We can develop new products under a brand new health supplents brand based on Traditional Chinese dicine. Lanxin Company was able to win T-K Group mainly because they have no competitors in the area of Traditional Chinese dicine health supplents. What we need to do now is to get a chance to fight with Lanxin Company, product to product.”
Jose’s heart raced. He could hardly contain his excitent!

This concept was perfect. However, the company headquarters in Country M had already limited their financial support to them. The vast amount of funds required to develop a new product would be a major problem.
Xia Ruya knew his reason for hesitation and said mildly, “As for the issue of funding, there is absolutely no need for Mr. Jose to worry.
