"Uh, before I fell asleep... you told to go take a bath and then go to bed, right?"

After racking her brains for a long ti, Sophia admitted that her mory ended there.

"So I should have finished bathing and then went to sleep. Is there a problem?"

Even though she felt a bit guilty, Sophia could only put on a righteous appearance.

Hearing Sophia's words, Celitia's eyes flickered slightly as she quietly lowered her gaze.

She had indeed forgotten what happened in the bathroom.

Celitia couldn't tell whether she felt relieved or disappointed.

Either way, let it be.

At least it wasn't a bad thing—neither she nor Sophia needed to feel embarrassed.

That was good.

Although she chose to skip over the bathroom incident, Celitia had no intention of letting Sophia off easily.

"You did fall asleep, but you fell asleep while soaking in the bath," she said coldly.

"Fell, fell asleep while soaking in the bath?!"

Sophia gasped.

Indeed, her last mory was of filling the bathtub with water and happily going in to soak...

If that was really the case, then why was she in her bedroom when she woke up?

Celitia asked the question for her: "So, do you know how you got back to bed?"

"Could it be..."

Sophia's voice grew smaller and smaller.

She suddenly understood why Celitia was in a bad mood—she would definitely be furious too if she were in her place.

"I told you that after drinking, you could only shower at most, not soak in the bath, but you just wouldn't listen. So, you fell into a dead sleep in the bathtub, and I had to carry you out, dry your body bit by bit, dress you, and carry you back to your bedroom..."

Celitia's voice was calm, but every word she spoke made Sophia sweat more profusely.

Dry her body?

Dress her??

Didn't that an Celitia had seen every inch of her body?

If it had been a maid serving her, that would be one thing, but why did it have to be Celitia...

It wasn't that she couldn't be seen by her—after all, it wasn't the first ti.

It was just too, too, too embarrassing!!

She had only wanted to show her best side to her...

Her cheeks uncontrollably flushed rapidly, almost steaming, and Sophia suddenly covered her face.

"Did I, did I, did I... did I do anything else?"

This was the first ti in her life that Sophia had drunk to the point of blacking out, so she wasn't sure what her drinking behavior was like.

Please, it couldn't be too bad...!

Celitia was startled and instinctively raised her hand to touch the wound on her lip that had already scabbed over.

Noticing her movent, Sophia was about to have a breakdown.

Celitia's mouth was injured?

No way, had she lost control of her strength while drunk and hurt Celitia?

What exactly had she done while unconscious??

The sober Sophia couldn't imagine how bold she was when drunk.

This guess was already at the limit of Sophia's imagination.

But Celitia quickly withdrew her hand, turned her head away as if nothing had happened, and explained dismissively:

"You didn't do anything. I slipped and accidentally hit the wall, injuring my lip."

Hearing it wasn't her doing, Sophia finally relaxed.

Drinking really caused too much trouble!!

As if knowing what Sophia was thinking, Celitia looked at her with increasingly cold eyes.

"This ti you fell into a dead sleep in the bathtub, and the person beside you was , not soone else. But if it had been soone else with ulterior motives, do you know how dangerous that would be?"

Sophia mumbled: "It's precisely because I knew it was you that I felt at ease..."

"If there's a next ti," Celitia completely ignored her excuse, her voice ice-cold, "I won't help you anymore. I'll just throw you out that door directly—understand?"

Normally, even Queen Marianne couldn't threaten Sophia like this to her face.

But at this mont, Sophia was completely cowed and said very quietly and obediently:

"I understand..."

Seeing that Celitia finally seed to have cald down a bit, Sophia hurriedly walked to her.

Gazing at the wound on her lip, Sophia bent down and reached out to cup her face.

"Did you slip by the pool while trying to get out of the bathroom?"

As she asked, Sophia felt both heartbroken and remorseful.

"Did you only hurt your mouth? Are you injured anywhere else?"

In this instant, the image of Sophia cupping her face and kissing her deeply suddenly flashed through Celitia's mind.

She instinctively leaned back sharply, pressing against the sofa to avoid Sophia's touch.

Not understanding why Celitia's reaction was suddenly so intense, Sophia's hand stopped awkwardly in mid-air, looking sowhat at a loss.

"It's nothing serious."

Forcibly controlling her suddenly racing heartbeat, Celitia replied flatly.

"Really?"

Sophia stared at Celitia's lips, feeling sothing was odd.

Her lips were slightly swollen, and a small piece of skin was missing from her lower lip. It didn't look like she had bumped into sothing, but rather like...

...bite marks?

That couldn't be possible...

Although sotis she did think Celitia's lips looked cute and delicious, and had secretly fantasized about taking a bite, but...

That couldn't be possible, right?

Had she really been that bold when drunk??

Sophia's mind was in chaos for a mont.

Sophia frantically leaned down, one hand supporting herself on the armrest, the other on the backrest.

Without realizing it, she had pinned the girl against the sofa edge in a kabedon position.

"Um, Lily."

Sophia asked carefully, "Last night, I really didn't do anything strange, did I?"

As she asked, Sophia felt extrely frustrated.

If she had done sothing wrong and made Celitia dislike her, that was a result Sophia absolutely couldn't accept.

Celitia looked up at the nervous girl, her misty purple eyes filled with dense fog.

After a long mont, Celitia finally spoke extrely slowly:

"No."

Her voice was slightly hoarse, all emotions completely suppressed beneath her clear, gentle tone, not revealing even a trace.

Celitia concealed it so well that Sophia believed her.

She breathed a sigh of relief, turned to sit beside Celitia, leaned back, and let her head fall onto the girl's shoulder.

"Phew, that scared to death... I thought I was dood..."

Sophia understood Celitia's personality—she knew that if she truly felt disgusted, she would imdiately turn and leave, never to return.

Thank goodness she wasn't disliked by Lily.

As for alcohol... she really couldn't drink so much in the future!!

Celitia let Sophia lean against her, her body like a sculpture, completely motionless.

This was good.

Maintain the current distance, don't get any closer to her.

Accidents would always remain accidents, sealed in the box of mory, never to be opened again.

This way... was good.
