It wasn’t hard for us to get through the crowd outside the inn but inside it was astonishing to see what the interior was like. They had beautiful marble floors with sothing similar for the walls.

The inside of the inn honestly reminded of so of the hotels back in my old world but this was incredible. It’s completely deceiving on the outside of the building so you wouldn’t expect this.

"Got a room for us." Shimada says before letting out a yawn.

"Good, I think we’re all tired." Cynthia speaks up with a bit of a sleepy tone to her voice.

We just had to follow Shimada to the room like we followed him through the mountains but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I hope he doesn’t get so sort of leader idea in his head after the mountains.

I don’t think he’d be a bad leader or anything like that, it’s just I’d rather be the one leading the party since it was my journey to begin with.

Or I guess it would make more sense to say it was a journey for and Alia originally before anyone else. Cynthia would be the only other person that would’ve been on the journey either way.

It was her job to co along and protect Alia since her uncle doesn’t know that we’ll. I think that everyone is starting to get to know one another better but it takes ti to learn everything about each other.

"This is definitely the room, here we are guys." Shimada says while opening up the door.

Inside the room was four beds, a few nice paintings of so scenic views, and so old books on so bookcases. Most people who stay here must enjoy reading the books left behind in the shelves.

One window was on the furthest wall from the door and it peeks directly outside, they were in a room on the second floor. It was actually a pretty nice view of the town.

Four beds seems like enough for us since I share a bed with two of the girls most of the ti anyway. I’m surprised Shimada hasn’t given much feedback to that yet, but I’m sure it’s coming eventually.

A man of his caliber is sure to question quite a bit about the whole arrangent I have with them. I don’t think it’s anything special in particular since they just feel safer sleeping that way.

Alia grew into that quickly while Cynthia slowly started to join as well over ti, it’s definitely nice. I got use to it being the normal routine every ti we setup camp for the night or find a place like this.

It would be weird if we didn’t share the sa bed at this point— Though I don’t know how it’ll go if more girls want to keep joining in the sa bed in the future.

I’m not opposed to having a lot of girls by my side since I kind of like this, it’s a lot different from my old life. The life that I’ve slowly been forgetting more about with each passing day.

I don’t rember my girlfriend’s na or even the city I use to live in, I’ve grown quite accustod to this world. 16 years I’ve been alive here with no changes every ti I wake up.

I’m always back here when I wake up so I know that this isn’t so crazy dream that I got stuck in.

"This room is definitely nice, I didn’t expect the inn to be like this at all." Alia says while interrupting Artemis’s thoughts.

"Yeah it is quite nice. We should all get so rest for the night." He suggests after sitting down on the bed.

Everyone is exhausted anyway so it would probably be better to get so sleep while we have the chance. We don’t have the enemy down our throat right now but I’ll definitely keep watch a few tis throughout the night.

Sothing about this town still bothers with how peaceful it seems to be with no signs of any issues. It would be normal if the mountains would’ve been peaceful as well but they weren’t.

Also what kind of peaceful town doesn’t even have a na to go with it?

"It would be smart to rest, Theos is still a good while out." Liora says in agreent before settling on her bed.

With that everyone got into their beds, Artemis joined by Alia and Cynthia like usual. But after a couple hours he got up to keep watch like he intended to, watching through the window.

It doesn’t look like anything is really happening out in the streets of the town but I can’t help this feeling. I’m sure soone’s got to be watching us in so way right?

We’ve been killing top brass of the cult of Nyxoria so there’s no way that soone with so sort of scouting abilities is following us.

Plus this town is the perfect place to try to catch us off guard since it gives the idea of peace to us. Or maybe I’m just paranoid about everything lately since the deaths of my comrades.

That image is still stuck in my head after all the fighting we went through in Helfri.

His thoughts are caught off guard when he sees a girl walking through town, short pink hair with a few curls to it that barely extends to her shoulders, she appears to be wearing a dark black set of armor with a few silver engravings across it, two dragon like horns on her head, and he can just barely notice her yellow eyes.

The town itself is completely dead during the night except for this one girl walking through the streets. I wonder what her deal is since she appears to have so strange horns on her head and rather nice armor.

I hope she won’t be an enemy that we have to fight. Her eyes lock onto him pretty quick as she notices him watching.

Seems I’m about to find out if we’re going to be enemies or not.
