Chapter 113: Was the Problem Really Not the Water?

Ji Jianyun just smiled when he heard what Ji Jianhe said.

When the dinner began, Aunt Li didn’t leave even though it was for all n. The other wives and children did not co.

After three rounds of drinks, Uncle Ji finally brought it up. He just wanted him to give him so advice to see if his own orchard could be more successful.

Ji Jianyun had been invited by him before. It was the sa topic , and he was not clear about the answer. He said, “There’s nothing else besides fertilizing and watering the fruit trees. If it’s not that, then I don’t know what else?”

Uncle Ji also knew this. It wasn’t good to keep going on about it, because he really doesn't think Jianyun had any tricks under his sleeves. After working in the army for so many years and if he didn’t need to retire from his injury, then he wouldn't have started farming.

So Uncle Ji said, “You have so many fruit trees. Jianyun, can I go to the mountain and get so fertilizer? There should also be chickens, right?”

“I do have fertilizer. Uncle, if you want, you can take Jianchuan and Jianhe to get so,” Ji Jianyun said nicely. “If your orchard is set up in the future, I can help them take Jianhe to Jiangshui City or even the college town.”

With his reply, Uncle Ji was very satisfied. He could also see that Jianyun was sincere in helping them. He was willing to give them fertilizer, and seed to be willing to help in any way he could.

Ji Jianchuan and Ji Jianhe also thought that Ji Jianyun was being pretty generous. Flowers depended on fertilizer, and were important to farrs. Jianyun was willing to give them so, so wasn’t that enough?

“Oh, Jianyun, why do you go to your yard to carry water up the mountain? Is the well water in your yard particularly good?” Aunt Li questioned with a smile.

“My father said that the well water at ho was sweet, so he brought so to the mountain to use,” Ji Jianyun replied.

He knew what Aunt Li was implying. She didn’t give him any chance to avoid it. Ji Hongjun ca down the mountain to carry water up. Every ti he ca, it was to their ho, so they didn't go to the well in the village. The well in the village was relatively close, so there had to be a reason as to why they went to the house to get water. There must be sothing special about it.

Well, Aunt Li ended up ntioning it.

“Then I'll ask Jianchuan to get so buckets of water to try when he’s free,” Aunt Li Tang said with a smirk.

“You can, but you need to tell

ahead of ti or Da Hei will see a big man and bite Jianchuan,” Ji Jianyun said.

“That’s fine, I'll have the brothers get so later,” Aunt Li Tang said, striking while the iron was hot.

Ji Jianyun agreed. When he had finished his business there, he left and went back.

Soon, Ji Jianchuan and Ji Jianhe ca to carry water. Under Da Hei’s fierce eyes, they both trembled and brought two buckets back.

Once they returned, both brothers breathed a sigh of relief.

“What's the matter? Why are you two acting like a bunch of scaredy cats from carrying two buckets of water? Don’t you know if people see you they’d laugh to death?” Aunt Li scolded.

“Mother, you don't know how fierce Jianyun's big black dog is. If Jianyun wasn’t watching, my brother and I would have been chewed up into pieces of at!” Ji Jianhe said right away.

Ji Jianchuan, who was more calm, also nodded.

Aunt Li didn't say anything else. She had seen the dog. She really didn't know how it got like that. It was obviously a dog from the countryside, but it was strictly raised like a calf. It could probably tear up wolves!

“I won't go any more,” Ji Jianhe continued. He almost collapsed just now!

“If you dare to not go, just try !” Aunt Li pinched him. Although she loved her youngest son, it was important to the whole family, and she absolutely could not back down!

“Mother, just let

go. The dog was so fierce that I almost couldn’t go down the mountain after seeing it,” Ji Jianhe cried

“Do you want a good life or not?” Aunt Li Tang demanded.

“I think it's just you fantasizing things, mother. You can't plant fruit trees on our land at all. I went and learned it with my brother and brother Jianyun. They said that our land could not grow things, and that Jianyun's family could. They’re just really lucky. Look at the other families in our village. Who has been successful? No one!” Ji Jianhe whined.

“I think it’s in the water, the fertilizer too!” Aunt Li Tang stated.

Ji Jianchuan did not speak. In fact, he felt that it had nothing to do with the water and fertilizer. What his brother said was right. What did it have to do with the well in Jianyun’s family? Wasn’t this well made later on?

Jianyun’s family’s orchard had already been created by then, so what else was there?

It was obvious that Ji Jianhe had the sa thoughts. He imdiately stopped talking about it after hearing what his mother still said. Afterwards, the two brothers were taken by Aunt Li to water the trees.

This side of the family.

Ji Jianyun was talking to Su Danhong about this.

“If they only focus on our water, then they’ll be disappointed,” Su Danhong said with a smile.

She filled up all the water jugs at ho with spiritual spring water. Then, Ji Jianyun would carry the spiritual spring water up the mountain. That was the real spiritual spring water. Usually Ji Hongjun would co to take water up the mountain, but it wasn’t spiritual spring water.

Unless she asked Ji Jianyun to take water up the mountain, it was ordinary well water.

If Uncle Ji's family focused on the well water at ho, they would be disappointed.

Ji Jianyun said, “When they know that there is nothing special there, they will not co anymore.”

To tell the truth, he did not allow Ji Jianhe to co over whenever he wanted. His wife was the only one in the house, which he didn’t like. Thus, he used Da Hei to warn him that he better not co here unless he was at ho. Otherwise, he didn’t mind letting Da Hei have a taste of him, and then send him to the hospital.

Husband and wife both had an understanding here. Since they lived in the sa village and were relatives to Uncle Ji, it wasn’t a big deal for them to offer up their water. They let them have their way.

Early the next morning, Aunt Li m went to the mountain to have a look. She found that the watered trees were still the sa, and there was no change at all. She frowned and did not believe it, and she thought it must be because of the water!

Uncle Ji took Ji Jianchuan and Ji Jianhe to the mountain. The family dug out chicken poop for a day. Along the way, they also saw Ji Jianyun's orchard, chicken farm and sheep shed.

Even if it is not their first ti seeing it, it was very inspirational. When their orchard was ready, they would be able to do the sa!

For three days in a row, they dug out a lot of chicken poop to take back, and had enough to use as a fertilizer. Then, for three days in a row, they carried water back.

Aunt Li had also specifically separated out so trees to be watered using only water from Jianyun’s house to see the difference. After half a month, she finally saw that the orchard on her mountain looked better, but there was no difference between what had been watered and what had not.

Half a month has gone by, and there should be so results. Was the problem really not the water?
