1288 ‘Watched Indifferently’
Miao Jing was all smiles. “My dearest granddaughter, it’s no wonder that your mom is afraid of you. You spat so much saliva from calling your uncle-in-law. Aren’t you thirsty?” If San Bao kept calling Tian Dong, she might create a man-made drizzle.
Tian Dong smiled at being called uncle-in-law. He held a cup of warm water in his hands and walked to stand beside San Bao. “Is San Bao thirsty? Let give you so water.”
Er Bao blinked. He seed to have discovered an interesting ga. He walked wobbly toward Tian Dong. “Uncle...”
Tian Dong shut his eyes at the saliva that Er Bao inevitably spat on him.
“Gegegege!” Er Bao hugged his stomach as he broke into laughter, looking funny. It turned out that he was doing it on purpose and he was teasing the new uncle-in-law.
San Bao ran away from Tian Dong who was right in front of her and stopped in front of Qiao Nan. She hugged Qiao Nan’s calf. “Mama, thirsty, drink, water.” She knew that if she was thirsty, she had to look for her mother.
Qiao Nan carried her daughter and placed her on her lap. The auntie would bring the warm water for her to feed San Bao.
