This had to be a dispute among the judges because of Isaac’s situation.
Isaac was just an assistant; Kiara was the official contestant. Kiara hadn’t attended, and Isaac had stood in for her. Although he did well, the judges’ panel was now in dispute about whether to count it as a pass for Kiara.
Yuzo Joel’s prestige here was such that if he were to go over and say a word, it would undoubtedly be very influential. How could Kiara not know this?
