Chapter 1474: Chapter 1446: There Will Not Be a Second Person
“Are they idiots?” Mario Yuno asked the question everyone wanted to ask.
If you live well and blindly follow what others tell you to do, isn’t that stupidity? What else could it be?
“Once people accept certain premises and assumptions, they can’t stop themselves in the end, and although it seems incredible to us as outsiders, once it succeeds, any unbelievable thing can happen,” he continued.
In fact, Kiara had never encountered such a case.
She didn’t even know if it was included in the materials Yuzo Joel had given her because she hadn’t gotten to the latter parts yet.
The cases are just too nurous, and the knowledge points are too vast and scattered, which she read carefully.
Her explanations were based on mories from the future, where she had read about such psychological traps in so newspapers and magazines.
The newspapers reported that the initiators were just bored and incredibly intelligent; they probably knew a bit about psychology and so they coaxed others to participate in this thing. To their surprise, people really joined, spreading it further across the internet without showing their faces, in a geotric progression.
The initiators enticed others while they comfortably watched the excitent from behind screens, which angered Kiara when she read about it.
Her explanation enlightened those present, making them realize the world is full of wonders beyond comprehension.
“What’s the point of a harmful ga that benefits no one?” Mario Yuno asked.
Kiara shrugged, “For those who seek out different ways to tempt fate, they find the ga cool, and for the initiators, maybe all that’s left is the spectacle.”
“Dammit! Just for the spectacle?!” soone couldn’t bear it any longer and vigorously pounded the table.
Kiara nodded, “There are more idle people in this world than you can imagine.”
IQ is a gift from the heavens. Those with a high IQ are favored by the gods, enjoying heavenly gifts that others do not, but so do not use their high intelligence to benefit humanity and instead engage in senselessly pleasurable activities that harm not just others but also themselves.
“Dr. Clark explained the ga to everyone; before we officially start discussing the case, may I digress for a mont?” soone asked.
Kiara gestured for them to go ahead.
“The TV just reported that crackdown on health supplent scams, done in such a bizarre way, that was your psychological suggestion, wasn’t it?”
The incident had caused a huge stir, and naturally, Kiara and Mario Yuno had to report to the relevant departnts in advance, putting on record Kiara’s “lecturer” identity, so it was not strange that the boss knew Kiara was an undercover agent.
Kiara did not confirm or deny but rely said with modesty that seeks no recognition.
“As psychologists, giving people suggestions is a simple matter, so in our eyes, the bizarre thods may not be worth ntioning.”
Everyone at the gathering, except for Mario Yuno, felt a chill down their spines and resolved not to provoke Dr. Clark in the future!
The Big Boss seed to understand, it really was her!
“Although I don’t understand why you would get involved here, I would like to thank you on a personal level. My eighty-year-old father finally doesn’t have to run back and forth there every day.”
“No need to thank , my mother has also been saved so effort.”
It was then that everyone understood. Dr. Clark’s mother had been scamd, which was why she took action.
Her move was extrely harsh, employing thods that defied belief. No wonder the authorities wanted her cooperation, not just because she had a slight connection with the victim, but also because Kiara’s way of handling those people was so refreshingly unconventional that it left insiders in awe and outsiders dumbfounded.
It could be said that her current level and the thods she used were streets ahead of her dostic peers, employing psychology with such dexterity that in such cases, naturally, she was the one to be consulted.
After a brief explanation of what the ga was and how it operates, it was ti for soone else to start discussing the case.
The case drew so much attention because of the python tattoo on the man’s arm, matching the sa kind of python found at the scene.
The snake design coincided with a recently popular totem symbol, and although there was no direct evidence to suggest the man participated in that ga, the identical tattoo left the possibility open.
To prevent more people from falling into this psychological trap, a secret joint investigation team was established, and Kiara was invited to join as an expert.
Such a young expert, other than Kiara, was probably not to be found in the dostic region.
Yet, no one present doubted Kiara’s prowess; the previous collaborations and so people’s suspicion that Mario Yuno might have given his daughter-in-law a back door evaporated. She was too young.
But once Kiara had won the prize and her reputation skyrocketed, coupled with several flawless collaborations, her achievents demonstrated her capabilities. Now, when people saw her, they instantly thought: never ss with her, expert, Vice President’s Wife.
The title of Vice President’s Wife sohow beca less captivating.
“We investigated his activities, and within two weeks of the incident, he perford many strange actions, like showing up in another city without any reason, or suddenly getting a tattoo on his arm. We also found dead cats in his villa’s garden, which is why we suspect this man might have participated in this so-called Sky Python Ga. Dr. Clark, what do you think as an expert?”
Kiara nodded.
“Getting the tattoo of this organization’s totem is indeed one step in all their gas, so we can’t rule out that possibility. But it’s also possible that this person only saw the advertisent on foreign websites and didn’t really get involved, or maybe he’s just imitating.”
After all, if soone has psychological issues, they’re capable of anything. So people act foolishly without any suggestions, let alone with them.
Let’s leave Kiara’s case discussion here for now.
At JR’s headquarters, several days of continuous experintation had finally yielded results today.
But these results did not satisfy the boss.
Nathan Whitehair slamd the test results onto the table, while his counterpart, the Mysterious Man, casually spun beads in his hand. Whitehair erupted in anger.
“How could this happen?”
“I’ve told you before, exchanging Soul Particles is impossible. What more are you dissatisfied with, now that you have the results?”
As he had predicted, Chad’s nurous tests showed the child had no connection whatsoever with that literary figure.
But Whitehair clearly could not accept that.
