As Kiara said this, Arlong’s voice beca awkward.

Upon reflection, Kiara thought although her brother was young, in the rural areas boys his age were already fathers. It was quite normal for an adolescent boy to be smitten with a girl. Her brother had been raised well by her; if there was sothing, he would notify her first.
“Alright then, I’ll et her tonight and see for myself who this girl is that caught my brother’s eye.”
“Sis, please don’t say anything too scary, alright? The girl is really shy, don’t frighten her.”

Kiara asked all these detailed questions, reacting just like any parent would upon learning their child has found soone.
When Mario Yuno got ho, he saw his wife already applying a facial mask earlier than usual, humming a tune.
“Go change, find sothing sharp to put on—never mind, I don’t trust your taste; I’ll pick for you.” Kiara humd as she went into the room, rummaging in the clothes closet, picking a sowhat formal suit from this season’s clothes she had purchased for Camden, and then taking out a pair of handcrafted lambskin shoes to match for him.
After sorting out her husband’s clothes, she began to think about her daughter’s. Wendy’s clothes were starting to overflow; it wasn’t just that Kiara liked to buy for her, Mrs. Kiara’s friends also followed suit, always thinking of Wendy whenever they found sothing appropriate.
For her daughter, Kiara picked a festive little Tang suit onesie, combed Wendy’s hair into cute little ox horns, and tied a small red ball with tassels that matched the Tang suit. She directed Mario Yuno.
“First go take a bath and change, then co out and help change the baby. I need to do my makeup; all this takes ti.”
Camden looked on, baffled, “What’s all this for? Is there so important holiday today or sothing?”
Seeing his wife make such a fuss was rare.
Even when eting very important clients, his wife would dare to wear just a T-shirt and a pair of sneakers, and she wouldn’t hesitate to go without makeup.

If he dared to agree with that, she’d stuff his mouth with the used face mask!
“Not at all, my point is that my daughter-in-law looks so young, almost like a minor. Going out with you makes afraid people will think I’m wealthy.”
“What kind of logic is that? How does your wife being young have anything to do with you being rich?”
“People might say you’re a gold digger, you know? You’re so young and pretty, and you’re with . When people see the age difference, they’ll think you’re with for my money.”
Kiara laughed at his teasing, pushing him away, “Just your silly talk; go take a shower!”
After Mario Yuno was done showering and getting dressed, he began dressing their daughter and asked.
“Wife, when did Arlong start dating soone? How co I didn’t know?”
“Well, it’s been a while since they started, it’s a long story…” Kiara said as she put on her makeup, casually filling Mario Yuno in on the situation.
The girl Arlong t is nad Flora Jim. She just turned 20 this year, also from Q City, apparently a clerk at so company. Her salary isn’t high, but according to Arlong, the young lady is very gentle and ambitious.
After hearing Kiara’s description, Mario Yuno stroked his chin and didn’t say a word.
“What are you thinking about?” Kiara asked, looking at him with a face full of mischief. She could guess he was certainly not plotting anything good.
“I just think young people these days mature so early. At Arlong’s age, I didn’t even know what a woman was. And here he is, sneaking around right under my nose and getting himself a girlfriend… I should give him more work to do, to keep the kid from having too much ti to unleash and burn through his youth!”
“Don’t ss things up! Didn’t you hear that the girl is from Q City? I think it’s understandable for him to want to experience a relationship at his age.”
Kiara wasn’t the kind of sister who would ddle with relationships. If her brother was happy, it’d be an experience for him. After all, the kid was now getting ambitious.
“I was just saying it, I wasn’t really planning to do that.”
Kiara pouted.
“As if I don’t know you. You’re just jealous and envious!”
Camden didn’t argue, just chuckled twice. Watching his wife apply makeup with skilled movents, a few strokes transforming her into a stunning beauty, he realized she truly had the natural grace of a gorgeous woman.
“I do envy Arlong a bit. If only I had t you when I was 20, I could have had you all to myself a few years earlier.”
Even after being married for so long, he still felt he couldn’t get enough of his wife. Their ti together always seed too fleeting. He envied the childhood sweethearts who’d had a lifeti to grow together, so when he heard Arlong had found a girlfriend, Camden was filled with reflections.
He wished he had t her earlier, as he never felt their ti together was enough.
Kiara simply gave him a cool look, “Wishful thinking. Don’t forget you’re the older one preying on the younger grass here. When you were 20, I was still in middle school. You want to hit on a child?”
