Chapter 1062: Chapter 1034 Great, there are accomplices Chapter 1062: Chapter 1034 Great, there are accomplices Kiara sent Isaac back and headed ho herself. As she reached her front door, she saw her elder brother’s car parked downstairs, empty without a driver—aning elder Brother had driven it here himself.

Kiara glanced at her watch; it wasn’t even off-work ti yet, but elder Brother’s absence ant Camden must have picked him up to bring him ho. For Camden to take leave from his class and co back, it seed elder Brother had run into so trouble.

Entering the house, she indeed found Camden and elder Brother sitting together on the sofa. Kiara glanced at the coffee table—it was empty.

They hadn’t even made tea for elder Brother, which probably ant the issue was quite serious, leaving no mind for such niceties.

After arriving, Kiara didn’t join the conversation right away but walked toward the kitchen. Seeing this, Camden imdiately stood up.

“What are you doing?”

“I’m making tea.”

“You go sit in the living room. I’ll handle it.”

Who would want to drink tea with a weird taste made from the microwave oven?

Kiara returned to the sofa and looked at elder Brother, “What happened?”

Elder Brother, irritated, pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket. Kiara unfolded it—a pregnancy test report?

“Mrs. Yuno is pregnant? Are you worried about not being allowed to have a second child? Go overseas.”

“Would I be this upset if it were your sister-in-law’s?”

No way?!

Kiara had just finished praising elder Brother’s integrity to Isaac, and now she was slapped in the face by reality so swiftly?

“Whose is it?”

“Mina Fernandez, the fitness coach your sister-in-law set up with.”

“!!!”

For a mont, Kiara’s expression was frozen as if she’d been disgusted by the taste of a fly.

“Elder Brother, since when have you beco so disgraceful? Even a rabbit doesn’t eat the grass by its own burrow.”

Mario Yuno ca over with the freshly brewed tea, setting it down on the coffee table with disdain. “Weren’t you done with her long ago? How co she’s still clinging to you?”

This is what it’s like between real brothers.

Kiara still harbored doubts about elder Brother, suggesting rabbits don’t eat grass by their burrows, but Mario Yuno outright used the word “cling,” which ant he totally believed his brother wouldn’t ss around and get another woman pregnant.

“I replaced her right after Kiara told about her, but this morning, out of the blue, she cos to with this… I’m totally clueless, when did I ever have relations with her?”

For many years, elder Brother had been very careful in his dealings outside, and though plenty of won had tried to get close to him and establish a relationship, it was the first ti one showed up claiming to be pregnant with his child.

“She says it’s there, and that’s enough? Ha, then shouldn’t I be able to walk down the street and point at anyone claiming they’re my son? Does she have any proof?” Mario Yuno said unsparingly.

“She actually does have proof… A month ago, after a dinner outing, I drank too much, and then—well, I don’t rember. She’s adamantly claiming it was that ti.”

Upon learning of the matter, elder Brother’s first reaction was to find Kiara.

He didn’t dare to go ho, terrified of the reaction from his wife upon finding out.

Not to ntion the standing Mrs. Yuno had in Mother Yuno’s heart, there was also the years-long relationship between elder Brother and Mrs. Yuno. Having such an incident, he felt he owed an explanation to his wife.

“Seems there is more to this,” Kiara discerned from elder Brother’s words. If elder Brother himself was unsure, it signified the depth of Mina Fernandez’s scheming.

“That’s why I thought of you. You know how to hypnotize, right? Can you help recover that lost piece of mory?” elder Brother didn’t believe he would betray his wife, but he indeed didn’t rember anything after getting drunk that day. He woke up alone in his bed at ho, and the Young Aunt said afterward it was Mina Fernandez who brought him ho.

And that day happened to be the day Sister-in-law took the Child back to her mother’s house for her mother’s birthday. Elder Brother couldn’t go due to so social obligations he couldn’t get out of and even had a bit of unpleasantness with Sister-in-law over it.

But he only rembered the social obligations and had no mory of how he t Mina Fernandez later on; it was a complete blackout.

He had thought it was Sister-in-law who had returned and, out of embarrassnt from being overly affectionate, went straight to work. Then, in high spirits, he ordered a bouquet of flowers and had it delivered to Sister-in-law’s hospital. Sister-in-law was so happy that they made up again.

Latter, fearing it would embarrass Sister-in-law, Elder Brother didn’t ntion the incident with the sheets. They continued to be sweet to each other until now when that woman showed up in the morning with the report, Elder Brother was completely overwheld.

“Co into the room with . I’ll try to hypnotize you—Camden Yuno, don’t drink too much in the future, okay? Alcohol is the biggest troublemaker!”

Kiara had a good relationship with Sister-in-law, and after learning about the incident, she felt an inexplicable suffocation and vented all her anger on Mario Yuno.

Camden insisted he was innocent.

“How could I blackout, given my tolerance for alcohol?”

“Who doesn’t get their shoes wet by frequently walking by the river? Is Elder Brother’s tolerance for alcohol poor?”

“That’s why this situation is so strange—wait a minute, Sophia, are you saying—?!”

True to form as the strongest silently-coordinated pair of academic masters, as soon as Kiara started, Camden knew what to guess.

“How could Elder Brother drink so much that he blacks out? How could she just happen to pass by when he did? How could there be so many coincidences? This must be soone drugging him, but the key question is, what kind of drug was used?”

If it was a drug, that would be sowhat manageable. But if it wasn’t, it would be more troubleso.

Elder Brother was enraged, “I will check imdiately who I socialized with that day.”

Could he have been calculated by an inside and outside conspiracy? How despicable!

“The key point is, you’ve been around for many years, how could you not see through such tactics? Don’t you know if sothing is wrong?” Mario Yuno struggled to believe that his brother’s IQ and cunning could be tricked by a little girl who had just entered society.

“That day was just one thing after another; I had just had a fight with your Sister-in-law… Forget it, it’s a long story, Kiara, I will be relying on you next.”

Elder Brother also felt everything was in disarray and only his sister-in-law’s expertise was to be trusted.

Kiara nodded and led Elder Brother into the room.

This type of hypnosis, unlike the implanted kind, was to help Elder Brother recall the mories after his blackout. Hypnosis wasn’t foolproof, and Kiara didn’t have absolute certainty, but she could only do her best.

Compared to ordinary people, Elder Brother tended to be resistant to hypnosis and wasn’t as easily affected as Yuki Stone, who would feel dizzy with just slight hypnosis. However, he was still slightly better than Camden, who was impervious like salt not dissolving in oil and refused treatnt, so Kiara’s level of hypnosis for Elder Brother was still feasible.

Due to Elder Brother’s resistance, it took a little longer than usual to bring him into his subconscious, but thankfully, she was successful.

“What color clothes were you wearing that day?”

“A light grey suit.”

“Who were you drinking with?”

Elder Brother answered each question one by one. Kiara slowly and progressively reached the crucial point.

“After you drank too much, what did you do?”

“I felt dizzy, then lay down… soone was helping walk.”

“How many people were helping you?”

“Two.”
