Upon graduation, she followed Elias Sinclair into the Sinclair Group, assisting him nurous tis, believing that he would hold these in his heart.

Just like during their school days, seeing Elias Sinclair daily and spending long days with him, she was already very satisfied.

"Is there anything else?"

Seeing the person before him rarely lost in thought, Elias Sinclair was a bit puzzled. In his eyes, Joyce Krar was a woman of strong determination, never muddling through tasks, which was why she could stay by his side.

"Oh, I wanted to ask, regarding this morning’s incident, do you need any PR handling?"

Returning to her senses, Joyce Krar rembered the matter at hand.

She had been sowhat angry when she saw the headline in the news early this morning.

The few words of Elias Sinclair being forced to admit made her think even less of Savannah Lowell.

Everyone knew Savannah Lowell constantly pestered Elias Sinclair, but he had no interest in her; the idea of Savannah Lowell being pregnant by him was utterly impossible.

Yet, Savannah Lowell kept playing these despicable tricks, and those reporters’ secret photos were likely all orchestrated by her.

She cared nothing for Savannah Lowell. Her anger stemd solely from the fact that this would indeed tarnish Elias Sinclair’s reputation.

Elias Sinclair managed the vast Sinclair Group, and any little uproar could impact its growth.

Did that woman even understand that her recklessness and the false accusations against Elias Sinclair could ruin him?

No wonder he disliked her. Elias Sinclair needed soone like herself who truly understood him.

"No need."

Elias Sinclair declined without hesitation.

He hadn’t thought about Joyce Krar’s deeper feelings; he just wanted to see how the woman would explain herself next.

If the matter escalated and public opinion confird Savannah Lowell’s pregnancy, even he would need so ti to explain.

Being able to exploit past events to apply pressure through rumors, turning fiction into reality, that woman was indeed resourceful.

However, this morning’s interview video did make him see her in a new light. Since it was her ticulous plan, he was curious to see how she intended to clarify things. He looked forward to her upcoming ’brilliant performance.’

"Alright."

Upon hearing, Joyce Krar simply responded with one word and said nothing more.

Whatever Elias Sinclair did, or how he did it, surely had his reasons, and as a clever woman, she understood her current role and never inquired further.

However, she inadvertently caught a glimpse of Quinn Lockwood’s clarification video on Elias Sinclair’s computer screen, which stirred sothing inside her.

Didn’t he greatly dislike Savannah Lowell? Why would he be interested in this video?

She was fully aware of the credibility of that news, but since Savannah Lowell lived with the one she admired every day, what if so strange feelings developed between them?

"President Sinclair, you shouldn’t bother with those news pieces. I truly feel sorry for you, encountering such an unlucky woman as Savannah Lowell."

Jokingly remarking, Joyce Krar expressed her heartfelt sentints, partly to discern Savannah Lowell’s standing in Elias Sinclair’s mind.

She hoped he wouldn’t disappoint her.

"Go get back to work."

Elias Sinclair displayed a hint of displeasure, simply not wanting to hear about that woman anymore.

Hearing this, Joyce Krar nodded, stunned, and left Elias Sinclair’s office.

Finally arriving at the company, Quinn Lockwood went straight to her manager Anna’s desk.

The employees regarded her with the sa speculative look they reserved for Sinclair Group employees looking at Elias Sinclair.

This morning’s news and her response video had been seen by everyone. Honestly, it was hard not to be surprised, though ever since Quinn Lockwood agreed to take a role in Ariana Lynch’s film, people’s opinion of her had slowly started to change.

This ti, she had faced the situation calmly without the agency’s knowledge, earning so approval for this approach for the first ti.

"Savannah, well done," Anna said, looking at Quinn Lockwood with satisfaction.

Quinn Lockwood didn’t need to guess she was referring to her clarification this morning.

"Oh, it’s nothing. It was necessary. What’s the PR departnt planning to do to clear my na?"

For an artist, today’s news counted as big news, especially since it was trending; she thought the agency should imdiately step in to defend her.

"Oh co on, why clear anything? You’re trending now; isn’t that great?" Anna grinned. She originally planned to capitalize on Savannah Lowell’s subsequent shows to heat things up, and unexpectedly, it had happened effortlessly.

"Are you saying the company doesn’t intend to explain for ?" Quinn Lockwood looked puzzled.

"Of course, with the current hype, do you know how many dia outlets are vying to interview you?"

Anna spoke as if it was a matter of course, shaking her phone full of incoming calls from journalists. Ever since the video was released, her phone had been ringing incessantly, unprecedentedly.

Seeing this, Quinn Lockwood couldn’t help but find it laughable, staring intently at Anna.

"But I’ve already told the dia there would be proof coming from the company. Are you expecting to go back on my word?"

Perhaps hearing the word "integrity" from Savannah Lowell’s mouth made all the company employees unable to hold back their laughter.

"As long as the hype remains, your resources won’t diminish, and new hype will arise; then, who cares about what you initially claid? Anyway, in this matter, the company won’t be explaining anything."

Anna couldn’t understand why she was behaving this way today. Previously, she had been indifferent on such issues, generally processing things the way the company instructed, as she didn’t manage them herself. But now, she was acting out of the ordinary, coming to speak about honesty.

Did she not realize that her previous popularity stemd from her shattered image? What’s with the new persona now?

Seeing Anna being so obstinate, Quinn Lockwood beca very angry, realizing reasoning with her was impossible. "No wonder I had so much black press before, with a crumbling image; it turns out sixty percent was because of the company."

With such a company, it seed that Savannah Lowell’s previous negative publicity wasn’t solely her own doing.

Hearing these words, Anna couldn’t sit still. No matter how the company operated, it was for the artist’s future. How could all their hard work be returned with a heap of complaints instead?

"Saying that is truly ungrateful!"

Normally, Savannah Lowell would habitually shout at them, and she had long been fed up.

"Deceiving the audience is what’s truly heartless!" Quinn Lockwood retorted fiercely.

"What!"

Anna thumped the table heavily. Just because she raised her voice, did she think she would be intimidated?

Ignoring the horrified gazes of those around them, the two started to argue.
