"Of course I’ll go," Quinn Lockwood replied.

Soon, she received a reply from Dylan: "Alright, see you in the afternoon."

If it weren’t for her stomach protesting, she probably wouldn’t have gotten out of bed anyti soon.

Hastily tidying up, Quinn headed downstairs to the restaurant to have ’morning lunch’.

"A sardine sushi and a mocha, please," Quinn ordered, then stared idly out the window.

The window faced a fruit tree downstairs; she was counting the fruits one by one when a proud male voice ca from behind her.

"What’s so interesting out there?" The rebellious black-haired boy leaned over to look out the window, didn’t find anything interesting, then sat across from Quinn and teased, "Who are you thinking about?"

Seeing it was Ethan, Quinn wore a look of disdain. This sly and venomous guy—she was too lazy to bicker with him, and she wouldn’t gain much from it anyway. But she didn’t want to let it slide easily, so she replied, "Thinking of you."

Seeing him almost choke on his own saliva, she added, "Truly, it’s like we’re telepathically connected. As soon as I thought of you, you showed up."

"You really are relentless," Ethan said, his face full of black lines. He waved for a waiter, ordered a simple Western al, and then joined Quinn in gazing out at the fruit tree.

"This fruit tree is quite nice. I’ll be sure to take my cara down and shoot a few good pictures," Ethan, perhaps due to his professional eye, always managed to find the unique beauty in various things.

Quinn gave him a side-eye but didn’t engage much with him.

Looking at Quinn, Ethan thought she was quite similar to him in many ways.

"Hey, how old are you, Savannah Lowell?"

"Why? I don’t need a little brother."

"Are you a yapper? I’m talking nicely, yet you’re snapping at . Aren’t you afraid I’ll make things difficult for you at work later?" The boy was utterly speechless toward the girl in front of him. He already regarded Quinn as a friend because, up till now, he hadn’t t many people who could render him speechless with their retorts.

"If the work gets delayed, I’ll just tell Elias Sinclair that you were deliberately giving trouble." At that mont, their breakfast arrived. Quinn gave him a glance, spat out her threat fiercely, and then buried her head to focus on her al.

"You’re ruthless." He retorted just as fiercely.

After finishing their al, the two went back to tidy up and then headed to the company, coincidentally running into Dylan downstairs.

"Hi, Dylan, are you waiting for soone here? Why not go up?" Quinn asked, thinking he was waiting for his manager.

"Waiting for you. I saw your na wasn’t on the sign-in sheet, so I knew you hadn’t arrived yet and decided to wait a bit," Dylan smiled at Quinn and extended a polite hand to Ethan, who stood by.

"Hello, Mr. Ethan, I’m Dylan, it’s a pleasure to collaborate with you."

Ethan cooperated with a handshake, treating him completely differently than he did Quinn.

"Dylan, shall we?" Quinn tugged at his sleeve, signaling him to head upstairs, then walked alongside him, "How long have you been waiting? If I’d known, I would’ve co earlier."

Completely ignoring Ethan’s presence...

Ethan gulped hard from behind, watching the two chat enthusiastically, rolling his eyes several tis. Seeing Dylan seed to unleash Quinn’s wild, unbridled spirit—it made him awfully happy.

Well, it looks like he’ll have to lend Sinclair a hand anyway.

Once the three arrived, the eting began. The eting’s specific process wasn’t much different from the one a couple of days ago, except the key points were re-explained to Dylan.

Also, Ethan and the planning team instructed the two on how to cooperate and convey a certain emotion.

Joyce Krar naturally participated in this eting, as her main responsibility was to communicate and liaise promptly with Dylan’s manager and report the shooting progress to Elias Sinclair.

After the eting concluded, the group rushed to the shooting location for the first test shot.

Kevin and Dylan’s manager were already well-prepared on site.

"Where’s Anna? Didn’t she co with you?" Dylan asked curiously, seeing that Quinn was alone the whole ti.

"Her? Since this is being shot at The Sinclair Group, plus with Kevin helping , she figured she’d be of no use here, so she stayed behind to manage other artists," Quinn replied.

It was better for her that Anna didn’t co along, so she could do whatever she wanted without Anna causing trouble, which was precisely what Quinn wished for.

Seeing her indifferent attitude, Dylan nodded reassuringly, and the two went about preparing for the upcoming shoot.

Feeling the lingering gaze upon her, Quinn glanced around to find Elias standing by the studio, looking at her with a cold, indifferent expression.

Right, she hadn’t properly thanked him for the last ti. Now wasn’t the right ti with so many people around—better to find another opportunity.

This test shoot was overly tense because of Elias’s presence; all the employees beca extrely nervous, working ticulously with their heads down. However, with Joyce’s presence, everyone felt sowhat comforted.

Ethan decided to start by shooting a few couple photo portraits of Dylan and Quinn. The stylist selected matching outfits for the two, a mix of pale blue and pure white couple attire.

Dylan wore a light blue shirt, with a white T-shirt underneath, paired with ash-gray slim-fit casual pants, which from afar, made hearts flutter.

Quinn donned a pale blue knee-length dress, adorned with an ash-gray belt, making her appear pure and adorable, the kind of person who invites careful protection.

They exchanged smiles, the boy gently lifted the hand adorned with a red diamond ring, and planted a soft kiss.

Click, click—the aesthetically pleasing scene was caught by Ethan, whose serious face bore a hint of satisfaction.

"Getting into the scene so quickly—they truly are the right choice," Ethan silently praised himself.

Standing at a distance, Elias saw Dylan and Quinn holding hands, their faces replete with joyous smiles, making him extrely uncomfortable.

Seeing Elias’s furrowed brow and the intimate scene between the two, Joyce was exceptionally pleased.

Recomnding Dylan was indeed the right move; she always knew Quinn would never remain content, eating from one bowl while eyeing the pot. Seeing her act like this, President Sinclair would surely detest her.

"Go get the computer; I need to review so docunts," Elias instructed Joyce.

"Alright." It seed President Sinclair wouldn’t leave anyti soon, which was just as well, allowing him to witness Quinn’s disgraceful acts.

Elias indeed sat there, beginning to look through various docunts.
