Chapter 104 – That would serve no purpose other than bringing more humiliation to himself (2)
Fang JunRong did not hesitate to call him out. “I’ve heard that Li WangJin and stopped your credit card? That’s the only reason you rember now, isn’t it? Say, how much did you plan on asking from ? 5 million yuan? 10 million yuan? Or was it 100 million yuan”
Li ShiZe wanted to righteously proclaim that he was not that kind of a person. But, given the current situation that he was in, he was not able to bring himself to say that with confidence.
Fang JunRong continued, “I am in no shortage of money, but why would I want to spend them on you? I can just grab anyone randomly on the street and they’d be more than willing to be my filial son. What gave you the wrongful impression that you are so irreplaceable?”
Having said that, she walked over to the side of the road, waited for a little bit until she saw soone walking in her direction. It was a man around 25 years old or so with a girl in his hand. The two were obviously a couple.
Fang JunRong smiled and asked him, “Would you like to be my son?”
The man couldn’t help but think “Oh, sh*t” and was just about to say “are you crazy” when he saw Fang JunRong’s face and stopped himself. After all, people tend to have more tolerances toward good-looking individuals.
Fang JunRong went on, “If I give you 10 million yuan, will you be my son?”
The man said imdiately, “Never mind about 10 million yuan. I will be okay calling your ‘mom’ for the rest of my life for 5 million yuan.”
His girlfriend, who was more excited than he was, said, “You know, nowadays, girls are just as good as boys. Do you need another daughter, Boss Fang?” Obviously, the girl already realized who Fang JunRong was.
The girl felt so lucky that she was about to pass out. Truth was, she could afford to buy her own Beautify Pills if she tightened her belt a little. But, the product was so popular right now that if she had so much as to space out for a few seconds the minute they beca available, they’d be all gone.
Seeing that, Xu WeiWei went back into the office and brought a box down. They did have so in the storage area in their office.
The girl finally left happily with her boyfriend.
Fang JunRong, looking at Li ShiZe with his darkened face, said, “Did you see that? If I want, I can have as many sons as I want.”
She had used up all of her kindness not getting revenge against him.
She walked away without looking at Li ShiZe again. She has a pretty good idea of her BBQ Pork son’s personality. He had a big ego. If he ca all the way here to ask her for help, she could surmise that his recent days had been pretty awful.
She was happy that his life has been awful.
Looking at the view of her back as she walked away without hesitation, Li ShiZe balled his hands up tightly into fists. The pain from his fingernails digging into his palms had awoken him.
Tasting this humiliation bit by bit, the anger inside of him churned slowly and precipitated into a strong ambition. The only reason his mother could stand on her high horse and criticize him was because he was down on his luck right now and that he was broke.
Just for his bragging rights, he must have so accomplishnt. One of these days, he’d throw everything that she had said to him back at her.
He turned around to look for other options. When push ca to shove, he’d have to compromise on his shares.
As soon as he returned to the downstairs of his studio, he saw a young woman in a green dress pacing back and forth.
Li ShiZe, in his perturbed state, did not pay her too much attention before he was going to walk inside of the building. But, before his long legs could step inside of the building, he was stopped by a hesitant voice, “Li ShiZe”.
