Wu Zhihao could now understand why Shangguan Xi was so furious!

“Chen Jun is my son, and Xiaoxi is my daughter-in-law. You have no right to say that!” With those words, Wu Zhihao turned to look at Cao Xiaoi. “And you! Servant?
Cao Xiaoi stared at Wu Zhihao in disbelief.
Was she really just a servant in Wu Zhihao’s eyes?

Mrs. Wu refused to acknowledge Cao Xiaoi as a servant.

At that mont, the sound of an ambulance ca from downstairs.
Wu Zhihao didn’t have ti to argue further and imdiately turned to run downstairs.
“Stop!” Mrs. Wu roared from behind.
“Now what?” Wu Zhihao turned back impatiently.
Mrs. Wu demanded, “Where are you going?”
Wu Zhihao replied, “I need to go to the hospital!”
“The hospital? Who gave you permission to go to the hospital? Get back here!”
Wu Zhihao ignored Mrs. Wu and continued running downstairs.
Mrs. Wu was furious. “Co back here! If you dare step out of this house today, I swear you’re no longer my son!”
But Wu Zhihao acted as if he hadn’t heard her, walking off without looking back.
He used to be so filial.
Now, he had changed!
Cao Xiaoi walked up to Mrs. Wu, speaking worriedly, “Ma’am, what should we do now…”
Mrs. Wu narrowed her eyes and said, “Don’t worry. As long as I’m here, they won’t dare rebel. Keep that dicine safe. Our Wu family can’t afford not to have soone inherit the business!”
Cao Xiaoi nodded, then added, “I’m a bit worried about Shangguan Xi. Do you think she could really have hurt herself badly this ti?”
Even an ambulance had been called!
The commotion was quite serious.

Wu Zhihao followed the ambulance to the hospital.
At the hospital, Shangguan Xi was imdiately sent into the Ergency Room.
Wu Chenjun and the Wu family parents waited outside.
Wu Chenjun crouched on the floor, clutching his head in anguish. When Shangguan Xi was sent to the Ergency Room, she was already unconscious.
Chen Qian stood on tiptoes, peering into the Operating Room. “I wonder how Xiaoxi is doing!” she said worriedly.
Wu Zhihao remained relatively calm. “Qianqian, you and Chen Jun wait here. I’ll make a call to inform the in-laws.” Such an incident couldn’t be hidden from Shangguan Dehui and his wife.
The Wu family wouldn’t shy away from their responsibilities.
“I’ll go instead.” Wu Chenjun stood up from the floor.
Shangguan Xi was his wife, and he had responsibility in this matter too.
