"You claid you were busy. Is this what keeps you busy?" Gabriel inquired about discovering his brother eating donuts in Gracey's shop.
Eveline wanted to et Gracey because she hadn't had the chance to check on her after the accident. Despite being inford that her safety was completely secure, she insisted on eting her in person.
Gracey was pleased to see Eveline and Gabriel both doing well. Daniel inford her of their mishap, but reassured her that they were alright and that she need not worry.
Gracey secretly believed that it was because of her that they had both gotten themselves into such a bad situation that nearly cost them their lives. But Eveline disregarded all of her ideas, putting them to rest and revealing Tiffany's downfall.
"But what about the man she was working with? Did the cops get hold of him?" Daniel inquired, but they declined.
"How is that possible? Shouldn't they track the person down using the call they had?" Gracey said, and Eveline sighed.
"She deleted her call history, leaving no record of any calls she placed or received. So it's difficult to retrieve the data," Eveline explained.
"Anyway, they'd find the person eventually, but for now, let's breathe a sigh of relief that Tiffany is no longer a threat to us," Gracey said, and Eveline agreed.
"By the way, where's Brother Stefan? He was supposed to join us." Daniel questioned, peering at the door, hoping to see Stefan.
When he learned Eveline and Gabriel were visiting Gracey, he decided to invite Stefan and Ella to join them. He was furious because they had not told him of their discharge, and when he went to see them the next morning, he discovered that they had left.
"He's here," Daniel exclaid, as he watched the glass door open and Stefan and Ella proceed inside.
As soon as his eyes fell on Eveline, he hugged her and then patted Gabriel's shoulder in assurance.
"For soone who fell from heights, don't they look perfectly fine?" Stefan joked as he took a chair for Ella and then a seat for himself.
"Are you sure there's nothing to worry about?" Ella inquired, peering at the two with anxiety.
"We are completely fine, Miss Ella. In fact, we can go for another swim in the pool if you want," Eveline quipped, lightening the mood.
"I heard you are joining the company." Stefan inquired, peering carefully at Gabriel, who nodded in agreent.
"Yes, Dad said he needs my help with other branches," Gabriel replied.
Eveline flashed him a look, which made him smile, and they started talking about trivial topics.
"By the way, how about we arrange a quick trip following the sesters? I an, it'll be a good break after all this stressful event," Daniel said, looking excitedly at everyone.
"I suppose he's right. I, too, need a break from work and college," Stefan agreed.
"College? Mister, when did you even go to college?" Gabriel arched his brow and Stefan brushes him off.
"Still, I need a break to spend ti with my girlfriend," he declared, leaving Ella blushing profusely.
"Girlfriend? Already? Who is it?" Daniel, who had no idea Stefan was dating Ella, appeared to be unaware of his statents, but Stefan continued to display his ladylove.
"Ella," he exclaid boldly, heaving up his chest and leaving Daniel with an open mouth.
Gracey saw the odd expression and hastily closed his mouth.
"Congratulations," she replied, ignoring Daniel's foolish expression.
Ella was embarrassed by Stefan's openness about their connection. She wasn't unhappy, but she still had so uncertainties in her heart that kept her from totally accepting what was going on in her life.
But, for the ti being, she has decided to put her anxieties aside and enjoy her ti with Stefan, who appears to be working hard to nurture their connection.
Her phone started ringing out of nowhere, so she excused herself to take a quick call.
Stefan cast a glance behind her before continuing his conversation.
"I heard Alex has been transferred to rehabilitation. "Do you think he helped Tiffany?" Stefan inquired.
"I don't think so, because he was with Eveline when we learned about Gracey. So he cannot be in two locations at the sa ti. It must be soone else," Gabriel said confidently.
Stefan was ready to continue, but Ella interrupted, saying, "Sorry guys, I think we need to leave. The representatives we were due to et in the afternoon have requested to et us now."
He frowned when he noticed Ella's anxious expression. He stood up from his seat and ca towards Ella without asking any questions.
They quickly bid them farewell and exited the business.
Stefan inquired as he opened the car door to enter."Why sudden change in plan?"
Ella stepped inside and fastened her seatbelt before turning to Stefan and saying, "The client arrived early and demanded to et right away."
Stefan nodded in understanding, and they drove away.
anwhile, Eveline and Gabriel spent ti with Gracey before deciding to depart.
"How about you?" Have you decided to work here part-ti or will you go ho?" Gabriel asked as he turned to face his brother.
Daniel had yet to leave the chair he had been occupying for quite so ti. Despite his sour words, he remained unconcerned and declined him.
"You go. I'll go ho after a while."
Eveline gave Gracey a aningful look, but she quickly looked away and turned to Daniel.
"I think you should leave. Exams are approaching, so concentrate on your study," she advised, making Daniel sulk.
"But I want to stay," he added, dismayed.
Eveline observed Daniel's hesitation to go but swiftly leaped to his defense.
"How about you help him with his studies, Gracey? I am confident you will be a fine instructor because he rarely concentrates on his academics." Eveline's comnt caused Gracey and Gabriel to frown.
But Daniel ended up jumping for excitent.
Gracey was ready to refute, but Eveline grabbed Gabriel's arm and dragged him out of the shop.
"See you later. Have a good day," she said as they walked away, leaving Gracey astonished as they soon vanished from her sight.
"So when should we start the class?" Daniel's eager voice jolted her out of her reverie, and she gave him a perplexed expression.

Outside, Eveline continued to drag Gabriel until they reached his car and climbed inside.
"Why would you recomnd anything incoherent?" Gabriel expressed his disapproval with a straight expression, but Eveline simply rolled her eyes.
"I sotis wonder if you learnt anything from the novels I gave you to read. Don't you see that Daniel likes Gracey?"
"..."
"Soone who is in love with playstations can never possess human emotions and Gracey, I don't think it's even possible." he declined.
"You wish, but I see Daniel likes Gracey but is unaware of it. Why don't you enlighten your brother?" she asked.
"No, thanks. I'd rather hit my head on the stone than tell him anything. Furthermore, he is looking for an opportunity to get even with . So I'll skip this advise," he said as they entered the car.
Eveline could only sigh and ntally wish Daniel would co to a realization.
"By the way, instead of focusing on other people's relationships, why not work on our own? I'm sure after a passionate night, you must be craving more." Gabriel changed the topic, prompting Eveline to fall silent.
She rembered that the ointnt he gave her had soothed her for a while, but going for another round was out of the question, especially because she wasn't ready to let him inside again.
"How about instead of focusing on our relationship? You let focus on my studies instead, but first tell why didn't you tell about your decision to join the company?" She asked, turning to face him.
Gabriel sighed as he studied Eveline's expression. "It was an unexpected decision made quickly. So I didn't have ti to talk about it," he remarked.
"Then does that an you won't be coming that often to college?" Eveline's face plumted as she realized she wouldn't be able to visit Gabriel on a daily basis.
Gabriel's lips twisted into a satisfied smile, and he reached out to caress her face.
"You don't want to go?" he said, and she gave him a puzzled expression.
"How can I not when Uncle Richard said he needs to to handle other branches?" Eveline backed away, declining his words, and he frowned in uncertainty.
"So it's okay if you don't see very often. I expected you to object or at least make feel special, but instead you are concerned about your uncle. How unfair is it?"
Eveline cast a sidelong glance at Gabriel, who gave her a disappointed expression. She realized that being in a relationship with Gabriel ant she had to reassure him of her love and communicate her sentints frequently.
When she noticed him distressed, she hurriedly leaned closer and kissed him on the cheek.
"I'm concerned for both you and Uncle. But more than that, I want to tell you that I will miss being with you 24/7."
