'This title only applies to Necromancers. That Demi Lich is not a necromancer but a Death Mage.' Her words startled him.
'So, Rilos and others misunderstood their teacher Lord Shade's words and thought Aliza as their chosen one.' Abium made a guess and continued to listen.
'Not necessarily. Death mages are like priests. They borrow power from death dinsions or the Death gods and rank up in a slightly different way. They will also inherit mories about death spells and will be more powerful. But once a death mage advanced into a third-tier being, they will be forced to abandon a part of their humanity and becos a Demi-Lich.'
'Aren't Death Lords also the sa?' Abium couldn't help but interject.
'No. Unlike Death Lords, the Demi-Lich will not only lose their sense but also lose their human emotions. No, it's more like they will slowly beco a part of the Death God or Death Dinsion. You saw Demi-Lich's health status, right? That 'Twisted' condition is due to this.'

Soon, his expression turned into shock and then into disbelief.
'What the f*ck is this? How poor is this guy? Did this guy have only 100 silver coins and a personal diary?' Abium almost choked as he saw the wealth inside Demi-Lich's spatial ring. No magic stone or high-tier skeleton was stored inside this ring, which made him smile bitterly. But what made him almost spit a mouthful of blood was the space inside his spatial ring was just five cubic ters!
As Abium was about to toss the diary away in frustration, four pages fell on the ground from the diary.
At that mont, he realized that those pages were written in Abyssal language and knew that the pages were Lord Novak's diary.
A broad smile appeared on his face.
