Chapter 1155: Chapter 1155 is also for taking revenge for Mianmian
Lu Siyuan touched his nose, “This story is a bit long, and many years have passed. You have to promise not to get angry before I can tell you the truth.”
Cheng Feiyang beca even more certain of his suspicion. “Lu Siyuan, did you really stab in the back all those years ago?”
Before Lu Siyuan could answer, Yang Xiaoxi chid in, “No need to ask him; I know about it. The beating you got back then was Siyuan’s doing. But you can’t bla others, who told you to stir up trouble with Mianmian for no reason?”
Thinking back on Cheng Feiyang at the ti, she still felt a fire in her belly.
Cheng Feiyang really was asking for it back then; no wonder he got what he deserved.
Cheng Feiyang beca unsettled. “So it really was you who orchestrated that attack? I knew it, I hadn’t offended anyone else, so why would soone beat ?”
“It was all in defense of Mianmian,” Lu Siyuan glanced at Yang Xiaoxi and deliberately set a trap, “When Yang Xiaoxi heard you were beaten by , she was overjoyed and even regretted not being part of it.”
On hearing this, Cheng Feiyang felt wronged, “Yang Xiaoxi, you never ntioned this to even once, and back then I carried you to school on my back.”
“At that ti, I didn’t know you’d beco my boyfriend,” Yang Xiaoxi defended herself, “If I had known, I couldn’t possibly have let him beat you up!”
If anyone was going to hit him, it would be her; she’d take care of her own.
Hearing this, Cheng Feiyang felt sowhat appeased.
“At least you have so conscience.”
After calming Cheng Feiyang down, Yang Xiaoxi, full of gossip, turned to Lu Siyuan, “Hey, Siyuan, it’s been so many years, Mianmian is about to marry Brother He, and I’m also off the market. When are you going to find soone?”
“How do you know I haven’t?” Lu Siyuan took out his phone from his pocket, “See this? This foreign girl has been chasing for a year, but I’m not really interested in her. I mainly want to find soone from ho due to cultural differences; otherwise, there’ll be too many family issues later on.”
Yang Xiaoxi’s curious nature had her peering over Lu Siyuan’s phone, and seeing the two so close, Cheng Feiyang made her sit down properly on the bench.
“With your nosy character, you should join the paparazzi.”
“Pfft, I’d never be a paparazzo,” Yang Xiaoxi snorted with disdain.
“Xiaoxi.” Suddenly, a voice full of joy ca from the door.
They all looked towards the door and saw a woman holding a child’s hand at the entrance. Yang Xiaoxi frowned slightly, showing a bit of disdain, but when she saw the woman holding a child, she still managed to keep her temper in check.
“Why are you here?”
Zhu Yun ca in with her daughter, grinning, “I heard you ca back from filming, so I wanted to co and see you.”
Yang Xiaoxi glanced at the child in Zhu Yun’s hand and then went back inside to get so food for her, “What brings you here this ti?”
“Nothing much, just wanted to see you,” Zhu Yun seated herself on the bench without invitation, placing her daughter on her lap while complaining, “Had I listened to you back in the day, life wouldn’t be so rough now.”
Yang Xiaoxi knitted her brows; Zhu Yun always played the victim every ti she ca by, and it irritated her to no end, “I tried to advise you back then, but you wouldn’t listen. What’s the point of bringing it up now?”
Back when Shen Mianmian had her troubles, Yang Xiaoxi didn’t have the ti to manage Zhu Yun’s affairs. Consequently, Zhu Yun ended up staying here and, within three months, got involved with the owner of a small supermarket. The man eventually divorced his wife and married her.
