Shen Mianmian didn’t bother with her, but said to the director, “Director, I feel that real fighting here would indeed look better, but if the female lead starts hitting soone, it doesn’t quite fit with her original character setup. The director considered the script and thought that Shen Mianmian made a lot of sense. After a brief discussion about the plot, they directly changed the scene from the female lead hitting the supporting actress to the male lead hitting the supporting actress.
Wang Yaman was not convinced, but then she thought, no matter who did the slapping, Shen Mianmian would have to take it, and that made her happy.
After settling the plot, the director let everyone take a break and get ready to start shooting in a bit.
Shen Mianmian went to the restroom.
Seeing this, Wang Xiaoman approached the male lead and coquettishly said, “Brother Zheng, I want to discuss sothing with you.”

The truth was, if Shen Mianmian hadn’t been willing to play the supporting role, Wang Yaman wouldn’t even have had the chance to act with her.
Shen Mianmian being the supporting actress had elevated Wang Yaman’s status, but Wang Yaman was oblivious, not thinking things through.
Wang Yaman pouted, “But she’s still a washed-up actress, what’s there to be arrogant about? Brother Zheng, just tell , are you willing to help out or not?”
“How would I help you?” Zheng Yuxuan asked.
“Isn’t it your turn to hit her later?” Wang Yaman whispered conspiratorially, “Then you could take that chance to hit a little harder, or intentionally call for a cut and hit her a few extra tis.”
Zheng Yuxuan frowned, “That doesn’t seem very appropriate, does it?”
“What’s inappropriate about it?” Wang Yaman didn’t feel there was anything wrong with her suggestion, “Using a role to settle personal scores happens a lot, doesn’t it? You must have done it before as well?”
Zheng Yuxuan’s expression shifted slightly, “Don’t talk nonsense, I’ve never done such a thing.”
If he admitted to it, how could he continue to work in the entertainnt industry?
Wang Yaman made a cutting remark, “Just tell , can you do this favor or not?”
Zeng Yi, who happened to overhear their conversation, frowned and walked away from the scene. Seeing Shen Mianmian coming out of the restroom, he imdiately approached her and warned, “Miss Shen, there’s sothing I need to tell you.”
“Hm?” Shen Mianmian looked at him, surprised by his serious expression. “What is it, tell !”
Zeng Yi glanced in Wang Yaman’s direction and said, “I overheard Wang Yaman telling Zheng Yuxuan to use the scene to hit you, so he might not hold back when it’s ti. You should be careful.”
Shen Mianmian’s eyes flashed, “Don’t worry! Zheng Yuxuan won’t do that.”
After interacting with him over this period, she had co to understand Zheng Yuxuan. She had no conflicts with him, and he didn’t have a good relationship with Wang Yaman, so he wouldn’t do such a thing for her.
