"Brother Mo, you must stay for dinner today no matter what," Qi Song warmly insisted, a nostalgic glint in his eyes, "It’s been almost two years since I last had a al with Brother Mo."

His leg had been injured back when Leilei had just gotten pregnant, and now Leilei is already over a year old.

Mo Siyu cos back a few tis a year, but most of the ti, it’s just a quick et-up before parting again, with no ti for a shared al.

Mo Siyu’s eyes darkened a bit, and he patted Qi Song’s shoulder, saying, "Okay."

"Then I’ll go cook," Deng Lanhua imdiately said.

Qi Song then chatted with Mo Siyu. It had been a long ti since they last saw each other, and Qi Song had a lot to say. It was as if the abundance of words could never be fully expressed. Even though he had left the fleet, hearing any news about it was still good.

Mo Siyu knew what he was thinking and shared so updates about their brothers.

When everything that needed to be said had been covered, Mo Siyu changed the topic, "Songzi, hearing you talk about the cotton candy business, I also think it has great potential. In the future, you can rely on your own skills to make money and let everyone know that those from our fleet are all capable people."

"Yes," Qi Song stood up straight.

Seeing Qi Song in his current state reassured Mo Siyu. When he saw Qi Song earlier in the year, Qi Song hadn’t adjusted well yet; previously, Qi Song had a smile on his face but his eyes hid troubles.

Now, Qi Song was like a striving little plant, exuding vitality.

After Deng Lanhua finished cooking, she said, "Qi Song, isn’t it ti to call Xiao Yue and Uncle Tang over for dinner? They promised this morning, it wouldn’t be void now, right?"

Xiao Yue and Uncle Tang.

The image of a bright face and lively eyes subconsciously popped into Mo Siyu’s mind. He asked, "Which Xiao Yue?"

Qi Song found it strange, Brother Mo usually didn’t care about such details, why would he inquire about which Xiao Yue?

Could Brother Mo know soone nad Xiao Yue?

Qi Song replied, "Her na is Tang Yue, she is a high school student at Wangjiang First Middle School, and I heard she has very good grades. Her uncle is Tang Mingli. The two of them are great benefactors for Lanhua."

"Hmm," Mo Siyu nodded, his eyes narrowing slightly, making it hard to read his emotions.

Qi Song asked, "Brother Mo, do you know them?"

"Yep, Mingli and I were high school classmates," Mo Siyu briefly replied, rembering the last ti they t and his mom’s enthusiastic attitude which must have frightened her.

Her fair face was blushing, quite adorable.

Hearing that they were high school classmates, Qi Song was also very surprised and said, "Brother Mo, what a coincidence! We can all have dinner together tonight."

Just as they stepped out of the house, they saw Tang Mingli and Tang Yue arriving, carrying so things. Qi Song hurriedly said, "Xiao Yue, Mingli, I just invited you for a simple al, why did you bring things?"

"Just a couple of pounds of at and so eggs. The at can be kept, and the eggs are for Leilei to eat, none for you," Tang Mingli replied lightly, making it hard for Qi Song to refuse.

As he stood at the door and saw Mo Siyu, Tang Mingli thought his eyes were deceiving him. Once he confird it was Mo Siyu, he strode up quickly and playfully punched him, "Didn’t you say you were going out to deliver goods? Why are you still here?"

"Don’t embarrass yourself with that pathetic kung fu." Mo Siyu said while easily grabbing Tang Mingli’s fist. Tang Mingli imdiately started making a fuss, feeling like he was punching not a fist, but a mountain.

Mo Siyu’s gaze fell on Tang Yue. The little girl really suited wearing white clothes.

"Uncle Mo." Tang Yue initially thought it was soone Tang Mingli knew, but when she saw Mo Siyu, she instantly rembered that embarrassing incident, and her face suddenly turned red.

Tang Mingli, being a rather blunt person, also felt sothing was off. Turning around and seeing her flushed face, his gaze imdiately began shifting between the two.

"You all know each other?"

Now it was Qi Song who was taken aback. Before, he was worried that Mo Siyu wouldn’t like to dine with strangers and had made so explanations, but now it turned out that not only did they know each other, but they also were rather close.

"Qi Song, he’s a classmate from high school, we are really close," said Tang Mingli as he put his hand on Mo Siyu’s shoulder.

Mo Siyu shifted his body to the side.

Tang Mingli, missing his support, stumbled, almost falling, and complained, "Mo Siyu, will it kill you to lend a shoulder?"

Mo Siyu responded with an idiotic look.

"You really need to get over this obsession with cleanliness," Tang Mingli glared at him fiercely. If he wasn’t unable to defeat him, he would definitely drag him into a fight, toss him into a muddy field, and let him get over his aversion to even a speck of dirt on his clothes.

"I’m going to check on Sister Deng," said Tang Yue quickly, fearing Mo Siyu might blurt out what happened that day in Provincial City.

Upon reaching the backyard, Tang Yue let out a deep breath. Mo Siyu’s presence was overwhelming. Despite Uncle also being a sunny, handso guy, and even though Qi Song was also very masculine, standing next to Mo Siyu, his powerful aura was inevitably imposing, and those piercing eyes focused on you made it impossible to ignore.

The dinner was simple but holy, a at and vegetable combination laid out on the table that stirs up one’s appetite.

Tang Mingli quietly asked, "Xiao Yue, between you and Mo Siyu..."

"Nothing at all," Tang Yue quickly replied. Her quick response seed more like a guilty conscience.

Tang Mingli gave her a aningful look.

Under the table, Tang Yue fiercely stepped on Tang Mingli’s foot, causing him to instantly cry in pain, but he gritted his teeth to bear it, and while facing everyone’s curious looks, he grinned, "No worries, I just didn’t sit properly."

"Uncle, you haven’t drunk much, are you drunk already?" Tang Yue winked at him.

Tang Mingli secretly glared at her.

Now that all three of them were acquainted, the drinking felt even more intimate. Their drinking was hearty, along with the multiple toasts from Mo Siyu and Qi Song going around, it was two against one, and Tang Mingli quickly beca drunk.

Tang Yue was talking to Deng Lanhua beside her, but she couldn’t ignore that almost imperceptible gaze drifting her way.

"Sister Deng, the fish you made is delicious," Tang Yue kept talking to Deng Lanhua, attempting to ignore Mo Siyu’s gaze. For so reason, she felt like prey.

She had quietly reminded Tang Mingli several tis to drink less, but although he claid to be sober, his woozy eyes and the sll of alcohol on him clearly indicated he was drunk.
