"That also depends on Sun Qing; only if Sun Qing likes it will it be fine," Tang Yue said, lowering her voice. "Put Chenchen down to sleep. Once Chenchen falls asleep, she’ll sleep soundly."

"Okay."

Si Yu gently laid Chenchen in the crib. After so much practice, Si Yu’s movents had beco quite deft. He bent over, glancing at Zaozao and Chenchen, his eyes filled with tenderness.

"Wife, thank you."

The first thing Si Yu did after getting into bed was to give Tang Yue a kiss. How fortunate he was to have married Tang Yue, and now they had Zaozao and Chenchen, a daughter and a son.

"I should be thanking you for making so happy," Tang Yue said as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders, nestling into his embrace. The scent of him made her feel at ease.

Tang Yue often felt a sense of disbelief. She truly was happy now; her family was well and safe, and everything was moving in a good direction.

"Let’s not keep thanking each other. Wife, should we try a different position tonight?" Si Yu whispered as he lowered his head, his lips to her ear, while his rough, calloused hand touched her delicate skin. Tang Yue’s heart skipped a beat. She lifted her head, her bright eyes shyly eting his.

Even though they could almost be considered an old married couple with two children, Tang Yue was still a bit reserved in this aspect. However, the gentle and beautiful scene earlier had given her boundless courage. She offered her lips willingly, saying, "I’ll follow your lead, but we mustn’t wake Zaozao and Chenchen."

Si Yu’s eyes imdiately lit up.

That night, Tang Yue was left utterly exhausted.

Thinking back, Tang Yue’s cheeks were flushed red. She buried herself in the covers, pretending to be asleep.

"Wife, I’m off to the office," Si Yu said while caressing her through the covers, knowing she was shy. Without saying much, he left for the office, feeling radiant as if emitting a glow.

Tang Yue poked her head out, saw that Si Yu had already left, turned over, and covered her flushed face to continue sleeping.

They were husband and wife, there was nothing to be embarrassed about seeing each other openly.

Tang Yue comforted herself with these thoughts, having not had enough sleep last night, making it hard for her to get up in the morning.

Zhang Hualian quietly entered the room and took Zaozao and Chenchen out so that even if both were hungry, they could have a bottle while Tang Yue caught up on sleep.

Zhang Hualian thought Tang Yue was exhausted from working late at the shop yesterday.

"Let’s take Zaozao and Chenchen out for a walk, let Xiaoyue rest; she’s just been too busy," said Mo Xiaolin, the caring mother-in-law, feeling for Tang Yue.

"Okay."

Zhang Hualian naturally had no objections.

"Ring."

Tang Yue had just finished freshening up when she heard the phone ring. She looked around, not seeing Zhang Hualian and the others, and guessed they had gone out. Tang Yue picked up the phone, and on the other end was Mo Xiaoyu’s mother, Zheng Chunhong.

"Xiaoyue, how’s it going? Is your body recovering well?"

Zheng Chunhong asked with concern and inquired about the two children.

Tang Yue replied to each question, thinking Zheng Chunhong wanted to speak to Mo Xiaolin. She said, "Mom took the kids out; is there sothing you need, Aunt?"

"Yes, there is a piece of good news."

Over the phone ca Zheng Chunhong’s cheerful voice.

Tang Yue paused for a mont, then guessed, "Aunt, is Sister Xiaoyu getting married?"

"Xiaoyue, you’re so smart," ca Zheng Chunhong’s happy response, her joy palpable even over the phone. "Xiaoyu and Leng Hua have finally decided to get married, scheduled for January 1st. I want to invite your mom to have a drink with us, see if she could co ho for the occasion."

"Congratulations, Aunt! It’s great Sister Xiaoyu found a good partner," Tang Yue sincerely replied. Last ti, hearing Tang Jun talk about the trip to Sea City, she felt that Mo Xiaoyu and Leng Hua’s relationship could progress further. Later on, without any updates, Tang Yue secretly wondered if Mo Xiaoyu had yet to move on from Xie Quan’s shadow.

Now, hearing the good news, Tang Yue was naturally happy for Mo Xiaoyu as well.

Xie Quan, that scumbag, wasted so much of Mo Xiaoyu’s pri ti. Now, eting Leng Hua was indeed fortunate for her.

Feeling great, Tang Yue hung up the phone and couldn’t wait to call Si Yu to share the good news.

Si Yu was a man of deep affection and also cared deeply for Mo Xiaoyu.

After so thought, Tang Yue decided to call the office. After being redirected once, Si Yu’s anxious voice ca through, asking, "Xiaoyue, is sothing wrong?"

"There is sothing, but it’s good news," Tang Yue said quickly to alleviate his worries, and she told him in a few words about Mo Xiaoyu’s upcoming New Year’s wedding. She said happily, "I just got the call, I’m so thrilled I had to call you imdiately, hope I didn’t disturb you?"

"Not at all, if Xiaoyu’s getting married, I’m thrilled too. But I might not have ti to go," Si Yu said with so regret, knowing he didn’t have much leave and a trip to Sea City would take at least three days round-trip.

"We’ll see when the ti cos, I might not have the ti either," Tang Yue said happily, knowing he was busy. Without saying much more, she hung up the phone.

When Mo Xiaolin returned and heard Tang Yue’s words, she bead with joy.

That night, everyone celebrated this news.

As soon as Lian Qingyang heard about the wedding in Sea City, he imdiately chid in, "Sis, are you going back to Sea City? Grandpa and Dad would be so happy to know."

Old Sir Lian had returned to Sea City after the children’s full moon celebration. Lian He was also busy, planning to set up a branch office here, but all affairs of the branch were left to Lian Qingyang, making him very busy, leaving and returning ho early every day.

"Um..." Tang Yue looked at Lian Qingyang’s expectant eyes, feeling really sorry to refuse.

"Sis, Aunt and Uncle have both gone back to Sea City. This is a great opportunity to bring Zaozao and Chenchen back to the Lian family," Lian Qingyang urged, knowing this was a rare chance.

In the past, Tang Yue seldom went to Sea City.

"Xiao Yang, Zaozao and Chenchen are still small, it’s inconvenient to take them out," Tang Yue said, looking at his hopeful eyes, really unable to refuse directly, so she made an excuse.

"Sis, rest assured, if we go back ho, I’ll ensure everything is well-arranged, guaranteeing Zaozao and Chenchen won’t feel uncomfortable. Besides, isn’t Brother-in-law’s mom going to Sea City? Wouldn’t it be bad if Mom didn’t go to Sea City for the wedding?"

Lian Qingyang couldn’t find enough reasons. He said, "Leng Hua and Mo Xiaoyu are having their wedding in Sea City. I rember Mom and Aunt Mo are from the sa village, right? It wouldn’t be good not to go, would it?"

"If they all go, you can’t handle Zaozao and Chenchen alone."
