’Pah’
The door of the hospital room was suddenly pushed open forcefully.
Just as Liu Ying was about to confess her feelings deeply, the loud bang scared her, and she looked angrily towards the door. Who was so careless? She had already asked the doctor to stall Zhao Xiangqian; hadn’t he been detained?
Outside the hospital room stood a girl with a beautiful face.
No, "beautiful" seed inadequate to describe her; even though there was a hint of tiredness in her eyes, she still looked incredibly enviable.
Her black hair was casually tied in a ponytail. She wore a light purple sweater adorned elegantly with flowers, paired with jeans—simple yet so captivating.
"Who are you? How can you barge into soone else’s hospital room like this?" Liu Ying tried to steal the initiative. Her figure, which she was always proud of, now felt vulgar compared to the girl in front of her.
"This is my fiancé’s hospital room. Why can’t I enter?" Tang Yue said coldly as she walked in, her gaze falling on Liu Ying. "Doctor Liu, your outfit is really different from other doctors’."
"Xiao Yue." Mo Siyu looked at Tang Yue with excited expressions. His tone was filled with tenderness as he repeated her na, as if the na itself was transformative when spoken by Mo Siyu.
Liu Ying watched Mo Siyu with jealous eyes. These past few days, she had never seen Mo Siyu smile, let alone show such tenderness now. That indulgent look seed to drown soone in it.
Tang Yue gave him a stern look, not only hurt but also attracted this trouble.
Mo Siyu looked at Tang Yue with a grievous expression.
The two exchanged looks, a silent conversation of glances, which, in Liu Ying’s eyes, made her both angry and jealous.
"So, you’re Tang Yue?" Liu Ying guessed Tang Yue’s identity imdiately. In the Bailutong Team, everyone praised Tang Yue like a little fairy, saying how beautiful, gentle, and kind she was. Liu Ying thought they were exaggerating, but seeing her in person, Liu Ying realized their praises weren’t excessive at all.
"Yes." Tang Yue stepped forward and said, "Doctor Liu, I want to ask you sothing. Just because you save male patients, does that an they should marry you?"
"How could that be possible." Liu Ying denied it without hesitation.
"Isn’t there a saying about repaying a life-saving debt with a personal commitnt?" Tang Yue looked at her with a teasing smile.
Liu Ying imdiately realized what Tang Yue was referring to. She straightened her proud posture and said, "That’s right. Brother Mo saved twice; I am committed to him. What’s wrong with that?"
"Then, all those male patients should be marrying you back ho," Tang Yue said, her lips curling lightly, muttering under her breath, "This girl really is seriously ill."
"No, saving those male patients is because I am a doctor," Liu Ying retorted.
Tang Yue instantly responded, "Si Yu saved you because he likes to help others. Otherwise, if saving a woman ant marrying one, wouldn’t Si Yu have to beco an emperor and gather three thousand beauties in his harem?"
Tang Yue’s words were laced with sarcasm.
Mo Siyu gave Tang Yue a thumbs up, his ears filled with her voice.
Si Yu, Si Yu.
It was the first ti he heard her address him that way, and he never realized his own na could sound so captivating when she called.
"This isn’t right." Liu Ying felt tangled by Tang Yue’s words, instinctively feeling sothing was amiss, yet unable to pinpoint exactly what.
"Why is it not correct? If a doctor saves soone, they have to marry them, either the person saved or the doctor themselves. Who would dare to be saved by a doctor?" Tang Yue pressed aggressively, even without wearing high heels she still held a much stronger presence than Liu Ying.
She continued, "If every man who saves a woman has to marry her, who would dare to save anyone in the future?"
Tang Yue’s expression beca serious, her words justified and compelling, causing Liu Ying to be repeatedly pushed back in argunt.
Tang Yue went on to say, "Doctor Liu, not only does Si Yu have , his fiancée, even if he didn’t, even if Si Yu saved you, you can’t use gratitude as an excuse to force him to marry you."
"I didn’t." Liu Ying denied subconsciously, yet her voice was unconvincing.
"Are you saying you didn’t use gratitude as a pretense to seduce Si Yu?"
"Or are you saying you didn’t use gratitude as a pretense to force Si Yu to marry you?"
Tang Yue was truly angry. In her past life, she had heard about Liu Ying, and a significant reason Mo Siyu remained unmarried was because of Liu Ying.
Mo Siyu had saved Liu Ying, but eventually, Liu Ying clung to Mo Siyu. Initially, everyone thought Mo Siyu got a wife by saving soone, but later, Mo Siyu’s rejections caused discontent.
The reason was nothing else but that Liu Ying, being the precious daughter of the Liu Family, was unattainable for others.
If it hadn’t been for Mo Siyu’s strong will, relying on himself and becoming more prominent in the Bailutong Team, Liu Ying almost ruined him, ruined the efforts he had achieved through years of hard work.
These were all things she learned from nurses’ casual conversations.
In this life, upon seeing her again, Liu Ying confessed her deep feelings towards Mo Siyu, which Tang Yue couldn’t bear, gathering both new grudges and old to declare dominantly: "Let tell you, Si Yu is my fiancé, soon to be my husband, the father of my future children, you shouldn’t even think about it."
Having said this, Tang Yue turned around and sat at the bedside, gently asking, "Where are you hurt?"
At this mont, Tang Yue’s gentleness was like a different person compared to the aggressively assertive Tang Yue from just before.
With a worried look towards Mo Siyu, since learning of his injury, she hadn’t had a mont’s peace, rushing to Jing City as soon as she had taken care of things at the factory.
"It’s nothing." Mo Siyu stretched out his hand to embrace her, liking the dominating attitude she showed earlier for the first ti, incorporating him into her future.
"Liar." Tang Yue glared at him.
Beside them, Liu Ying was almost going insane. Tang Yue’s relentless questions left her unable to retort, and seeing the two embrace as if no one else was there, she couldn’t help saying, "Tang Yue, you two aren’t even married yet, this hugging and holding, it’s indecent."
"I embrace my fiancé publicly with integrity, but you seduce soone else’s fiancé, soone else’s future husband, do you want to be a mistress?"
Tang Yue suddenly rembered sothing, "Doctor Liu, you’re also a doctor. How co everyone else is fine, but suddenly you have an ergency that specifically requires Si Yu to rescue? Could it have been arranged by you in advance?"
"How could that be possible." Liu Ying retorted loudly, the situation was sudden, though she did play so part intentionally, there certainly was no preditation.
"Is that so? That seems too much of a coincidence," Tang Yue eyed Liu Ying suspiciously.
Liu Ying glared back fiercely, "Tang Yue, I am a doctor, I wouldn’t do such a thing," she said irritably, stomping her foot.
"Is that so? I almost thought you had forgotten you were a doctor," Tang Yue said coolly.
