ng Family in Jing City.

Mr. ng was looking at the letter sent from Wangjiang County and thought it was a postcard from ng Yanzhi, feeling touched that the child was being filial.

Mr. ng cheerfully opened the envelope, only to find a photograph. In the photograph, ng Yanzhi and a potbellied man stood side by side, smiling at each other.

"Who is this?" Mr. ng curiously looked at the potbellied man and asked Qu Feng, who had thick eyebrows and big eyes, "Do you recognize this person? Why would Yanzhi send this photo?"

"I don’t recognize him." Qu Feng looked carefully and shook his head, then asked, "Mr. ng, shall we investigate this?"

"Strange." Mr. ng had sharp eyes and flipped the envelope inside out, but there was nothing in it except for this letter.

"Eh." Qu Feng suddenly lowered his head, saying, "There seems to be writing on the back of this photo."

On the back of the photo were elegant characters.

They revealed the identities of ng Yanzhi and the other man.

Those few short words shocked Mr. ng. He slamd the photo onto the table, gritting his teeth, "Qu Feng, go check where ng Yanzhi has gone to."

Usually, he would affectionately call out ’Yanzhi, Yanzhi’. It was only when he was angry that Mr. ng would call out ng Yanzhi’s full na.

"Yes." Qu Feng responded and imdiately left.

An hour later, lunchti had arrived.

The housemaid asked Mr. ng if it was ti to start the al.

Instead of answering, Mr. ng asked, "Has Qu Feng returned yet?"

"Not yet," the housemaid answered.

"Then we’ll wait," Mr. ng sat upright in the living room. Ever since he saw that letter and that photo, Mr. ng had been sitting straight with a stern face, maintaining one posture.

The food had gotten cold, then heated up again. Every so often, Mr. ng would ask, "Has Qu Feng co back?"

"Not yet," the housemaid didn’t even know how many tis she had answered.

Not until the evening did the housemaid happily say, "Mr. ng, Qu Feng has returned, I will bring the dishes out."

Having not eaten a al all day, the housemaid had already prepared for dinner in advance.

Mr. ng looked anxious, but still sat in his chair. However, his eager eyes had already betrayed his inner thoughts.

"Mr. ng, I’ve found out," Qu Feng returned with the investigated information, carefully placing the docunts in front of Mr. ng.

Mr. ng snatched the docunts from Qu Feng’s hands and read every word carefully.

Five minutes later, after going through the data three tis, Mr. ng slamd the docunts onto the table with a ’snap’. He flung the ashtray next to him onto the floor in rage and shouted, "Call him, tell him to co back to imdiately."

Wangjiang County, Tang Family.

Lunch was sumptuous, and everyone was joyously as if the incident from the morning had never happened.

Tang Yue took Bai Qing to the clothing factory.

Tang Jun followed to find Zhu Yuanchao. Seeing how formidable Bai Qing was, even as a delicate girl, Tang Jun felt deeply challenged. He was determined to use the holiday period to train and strengthen his own body; otherwise, how could he protect his sister?

"Hualian, there are so things, I don’t know how to say," Tang Zhengde said, now alone in the room with Zhang Hualian.

"I know." Zhang Hualian let out a sigh. "Lian He... I never expected him to co back, let alone be so eager to recognize Xiao Yue."

"The conditions of the Lian Family should be quite good," Tang Zhengde said so, which was evident by looking at Lian Qingyang.

"Don’t you dare say that in front of Xiao Yue," Zhang Hualian glared at him and said: "If Xiao Yue knows this, she will definitely be heartbroken."

"I understand," Tang Zhengde chuckled ’heh heh,’ hugging Zhang Hualian’s waist, "Hualian, it’s just that I feel Xiao Yue is being wronged, that’s all."

"In the past, I asked Xiao Yue, but she seed not to want to find her biological father, what’s more, these years, Xiao Yue has grown closer to you," Zhang Hualian looked at Tang Zhengde’s honest face, it was this simplicity and wholehearted sincerity that had moved her back then.

"Our life is getting better now, we don’t need him to co back. As for Xiao Yue, I’ll follow her wishes. If she doesn’t want to acknowledge him, then let’s not acknowledge," Zhang Hualian stood firmly by Tang Yue’s opinion on this matter.

"Alright."

Tang Zhengde softly kissed her face and said, "Hualian, we haven’t been intimate for a long ti."

Yesterday, Tang Zhengde, Tang Mingli, and Tang Zhengyuan got drunk in a ss, and with things at the factory, Tang Zhengde was anxious but unable to offer any help.

Zhang Hualian’s face reddened, and she glared at him: "What are you thinking about in broad daylight?"

"Xiao Yue and the others have gone to the factory, they definitely won’t be back so soon," Tang Zhengde said with longing on his face.

Zhang Hualian pushed him away and said: "I’m going to the shop."

Tang Zhengde, left with no choice, simply followed Zhang Hualian to tidy up the restaurant.

Inside the shop.

Lian He walked around and didn’t know what to buy for Tang Yue, in the end, he thought about it and took a passbook without a password, depositing 200,000 yuan in it. Holding the 200,000 yuan, he went to find Tang Yue.

The Tang Family wasn’t ho, so Lian He thought of trying his luck at the garnt factory.

Lian He stood not far from the garnt factory, thinking that if Tang Yue ca out, he would be able to see her.

At this ti, Lian He was completely unaware that this scene was all witnessed by Xiang Yazhi.

After receiving the ssage, Xiang Yazhi had rushed overnight to Wangjiang County. Hearing that Lian He had gone to the Tang Family’s house several tis, Xiang Yazhi’s face turned with rage. She had soone secretly track Lian He’s movents, following him all the way here.

An hour later, Tang Yue and Bai Qing ca out.

"Xiao Yue," Lian He stepped forward excitedly.

Tang Yue’s eyebrows furrowed slightly, pulling Bai Qing away on a detour.

Lian He’s face fell, and then he followed, saying, "Xiao Yue, whether you acknowledge it or not, I am your biological father."

Nearby, Xiang Yazhi pretended to pass by. Upon hearing Lian He’s words, she almost leaped out to have a life-and-death struggle with Lian He.

Xiang Yazhi suppressed the anger in her heart and continued walking slowly, holding a newspaper as if she were srized by it, her pace leisurely.

Bai Qing stood beside Tang Yue, guarding against Lian He approaching suddenly.

"Mr. Lian, do you deserve it?" Tang Yue looked coldly at Lian He. In the past life, he never appeared, in this life, there was no need for him to appear either.

Leaving mom, it wasn’t even a year, maybe only a few months, before he fathered Lian Qingyang. What was the point of such a scum father coming back now?

Lian He’s face turned purplish, his lips trembling as he tried to speak, but he didn’t know what he could argue against. He had never raised Tang Yue for a single day from childhood to adulthood; indeed, he didn’t deserve it.

"Xiao Yue, I know I was wrong in the past," Lian He took a deep breath, over the years, the Lian Family’s business flourished, and wherever he, Lian He, went, he was surrounded by adulation.
