"Little girl?" A male voice sounded next to Tang Yue’s ear, and the next mont, the weight pressing on her vanished.

Tang Yue lifted her head and looked at the man, but couldn’t figure out who he was for a long ti.

"Do you not rember ?" The man was wearing a gray shirt with very small eyes, but his smile was genuinely sincere.

Tang Yue thought for a mont and asked uncertainly, "Do we know each other?"

"Provincial City, not far from Qianjin Clothing Factory, Brother Mo," the man reminded her.

Tang Yue instantly rembered that when Mo Siyu had saved her, there seed to be a man beside him. That man, now that she thought about it, wasn’t it the person in front of her?

"Rember now? Are you headed to the bus station? I can give you a ride," the man said casually, slinging the bag over his shoulder and heading to the station.

The goods were loaded onto the vehicle directly, and just as Tang Yue was about to thank him, the man also boarded the bus with her.

Tang Yue asked in surprise, "You’re going to Wangjiang County too?"

"Yeah," the man nodded, then uncertainly asked, "Is Brother Mo injured?"

"Oh, you’re going to see Uncle Mo," Tang Yue suddenly understood. She sat on the bus and thanked him again, "Thank you for helping with the goods today."

"No problem, my na is Qin Huai’an. Are you Brother Mo’s niece?" Qin Huai’an’s small eyes sized her up. Last ti, Brother Mo’s deanor didn’t seem like one towards a niece at all.

"No," Tang Yue shook her head awkwardly, "My uncle and Uncle Mo were classmates, so I just follow my uncle’s seniority and call him Uncle Mo."

"I see," Qin Huai’an imdiately understood. He asked, "Are you here to purchase goods alone? Aren’t you supposed to be in school?"

"I’m purchasing goods for my uncle," Tang Yue answered, then asked in return, "Do you also drive to deliver goods for others?"

"Yes," Qin Huai’an nodded in response.

On the way back, Tang Yue actually got to hear a lot about Mo Siyu from Qin Huai’an, and she listened with great interest.

Mo Siyu’s formidable reputation in the transport team, even though she had heard of it before, grew in her admiration every ti she heard about it.

So people, no matter where they are, always stand out as the most brilliant presence.

Wangjiang County, hospital.

Mo Siyu still hadn’t waited for Tang Yue to arrive; instead, Tang Mingli ca. Today’s al was cooked by Tang Zhengde, who did not want Aunt Mo’s cooking to go to waste, so he split the food into two als while preparing it.

Mo Siyu’s gaze darkened a little.

Tang Mingli chuckled ’hehe’ and said, "Xiao Yue still didn’t co today, and I reckon she probably won’t co in the future either."

Mo Siyu glanced at him and picked up the al to start eating. It didn’t matter if she didn’t co; there was plenty of ti in the future.

The al still slled delicious, but as soon as he opened the lunch box, he felt sothing was off. After tasting it, although the flavor was also quite good, he could clearly tell sothing was different; this dish of cabbage wasn’t made by Tang Yue.

"This isn’t a dish made by Xiao Yue."

Mo Siyu put down his chopsticks.

Tang Mingli was just about to feast on it. Today’s food cooked by his second brother was bound to taste better than Tang Yue’s cooking.

Hearing what Mo Siyu said, Tang Mingli had just picked up a piece of braised pork and put it in his mouth without chewing it thoroughly, he widened his eyes in surprise, "How did you notice?"

Tang Mingli looked down at the al and couldn’t seem to find any difference.

"The way the cabbage is cut differs, it’s saltier than usual, and the braised pork tastes heavier than last ti," analyzed Mo Siyu in detail, describing every dish convincingly.

"What about this soup then?" Tang Mingli handed over the bowl of duck soup.

Mo Siyu glanced at it and said, "It wasn’t made by Xiao Yue either. Her ginger is sliced into pieces, all roughly the sa thickness and peeled."

Tang Mingli looked at Mo Siyu as if he’d seen a ghost; he used a spoon to stir and indeed found that although the ginger was sliced, the skin was not peeled.

"You’re incredible." Tang Mingli couldn’t help but exclaim. Eagerly, he asked, "Xiao Yue only delivered a al to you once, and I did once too. How could you notice these details so minutely?"

Yesterday, when he was eating, he didn’t notice that Mo Siyu was eating any slower than him. They even got into a little tiff over eating more vegetables.

He just thought the food was tasty and truly didn’t notice all these details in the dishes.

"Where did Xiao Yue go?" Mo Siyu responded with a question of his own.

"Uh..." Tang Mingli touched his nose.

Mo Siyu squinted his eyes and asked, "Don’t tell you sent an underage girl to the Provincial City to stock up for you?"

His voice rose several pitches with the last statent.

"Um, it seems to be the case." Tang Mingli nodded, noticing Mo Siyu’s disapproving look, he quickly added, "Xiao Yue is just picking clothes, she won’t be doing any heavy lifting. I’ve arranged for soone to help load the clothes onto the vehicle, and when the 2:30 bus arrives in the county, my second brother and I will both go to pick her up."

"Tang Mingli, you’re really pushing your luck," scolded Mo Siyu, his face darkening as he dismissed him, "You should go ho to eat."

"Hey, I haven’t had my fill yet." Agitated by Mo Siyu’s attitude, Tang Mingli stood up and said, "Xiao Yue is my niece, and I care about her. If there’s soone to help with the heavy stuff, Xiao Yue won’t get tired."

Tang Mingli wanted to say more, but he found Mo Siyu’s sharp gaze unbearable to deal with.

He left the hospital room with his lunchbox, fuming with anger, thinking to himself that he also loves Xiao Yue, as her Uncle Mo. It sounded as if he had mistreated her.

Luckily, he had packed another lunchbox for himself; otherwise, he would’ve had nothing to eat.

Holding the lunchbox, Tang Mingli headed back to the store. As he ate, he contemplated whether sending Xiao Yue alone to the Provincial City to procure goods was indeed too burdenso for her.

At the hospital, Mo Siyu didn’t even touch his food. Struggling to get off the bed, he grabbed the crutches nearby and slowly made his way to the nurse’s station.

It was noon, everyone was busy eating lunch, even the nurses. When Mo Siyu reached the nurse’s station, the nurses were stunned and quickly said, "Mr. Mo, your leg injury hasn’t healed yet, and you can’t strain your other injuries, why are you out here?"

"Where’s the public phone?" Mo Siyu asked, ignoring the nurse’s concern.

The nurse wanted to say sothing more, but facing Mo Siyu’s icy gaze, she replied, "There’s one on the first floor, I’ll go get a wheelchair."

The nurse kindly brought over a wheelchair and even escorted Mo Siyu to the first floor.

Mo Siyu made a phone call, leaving a ssage saying: Xiao Yan, urgent matter.

After hanging up, Mo Siyu anxiously began to wait.

Half an hour passed and still no callback. The nurse went back upstairs, then ca down again, asking, "Mr. Mo, would you like to push you back up?"

"There’s no need," said Mo Siyu, glancing at the ti. It was past one o’clock; if Xiao Yue was coming back from the Provincial City, she would already be on the bus by now.

Even if he hurried over, it was too late.
