"You’re better than , sleeping on the stairs," Wei Jiajie retorted, not to be outdone.

"Sleeping on the stairs is still better than hugging a sofa leg all night."

Mo Weidong and Wei Jiajie spent the most ti together, and their skill in teasing each other wasn’t sothing developed overnight.

Zhang Qiang held a beer, gulping it down. The four of them hadn’t gathered like this in a long ti; sotis it was him with plans, other tis Tang Jun, or Wei Jiajie and Mo Weidong were off on a business trip sowhere.

Reflecting on their high school days, the four of them were together every day, such wonderful tis those were.

They were all striving hard for the college entrance exam.

"I really wish we could go back," Zhang Qiang said while drinking.

The three of them shared funny stories from the past, which only made them more nostalgic.

Before they knew it, they had all drunk too much.

The next day, Zhang Qiang was the first to wake, shaking his sore head. He glanced at the ti; it was only five in the morning.

Yesterday, they drank without eating, so he was hungry early.

Zhang Qiang cooked so porridge, then went downstairs for a run. After a big lap, he brought back so fried dough sticks, soy milk, and buns.

Mo Weidong, rubbing his slightly aching head, said, "Qiangzi, you’re awake."

"I made porridge, went for a run, and brought breakfast back," Zhang Qiang, sweaty, had all the drunkenness from yesterday gone. He said, "You should wash up and have sothing to eat. By the way, is he still asleep?"

"No, he’s always the last to wake up," Mo Weidong quickly freshened up, sat at the dining table eating buns and drinking porridge, feeling quite comfortable. He said, "Qiangzi, if you were here every day, I wouldn’t have to worry about breakfast."

Zhang Qiang gave him a sideways glance and said, "If you don’t exercise, your belly looks like it’s expecting."

Zhang Qiang’s gaze fell on the slight belly bulge of Mo Weidong.

Mo Weidong stood up, showing off his muscles. "How am I fat? My belly is just right."

Mo Weidong patted his belly, which was a bit round but nowhere near expecting!

"I’m talking about the future," Zhang Qiang reminded, "Work is important, but health is more so."

"Health is the true capital of revolution."

Among the four of them, Zhang Qiang was probably the quietest.

"When did you beco so nagging? Just say what’s on your mind," Mo Weidong leisurely ate his bun, looking at Zhang Qiang with a teasing glint in his eyes.

Zhang Qiang was slightly uneasy. After a mont, he said, "Yan Wei is alone in Sea City with no relatives. You should ask Sister Xiaoyu to look after her."

"Oh~"

Mo Weidong drawled, teasingly, "You’re not interested in her, you just worry she’ll get bullied, right?"

Zhang Qiang: "..."

He stayed silent. He didn’t say anything more, but he knew Mo Weidong would definitely take care of Yan Wei. As long as she wasn’t bullied and was safe, he would be at ease.

"How many tis have you even t her?" Mo Weidong curiously asked.

Zhang Qiang: "..."

"The girl looks good, with a little grooming she’s quite presentable," Mo Weidong continued on his own.

Zhang Qiang didn’t respond. After eating, he said, "I’m heading out. I’m going to Jing City today to surely find a suitable store."

"Hey, aren’t you going to wait for Jiajie to wake up?" Mo Weidong called out to Zhang Qiang’s back.

Zhang Qiang waved his hand. They had t up yesterday, had a al, and drank; that was enough. He let Wei Jiajie sleep a bit more.

Zhang Qiang returned ho, still in the sa clothes from yesterday.

"You’re back? Have you had breakfast? Are you hungry? I’ll make you sothing," Liu Cuixong saw Zhang Qiang return, still slling of alcohol, knowing they had drunk a lot the previous day.

This actually made Liu Cuixong relieved, at least he wasn’t with Yan Wei.

"I’ve eaten, Mom. I’m going to take a shower."

Zhang Qiang hadn’t showered yesterday, and after running in the morning, he felt sticky and wanted a shower.

Before long, Zhang Qiang finished his shower and went to sit by Elder Mrs. Zhang: "Grandma, how is it here in Sea City? Are you getting used to it?"

"I’m used to it. It’s no different from ho, just that this house is too nice, I feel uneasy staying here," Elder Mrs. Zhang had already spoken to Tang Yue over the phone a few days ago. Even though Tang Yue told her to feel at ease, Elder Mrs. Zhang still felt uneasy.

In her life, Elder Mrs. Zhang had never lived in such a nice house.

When Tang Yue got married, they lived in a siheyuan. Even though Jing City was cold, Elder Mrs. Zhang still liked the siheyuan very much.

"Grandma, just settle in here. When Xiao Yang gets married soon, it’ll be lively," Zhang Qiang said with a smile, "By the way, Grandma, I have to go to Jing City for so business, so I can’t stay here with you. I’ll leave Mom and my sister to accompany you. If anything happens, just let know."

"Qiangzi, why are you going to Jing City?" Liu Cuixong didn’t want her son to leave.

"Mom, Zhongyi Electronics still needs to find a store. Since I’m free, I’m going to Jing City," Zhang Qiang explained.

"But..." Liu Cuixong wanted to say more but was interrupted by Elder Mrs. Zhang, "Qiangzi has grown up and has his own business. Don’t hold him back. Zhengde, Hualian, you should also go to Jing City. I’m fine here, no need to worry."

"Yes, you should go to Jing City, there must be sothing you can help with," Granny Tang also chid in.

Tang Zhengde and Zhang Hualian had been planning to fly to Jing City in a few days anyway, but with Granny Tang and Elder Mrs. Zhang both urging them, they realized they couldn’t miss their own son’s wedding.

They weren’t needed much in Sea City, so going to Jing City to cook for Lian Qingyang was also good.

So, Tang Zhengde, Zhang Hualian, and Zhang Qiang boarded the flight to Jing City.

Once on the plane, Zhang Hualian rembered they hadn’t inford Tang Yue, having previously said they would head to Jing City in a few days.

"It’s okay, we know where ho is. Maybe we’ll even surprise her," Zhang Qiang said with a smile, as he hadn’t seen Zaozao and Chenchen in a long ti.

"Qiangzi is right,"

Tang Zhengde agreed, worryingly asking Zhang Hualian if she was experiencing air sickness or felt uncomfortable in any way.
