"Auntie, aren’t you afraid I’ll just introduce anyone to Xiao Yang?" Tang Yue resisted the urge to roll her eyes.

"Hahaha~"

Lian Tong laughed.

Next to her, Gushu, who was playing with toys, saw his mom laugh and grinned too, showing a few small white teeth. That pure smile made both Lian Tong and Tang Yue want to take a second look.

"I thought Gushu was a girl back then. When I saw he was a boy, I was so upset. But now, seeing how adorable Gushu is, I feel it’s worth it," Lian Tong said, looking at Gushu with affection in her eyes.

Tang Yue gave a light smile and said, "Auntie, why don’t you have two more? You wouldn’t even have to struggle with nas—Gulin, Gai Feng, together with the four of them, would be ’yu shu lin feng’ (graceful and handso)!"

"Xiao Yue, are you teasing ? Having four naughty boys, are you trying to drive crazy?" Lian Tong glanced at her and changed the subject, "You could introduce anyone you like. Xiao Yang isn’t soone who would just accept anyone. Besides, you’re Xiao Yang’s sister, would you harm him?"

"I think the only one who could catch Xiao Yang’s interest is Jin Yan from your studio, right?" Lian Tong sat comfortably on the sofa, enjoying the warm sunlight, feeling entirely relaxed and at ease.

Tang Yue: "..."

Alright, Auntie guessed everything, so there’s no need to explain further. Whether it works out or not still depends on Xiao Yang.

Lian Tong assured her, promising that Uncle Gu Chun would fully cooperate.

So, on the day they dined at Tang Yue’s house, Gu Chun took over everything and generously gave Lian Qingyang a half-day off.

Lian Qingyang happily returned ho, knowing he could enjoy als made by his mom and Mr. Tang and see his adorable niece again.

Usually busy with work, Lian Qingyang sotis slept at the office and only ca ho when he had more free ti.

"Wow, are there guests at ho today?" Lian Qingyang noticed the lively atmosphere as soon as he got ho.

Xu Huan, Xu Le, and Sun Qing had brought three kids: three-year-olds Li Fang and Yan Yuan, and one-year-old Zhao Zhenzhen. Adding Zaozao and Chenchen, the living room had beco a playground for kids.

Quiet Zaozao wasn’t much for playing with childish toys and gas, but unable to refuse his sister, he reluctantly stood by, helping Chenchen stack blocks to build a house.

Li Fang and Yan Yuan affectionately called out "sister" at every turn, and the newly-walking Zhao Zhenzhen happily played with one plush toy after another in a corner.

"Why are you ho so early today? It just so happens so of your brother-in-law’s colleagues are over for dinner; you should keep them company."

Although it was Tang Yue who had arranged the dinner, she acted as if she were unaware, with her gentle deanor making her seem trustworthy. Whatever she said, Lian Qingyang never doubted, nor did he suspect today’s gathering was organized because of him.

"Alright, just in ti to spar with Brother Li and the others," Lian Qingyang said, seeing the Xu sisters and knowing Li Wei would definitely be there. Lian Qingyang was eager to fight; his brother-in-law’s skills were too good, sparring with him felt like getting beaten for no reason.

But it was different with Li Wei and the others. Though Lian Qingyang’s skills weren’t as sharp as Si Yu’s, he could still hold his own against them, making for an exhilarating, refreshing match.

"Uncle, I’ll cheer for you!" Chenchen ran over when he heard the word "spar," hugging Lian Qingyang’s leg, his soft voice full of vigor.

Zaozao also ca running over on his little legs, his eyes shining as he looked up at Lian Qingyang.

Zaozao’s two favorite things were reading and sparring.

No, the second shouldn’t be fighting; it should be sparring.

Mom said they’re not allowed to fight.

"Good Chenchen, if Uncle wins, I’ll buy you a doll." Lian Qingyang loved seeing the admiration in his niece’s eyes.

Xu Huan deliberately teased, "Chenchen, Uncle Li is also very good."

"Daddy’s the best." Li Fang looked up from her blocks to say, then went back to playing with them.

"Right? Chenchen, aren’t you going to cheer for Uncle Li?" Xu Huan smiled and said, "Chenchen, if you cheer for Uncle Li, and he wins, Auntie will also buy you a doll. How about it?"

"Will you buy a pink bunny too?" Chenchen blinked her eyes.

"Yes." Xu Huan nodded affirmatively.

"Then I’ll cheer for Uncle Li too," Chenchen said imdiately.

Lian Qingyang pulled Chenchen’s hand, stopping him from running over to Xu Huan, looking displeased, "Chenchen, you’re my own niece, and just one pink bunny made you defect? Uncle will get you ten pink bunnies."

"Uncle is the best." Chenchen lavishly praised him and gave Lian Qingyang a sweet cheek kiss, holding onto him, her big eyes rolling around, "Uncle, I can still earn bunnies by cheering for Uncle Li. If you lose, I’ll still get bunnies."

Lian Qingyang: "..."

Chenchen, his own niece, their room filled with hundreds of dolls and bunnies, yet one more would make her cheer for soone else!

Lian Qingyang looked at Chenchen with a face full of grievance.

Chenchen comforted him, "Uncle, at worst, I’ll just cheer a little less for Uncle Li?" Her big eyes fluttered with long, curly eyelashes, like little fans, with her little thoughts all over her face.

No matter who won, she’d get bunnies either way.

"Hahaha~" Xu Huan laughed joyfully, "Sister Xiao Yue, your Chenchen is such a bundle of joy. There’s no such thing as cheering less, is there?"

"This little clever one just loves dolls, no matter big or small," Tang Yue said helplessly, Chenchen’s room and bed almost filled with them; she really didn’t understand why Chenchen liked dolls so much.

"How adorable! My Xiao Fang also likes dolls, but she only has eyes for one," Xu Huan said, her heart lting as she looked at her daughter playing with blocks. Although just a daughter, she’s the treasure she and Li Wei cherish dearly.

ng Siyu brought Li Wei, Zhao Xiangqian, Yan Dong, and Xu Zhi back just in ti to witness the joyful scene.

"You’re back." Tang Yue smiled as she stood up to pour so tea.

Just snuggled in Lian Qingyang’s arms, Chenchen now quickly wriggled free, running toward ng Siyu as soon as she saw him, joyfully calling out, "Daddy."

Chenchen opened her arms wide with excitent, skillfully snuggling into ng Siyu’s embrace, her chirping voice like birds singing.

"Uncle and Uncle Li are sparring, and if I win, I’ll get a pink bunny." Chenchen smiled brightly at Li Wei and said, "Uncle Li, I’ll cheer more for Uncle and less for you. If you still win, will Uncle Li still buy a pink bunny?"
