Chapter 1458: Chapter 900: A Storm is Brewing_2

Amidst the urgent rain curtain, Ye Fan and the other two exchanged glances, then cupped their fists toward Jiang Hui. “We will do our best to stall the Bizarre Clan on the battlefield of the future.”

Only beings at the Immortal Emperor level could pose a threat to the Master of Liu Village. Although they were not yet capable of contending with such foes, they still held thods to interfere with them, albeit at great difficulty.

However, the Master of Liu Village had already stirred the forces of heaven and earth and sworn an oath to the Great Taoist path. They had no other choice. Moreover, the Master of Liu Village was correct—they carried trendous karma themselves, rendering them unable to fully exert their strength in this temporal space.

Otherwise, they would be forcibly ejected from this ti-space continuum.

As for the Bizarre Clan, their origins were as enigmatic as their na suggested. Up till now, the three knew very little about them, uncertain if they were subject to the sa compression of karma and ti.

The three did not linger in the village and hastily departed.

The rain intensified; between heaven and earth, it seed only the endless downpour and thunder remained, deepening the hues of dusk into sothing darker and graver.

Jiang Hui stood alone at the peak of the back mountain, letting the rain wash over his figure. His profound gaze pierced through the curtain of rain, looking toward the distant and unknown Nirvana.

He never considered himself a man of noble righteousness.

But sotis, even he could be swept forward by the currents of fate.

Killing Dark Beings could grant experience points. Naturally, the higher-level bizarre creatures provided such too, a fact already proven successfully with Da Le.

At that mont, bolts of lightning tore through the sky, casting azure rays across the heavens. Jiang Hui’s silhouette appeared particularly aloof amidst the rain curtain.

He stood motionless amidst the downpour, resembling a deity from ancient tis.

In the next instant, a faint glimr erged quietly from his palm.

The light gathered and transford into a Rhombus Token, its surface marked by intricate patterns. Ancient runes entwined upon it, seemingly recording secrets of the universe’s creation and the birth of all life. As the token appeared, the surrounding atmosphere seed to freeze, and ti montarily halted as all of creation held its breath.

Jiang Hui gently raised a hand, and the token shot skyward, slicing through the rain. Against the wind, it expanded rapidly, growing from its initial palm-sized form into a massive, radiant sun suspended in the heavens. Its light shining brilliantly, illuminating all directions.

The Command from the Holy Land!

The stone-paved path wound down the mountain.

At the foot of the mountain, the Willow God lowered her divine gaze and ascended rapidly toward Jiang Hui.

The woman had a stunning charm, peerless in her deanor, yet her footsteps this ti were unusually urgent, quickly bringing her before Jiang Hui.

“Fellow Daoist… has sothing happened?”

The woman’s expression no longer carried her typical calm, instead tinged with a worry deeply concealed within her gaze as she looked first to Jiang Hui.

With her Quasi-Immortal Emperor-level cultivation, she was the first to sense the anomaly here. Upon seeing the command token, she imdiately rushed over.

She understood in her heart.

This command token was nothing ordinary; it represented Liu Village and the will of its master standing before her.

A command token suspended in the air—an unprecedented event!

All beings at the Immortal King level must arrive at Liu Village within three days.

Anyone failing to arrive would be deed an enemy of Liu Village, to be exterminated no matter how far they were.

Sothing significant was about to happen!

Jiang Hui looked into the eyes of the Willow God, filled with concern, and nodded slowly. His voice was deep and resonant: “Indeed, Willow God. News has co that the Bizarre Clan is gathering forces to launch an attack on the Immortal Domain.”

The Willow God’s expression turned grave upon hearing this. Her last encounter with the Bizarre Clan was still vivid in her mory—the eerie creatures’ strange thods and formidable strength remained a source of unease.

Jiang Hui’s gaze was steadfast, his tone resolute and unyielding: “Willow God, we must unite and face the Bizarre Clan together. I have summoned all beings at the Immortal King level, ordering them to arrive at Liu Village within three days to prepare for battle.”

The Willow God nodded slightly but quickly furrowed her brow. “But… the Bizarre Clan has many Quasi-Immortal Emperor-level beings, possibly even Immortal Emperor-level powerhouses. Though we have nurous Immortal King-level experts, against such a formidable foe, I fear…”

Jiang Hui watched as Ye Fan and the other two gradually disappeared into the distance, his heart swirling with mixed emotions. He understood that these three future warriors, though exceptional in their strength, would still face unknown dangers and peril against the unfathomable Bizarre Clan. Yet, their resolve and courage deeply moved him.

“May you return safely,” Jiang Hui murmured softly before turning his attention back to the darkened skies, his eyes filled with determination and defiance.

The rain gradually waned, but the sky remained somber, as if foreshadowing an impending tempest. Jiang Hui took a deep breath, his figure shifting slightly, and in an instant, he appeared atop an ancient altar at the village’s entrance. This altar, passed down for generations in Liu Village, was said to have the power to commune with heaven and summon mysterious forces.

Jiang Hui ford a sealing technique with his hands, muttering incantations under his breath. The altar shimred brightly, and mysterious runes erged in the air, intertwining into ancient patterns. With the infusion of his power, a sphere of light slowly rose from the altar’s center. The sphere brimd with overwhelming energy, seemingly capable of perceiving all within creation.

“Let us see what the Bizarre Clan is capable of, that they dare covet the Master of Liu Village!” Jiang Hui shouted, imrsing his mind entirely into the light sphere, diving into the unknown mysteries.

Within the light sphere, scenes flashed like a kaleidoscope—mories and secrets of the Bizarre Clan. Jiang Hui discovered these beings were not native to this universe but hailed from a distant and enigmatic dinsion. They wielded powers beyond comprehension, surviving by devouring the life force of other worlds.

What shocked Jiang Hui further was that these bizarre entities had long sensed the Master of Liu Village’s presence and developed a keen interest in him. They believed he held so crucial key to unlocking the ultimate mysteries of the universe, hence their unwavering pursuit to capture him at all costs.

“So that’s why. No wonder they’re so fixated,” Jiang Hui realized, his eyes flashing with cold intensity. He understood that this battle was inevitable; only by giving his all could he protect the Master of Liu Village and preserve the peace of this land.

Just then, the light sphere atop the altar suddenly burst apart, scattering into countless sparks that rged with Jiang Hui’s body. He felt a surge of imnse power within, resonating with the heavens, his cultivation reaching a new pinnacle in that mont.

“The ti has co,” Jiang Hui declared, his gaze sharp as fire, looking out into the distance. He knew the Bizarre Clan was stirring, poised to attack. As Liu Village’s guardian, he had no choice but to stand tall and face the invasion head-on.

In the blink of an eye, Jiang Hui transford into a beam of light, vanishing from his spot. When he reappeared, he was standing in a desolate field outside Liu Village. This location was where the Bizarre Clan was set to descend.

The skies churned with rolling clouds as thunder roared, as if heralding the epic conflict to co. Jiang Hui stood unyielding, surrounded by a radiant aura, resembling a War God ready to confront any challenge.

Suddenly, a rift tore open in the void, and countless bizarre beings poured forth. Their appearances varied; so drifted like phantoms, so lood like ferocious beasts, others were as intangible as shadows, elusive and unpredictable.

“Hmph, so you’ve finally arrived?” Jiang Hui sneered coldly, waving his hands to conjure a tempest. Endless sword qi surged from all directions, forming an impenetrable web that blocked the advancing creatures.

The battle erupted instantly as Jiang Hui engaged in fierce combat with the bizarre entities. His movents were agile, his sword techniques exquisite. Each slash of his blade resonated like thunder, striking down the creatures one by one. Yet, these beings were nurous and possessed powerful regeneration abilities. Even when killed, they could swiftly restore themselves, posing significant challenges to Jiang Hui.

But Jiang Hui remained resolute. Through sheer will and imnse strength, he persisted in battling the bizarre creatures. Slowly, he discerned their weakness—though formidable, they were not indestructible; locating their core was the key to annihilating them completely.

With clarity in his mind, Jiang Hui adjusted his combat strategy. He refrained from blind attacks, focusing instead on pinpointing opportunities to strike at their vital areas.
