Chapter 1220: Chapter 763: The Eternal Silence of Ti Chapter 1220: Chapter 763: The Eternal Silence of Ti It ca toppling down like the violent winds of an apocalypse, that colossal black heart faintly visible through the storm.
Astonishing lightning swirled around it, carrying an unimaginable and overwhelming pressure.
This caused the few Kings who were swiftly retreating to not only feel amazed but also to repeatedly look back.
However, despite their best efforts, these Kings could not extend their Divine Sense into it to probe what exactly this heart belonged to.
They could only feel that it was like a monstrous beast, seemingly capable of swallowing everything that ca from the outside, not even sparing Divine Sense.
Reliant solely on their eyesight, the Kings could barely make out the blurry outline of the heart.
What first caught their eyes was naturally its size, so imnse it was hard to imagine, as if it were a massive star, and its surface was covered with complex patterns that shone with an indescribable dark light.
The roar that resembled the striking of gongs ca from this heart.
“Boom, boom, boom…”
Initially calm, but as the voice of one of the Kings’ Domain creatures fell,
It was as if so Sealing had been unlocked.
Strange surges of sounds began to rise one after another, abruptly and in succession, as if countless hearts were thundering at once.
Deep and powerful, seeming to surge from deep underground, yet also as if falling from the sky.
Sotis frantic, sotis slow, the rhythm was irregular, but each beat seed to strike at the core of the Kings’ Domain creatures.
For so unknown reason, even the Kings involuntarily felt a sense of tension and unease, their blood seed to montarily freeze in their veins.
Then, there was utter silence.
All sound vanished without a warning.
But, after a brief mont,
An indescribable palpitation erged as if an ancient and imnse life was quietly awakening, and space itself began to twist and contort.
With the sound gradually intensifying, sothing seed to be slowly taking shape in the darkness within the Darkness Storm.
In this interlacing of dark and strange, an indescribable sense of horror quietly spread, chilling to the bone.
“Why do I, suddenly, have a feeling of disquiet?”
One massive creature with horns on its head spoke in a deep voice.
It was gigantic, nearly a kiloter in size, bare-chested with rippling muscles that exuded a powerful sense of strength, carrying a pure Black Iron hamr on its back, moving with the sound of thunder.
This horned creature was exceedingly powerful, having reached the Pinnacle Level of the Supre Immortal Kings.
Equivalent to the Realm of individuals like Ao Sheng.
Outside, like an Ancient Ancestor, it was definitely counted among the most powerful beings.
Now, it watched with full vigilance, its gaze unwaveringly fixed on the enormous heart amidst the darkness as it made its way back.
Subconsciously, this King did not believe that this heart had anything to do with the so-called ethereal opportunities.
The peculiar sense it gave, likely was not a sign of anything good.
After all, this was The Boundary Sea!
From ancient tis to the present, far too many secrets have been hidden here.
One careless step and flesh and blood could turn to white bones.
“This matter is probably not simple, hurry back, and we will plan for the long term in the future. Even with our powers, we probably won’t be able to take advantage of this opportunity!”
Another King with wings on its back spoke, a female, her face masked with a black veil, hiding her features, but her figure suggested she wasn’t unattractive.
Besides this Female Monarch, there was also a bald King.
The latter was swollen like a ball, but not necessarily slow.
Stars swirled around his body, making short, visible distances disappear almost instantly.
As the Female Monarch spoke, she too urged for a quick departure from this place.
These three monarchs had ford an alliance, and though they were the last to choose to return, they had not ventured too deeply into The Boundary Sea,
Therefore, the unseen influence of the darkness was not too great on them.
If it hadn’t been so, at this point in ti, they would have already been entrapped by invisible shackles, unable to move an inch as if stuck in a mire of swamp and muck.
You should know that within The Boundary Sea, aside from the Darkness Storm that could tear even the Immortal King’s body to shreds, the most terrifying was the intangible Power of Cause and Effect.
No matter who it was, once here, there was no place to hide. Their bodies would inevitably be contaminated to so extent; it was just a matter of degree.
The deeper one ventured into The Boundary Sea, the more difficult it beca to return.
Only if one’s strength was like that of a quack peddling bogus cures, even if nearly reaching the end, could forcefully strike out a path of return with their own might.
The ‘thump, thump, thump’ of a heartbeat was deep and powerful, becoming increasingly distinct unaware.
Even, by the end, it seed as if the sound of that heartbeat was ringing right by one’s ear.
Despite several Kings using every thod to block out everything, they still couldn’t erase this sound.
“What a strange thing!”
Expressions of several beings of the King’s Domain grew solemn.
Eyes tightly focused on the barely discernible heart ahead; the unease spread like ripples in a pond.
They knew that this anomaly was far from being a good sign.
Suddenly, the surface of the dark heart lit up with complicated patterns glowing bright crimson, like pulsating blood vessels.
In the midst of the black fog, the sanguine intent was dazzling, even affecting the Darkness Storm itself.
As the light grew stronger, the sound of the heart’s beating beca clearer, and the garish crimson light shone even more dazzlingly, carrying an eerie sensation.
Each beat was like a heavy hamr striking into the hearts of the beings of the King’s Domain, causing them waves of palpitations.
A chilling fear surged from the depths of their souls.
“Not good, this strange thing seems to be awakening!” the bald Fat King exclaid, his voice tinged with panic.
He was a King, at the Pinnacle Level, already standing at the Pinnacle of the Great Dao. For sothing to cause him such dread was unimaginable.
“Thump, thump, thump…”
Just then, the dark heart thundered once more, each sound deeper and more forceful, almost as if it would shatter the very space.
With the sound, the Darkness Storm also grew more ferocious, the beings of the King’s Domain barely able to maintain their footing.
In the next mont, several crimson vessels on the heart’s surface burst forth from the black fog, racing like lightning, assaulting the Kings.
Before they could react, they were already entwined.
“Not good, that heart is drawing on this King’s power!”
Feeling the abnormality within, the Female Monarch’s face suddenly blanched with terror,
For a King, such emotions were rare.
Having experienced much, under normal circumstances, with her strength, she could traverse The Boundary Sea.
The reason for her reaction was simply that everything before her was too unsettling.
Because no matter how she tried, she couldn’t sever or even slow the rapid loss of her inner power.
The other two were facing the sa predicant.
Several Kings, powerful enough to suppress countless eras when outside, were now like re fish on the chopping block.
Monts later.
All abnormalities ceased.
Three mummified corpses fell from the void like kites with broken strings, ensnared by the crimson vessels.
Simultaneously, inscrutable whispering sounds erged.
“No nourishnt.”
“No mories of that person…”
“Where is he, where on earth is he?”
“The master once said history shouldn’t repeat itself, the years will end in perpetual silence, none can escape.”
“Is it ti to activate that monster?”
“No… not yet, it’s not ti… The current course of history doesn’t need to be disrupted…”
