Rheina thought and looked at her subordinate Eden who reported back to her and said; "Even though His Majesty, the Emperor only summoned those high-ranking nobles, there would be no doubt that most of the lesser-rank nobles would make a gossip about this matter, and they would twist it on their own ideas."

Eden just shrugged off her shoulders when she heard her master said those words and sighed; "That would be the obvious outco knowing those b*stards and how their rotten minds works on their favor."

Of course, Rheina knew what Eden was talking about and the assassin wasn't new to this kind of situation.

Rheina's thoughts got interrupted when she heard soone knock on the door and took a deep breath to calm herself as she said.

She felt exhausted as she said those words and then both won looked at the door that got opened up slightly…

However, all of the sudden, the Lotus Killer's instincts suddenly kicked in and she imdiately stood up from her seat and took out her hidden weapon she had on her sleeves as her eyes sharpen while looking at the slightly opened door on her office.

For that mont, she suddenly noticed that her surroundings outside her office seed to be quiet for a mont and she got a dreadful feeling that sothing wasn't right either.

She prepared herself for an incoming fight with her battle stance, together with Eden who also felt a sudden pressure coming from the door.

A sudden burst that opened the door that makes the two won prepared themselves and Rheina gripped her both weapons on each of her hands and she took the lead on attacking that mysterious intruder who dared to trespassed in her territory.

However, before she could land a hit on the person's silhouette who just appeared on the front door, the Lotus Killer felt an incoming attack from her side, and she imdiately swinged her both hands with her dagger to deflect the attack and then twist her body to avoid the second attack coming from that mysterious intruder.

As she landed on the floor, she imdiately backflipped away from that person and went over to Eden's side and Eden imdiately stood guarding her master as her cold eyes sharpened as she glared at the intruder who dared to harm her master.

"WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU WANT?!"

Eden shouted as she raised her weapon pointing in the direction of the intruder's silhouette since they couldn't see that much because only a dimd light had lit up within the vicinity.

However, most of the Arcanum De Fleur's assassins are trained with night visions and both won tried to figure it out the identity of the intruder.

The Lotus Killer panted heavily as she got a little bit of injury that she got while deflecting that one attack and Rheina could tell that this intruder isn't sothing that she should underestimate with.

'I can still feel my arms wobbly in pain the mont this intruder make its second attack and if I didn't deflect it imdiately with my daggers to swing around then, who knows what could have happened to .'

Rheina isn't soone who would back down without a fight, no matter what it takes for her.

But she isn't an idiot to continue a fight that she thought she wouldn't win and would harm the people around her.

She felt anxious for a mont because she couldn't see her other subordinates who were supposed to be on guard outside of their base and Rheina didn't know what could have happened to them.

Worst case scenario, they might have died in the hands in this impudent intruder and if that really happened then, Rheina swore herself that she would take revenge for her fallen companions!

"You should calm down there, little princess. Your comrades are just sleeping outside as I put so spell on them, and I haven't touch any of them."

Both won snapped when they heard the voice of the intruder and it's a male voice, not younger nor older than they think.

However, the Lotus Killer stiffened as she recognized the familiar voice of the intruder, but she couldn't believe that this person was truly here in this continent!

Rheina lowered her weapon for a bit, but she never let her guard down as her eyes truly fixated on the intruder's silhouette who was still standing on the front door of her office.

The Lotus Killer got out from Eden's protective range and walked over towards the intruder as her eyes stays cold the sa as if one wrong move from the other party then, things wouldn't ended up pretty well.

"MASTER!"

Rheina didn't look back but stopped three steps away from the intruder and looked behind for a mont and said; "Don't worry. I got this."

After that, the Lotus Killer looked away and then glared at this impudent intruder in front of her and said coldly.

"What in the world are you doing in this continent…. IASON?"

After that, the person-in-charge Frenan left them be and both Arico and Eclipse went over inside the VIP room that was given to them and at the inside, there were already so snacks and drinks for them to eat but Eclipse wasn't in a good mood to eat anything that serves them.

When both of them felt that no one was within the vicinity, Eclipse spread his one hand and made an enchantnt while his lilac-colored eyes glowed.

The four walls inside the VIP room are now covered with luminous glow and with this spell, no one could have eavesdropped on their conversation from the inside and outside of this room.

Arico questioned Eclipse's choice of thod in spellcasting since the Slayer Agent knew that the world-hopper is diverse in using different kinds of spells and not only that, but he could also perform chantless magic spells without reciting those long lengthy spells that most magicians does.

Eclipse just shrugged off his shoulder and said; "I just wanted to be seen as an ordinary spellcaster. That's all."

The world-hopper's nonchalant explanation makes the Slayer Agent had a doubt about it but never pried on and just shook off his head and said; "Do you rember what I was about to tell you from earlier?"

Now that everything had settled, both of them took each other's seat and Eclipse just crossed his arms around his chest as he leaned on the sofa while looking at Arico with his cold lilac-colored eyes and waited for the other man to explained himself.

Arico, knowing Eclipse's personality, didn't beat around the bush and speak; "The person from earlier, the one who bumped into …. I felt sothing similar…. No, more likely to say…. It's almost as if…."

He didn't have the heart to continue his sentence when Eclipse cut him off because the world-hopper could tell that his companion was having a hard ti deciphering everything and didn't know how to say it.

"I get it. Soone who has the almost similar authority to you, or more precisely, the sa power that you hold?"

Eclipse said as he looked at his companion who beca anxious for a mont because of the world-hopper stated.

'I also felt that energy as well. Well, precisely, it's almost similar to the point that I would mistaken that person would be Arico himself in this worldline….'

Eclipse sounds impatient and Arico didn't want to beat around the bush, lest he wanted to face this man's wrath because of his temper.

"That person… I noticed his irises. Even though he wears a hood to conceal himself, but his irises is different from the others…. More likely, he had a black-red triangular shape…. Sothing like that."

The world-hopper almost lost his balance when he heard what the Slayer Agent said.
