"You’re probably willing to gamble your own life!"

Seeing Ye Wanlan, Shenxiu’s first reaction wasn’t amusent but anger, a sense of being offended.

It’s been a very long ti since anyone dared to step into her territory. Who in the entire Chongming Country didn’t know her infamous na?

A young girl who still hasn’t grown up properly, coming alone, could she possibly have ever taken her seriously?

Shenxiu let out a cold sneer, reaching out to grab Estelle’s hair, forcibly making her raise her head: "Just in ti, let show you the fate of an Atlantian who recklessly steps here."

If not for the unbearable loneliness of these thousands of years, she would have killed Estelle, this human unaware of Heaven and Earth, a long ti ago.

She’s killed too many, and only feels it’s aningless. She prefers watching these weaklings display terror before they die.

Estelle has been hanging on this cliff for several months, but no matter how painful or severe the injuries on her body are, she has never shown the slightest fear.

This, on the contrary, piqued Shenxiu’s interest and competitiveness. She would make sure to engulf this human in terror before taking her life.

Estelle’s consciousness was already unclear, her vision very blurry. She barely managed to open her eyes, only to see a vague figure.

She didn’t even know who had co, but it probably wasn’t soone she recognized.

This is Atlantis; no humans live within another race’s territory.

As the Wanguo Group’s chief CTO, the reason Estelle personally led the team to explore this newly discovered mine was that its magnetic field was very unusual.

She had a great interest in such anomalies, which is why she chose to investigate.

Little did she expect that the mine’s magnetic anomaly was because it spanned both Atlantis and the Land.

And the mine was deep within Chongming, and when she entered the mine, she was discovered by Envoy Shenxiu, after which she was brought here.

Except for her, everyone else was already dead.

Estelle knew her chances of survival were nearly zero, but that didn’t an she would submit to Envoy Shenxiu.

Even if she were to die, she would die standing.

"You should be glad you’re a human; otherwise, I would’ve killed you the mont I saw you." Shenxiu snorted with laughter, "Tsk, it’s a wonder how high that little girl can climb."

She could see that Ye Wanlan had started climbing the mountain.

However, the expected scene of Ye Wanlan being blocked by the first Illusionary Realm did not occur.

All that happened was that the girl’s figure slightly swayed, stepping three inches to the right, and she passed safely without pausing her steps.

"What a girl, she actually evaded the Illusionary Realm I set up!" Shenxiu’s expression changed slightly, muttering to herself, "Besides , who else could master illusion techniques?"

The answer was no one.

Under Supre Wisdom, the seven envoys each had their expertise.

Envoy Fu Tu was Power, Envoy Miao Yin beguiled minds.

Her power ca from the blessing of Supre Wisdom, a level unobtainable by re cultivation, hence making them far stronger than Alpha level Divine Bloodline.

Shenxiu had an innate pride, entitled to look down on everyone.

But the events that followed left Shenxiu’s heart and guts terrified.

Initially, Ye Wanlan’s pace was very slow, but when she climbed to a quarter of the way, her speed increased.

This skull-strewn Lonely Mountain was traversed by her as if it were level ground.

The mountain had countless Illusionary Realms, yet not one succeeded in trapping her.

Shenxiu could hardly believe her eyes.

Even she couldn’t achieve that!

Could this little girl’s understanding of Illusionary Realms exceed hers?

That’s impossible!

"Whoosh—"

The wind stirred lightly, dust raised.

At the pitch-black top of Lonely Mountain, a third person appeared.

Like the only sun descended upon the world, breaking the darkness, captivating with its radiance.

Ye Wanlan brushed off the dust from the hem of her clothes, speaking calmly: "I’ve heard of you, Envoy Shenxiu."

Shenxiu’s face suddenly turned livid, to the extre.

Only fifteen minutes had passed, and this little girl who appeared out of nowhere ascended to her mountain top.

It had been thousands of years since she was last so humiliated.

Dazed and bewildered, Estelle found the voice sowhat familiar, as if she had heard it sowhere before.

But, where exactly?

Upon actually seeing Estelle, Ye Wanlan’s hands suddenly clenched, veins bulging on the back of her hands.

She wasn’t a person devoid of emotion, just highly adept at controlling it.

But now, seeing Estelle’s mangled state, Ye Wanlan felt her very features consud with anger.

She knew well how much those wounds must have hurt.

"Are you here to save her?" Shenxiu, extrely perceptive, found it even more unbelievable.

Save her?

Estelle was also stunned, trying to open her eyes to see who had co, but all she saw was a blur of red.

No one she knew could possibly be a match for Shenxiu.

Who would risk their life to try and save her?

Countless questions left Estelle without the strength to ponder.

She only knew she couldn’t beco a burden.

"Hurry... go..." Estelle used her last ounce of strength, her voice trembling as she shouted these two words.

As soon as the words left her mouth, she fainted, with blood continuing to drip down from her hem, indicating the inhuman torture she endured these past months.

Ye Wanlan’s gaze darkened, her eyes filled with a murderous aura.

"Why would you, an Atlantian, save a human?" Shenxiu smirked hollowly, "Humans are deceitful and treacherous creatures. If given a chance, they would destroy Atlantis."

Ye Wanlan didn’t respond; she moved directly.

"Clang!"

With a sound of a sword’s cry, a streak of Sword Qi was instantly unleashed!

"Screech—"

A stinging pain struck, and Shenxiu hadn’t expected Ye Wanlan to act without a word.

She slowly raised her hand at the spot she felt the sting.

Lowering her hand, Shenxiu looked down to find a few drops of blood on it. It’s been so long since she’d been injured,

"Won’t take the easy way, will you!" Shenxiu dropped her smile, leaving only a chilling coldness and malice, "I admired your courage and strength, intending to teach you well, but since you’re insistent, don’t bla for being impolite!"

She dashed into the air, looking down: "Dare to co, then you should know you will die here."

"I don’t know if I will die here, but today—" Ye Wanlan raised her sword, her gaze icy, "You must die!"
