This town was built by Arthur Pendragon for his clan, but after his death, many great influential powers tried to take the town for themselves, but it was impossible, since only soone who had a relationship with Arthur Pendragon could manage the city, otherwise, the miraculous effects of the division of elents would not work.
Thus, the city was always in control of the Pendragon clan during these millions of years, and no other clan or sect manifested itself since it was useless. The only thing these influential groups could do was to bribe the Pendragon clan to gain more benefits than the others.
When Liu Yang appeared in the transport array, he was disguised as an ordinary person and did not draw much attention from others.
