The car drove to a boutique first, and the two of them walked into the boutique, leaving behind Gao Yang to guard the car.

They were attended to almost imdiately, and ii changed into new clothes.

She looked at the dress, and she gave Li Qiang the brightest smile she had ever conjured on her face.

Li Qiang impulsively ruffled her hair. It wasn’t clear to him why he had such an attraction to her.

"Shall we?" He asked and she nodded.

They walked back to the car and though the sales attendants had the urge to gossip, they held back.

After all, Li Qiang was the one involved. They might just end up losing their jobs and source of livelihood if they do gossip about it and it spreads.

The group drove to a restaurant and had breakfast. It was mostly ii doing the breakfast while Li Qiang watched her.

"So, you do not know who your parents are?" Li Qiang asked her tentatively and she nodded.

"My sister and I have never t them," she replied almost imdiately as she gobbled up the food.

"Where is your sister then?" Li Qiang inquired, and her hands paused, with her mouth wide open, she turned to look at him.

She was not expecting him to ask such a question. What would she give as a reply? She did not plan for this.

Her heart raced quickly as she thought of the most reasonable reply she could give.

"Hmm?" He tilted his head to look at the silent girl.

Suddenly, her eyes turned teary, and it ca as a surprise to how she pulled it off. Li Qiang frowned at the rate at which she changed her expressions.

"My elder sister decided to go out to look for our parents, but she is not back yet, I do not know where to look for her, which is why I am out here, to look for her," she finally responded.

If one looked at it, ii was actually speaking the truth, except there were so lies mixed into it. But who cares, the little girl just wants her parents’ love.

"Do you have any idea as to what your sister looks like? Maybe w can help you look for her," Li Qiang asked.

He was willing to help the little lady seated in front of him. Once again, ii paused as her brain tried to think of one excuse or the other.

If she were to describe Li Chuxi, then her sister’s cover would be blown, and she knew Chuxi will not forgive her if her parents did not regain their mories.

Her eyes darted around, she was looking for an excuse to avoid the question.

"Ah!" She suddenly exclaid, while clutching her belly.

Her face turned pale almost imdiately as her forehead was covered in fine sweat. She was not acting because her body suddenly broke out in red rashes.

’No! This cannot be happening, did I eat dates?’ She asked herself internally as she stared at the spread on the table.

",What is wrong?" Li Qiang asked with a frown as he rushed to her side.

The little girl held his hands while taking deep breaths. She was out of breath and she could only hold on to him to calm herself down.

Li Qiang frowned as he looked at her condition. He then noticed the small, red rashes on her body, and the frown deepened.

"Get the car, we are leaving for the hospital," he ordered as he directly picked up the little girl who was still gasping for breaths.

’Was this an allergy?’ He questioned himself as he glanced towards the table, which was covered in food.

He noticed dates on the table and for so reason, he felt her condition was associated with dates because he was also allergic to dates.

"President, let carry her, it will not be good for your reputation if this spreads," Gao Yang offered, but Li Qiang adamantly held on to her.

"It is fine, I want to see who has the guts to go against ," he pursed his lips as he spoke aloud, his jaw becoming taut with anger and annoyance.

Once he said that, all those who had been secretly taking videos or typing quietly kept their phones away.

The restaurant was for elites and if Li Qiang should deal with their families just because of them, then they will die double deaths.

It was best to have their lips shut. No secret was ever kept a secret, they comforted themselves with this thought.

The car quickly drove to the hospital and the doctors imdiately attended to her while Li Qiang stood outside the ward the whole ti.

He paced about as he thought about the probability that she could be allergic to dates.

Could it be a coincidence? He asked himself and shook his head. He did not want to think about it at all. He suddenly had a crazy thought, what if she was his daughter?

Being allergic to dates was sothing exclusive to their family, to the Li family only. So there could be a chance that she was his daughter, but how?

He juggled through his mory trying to see if he had slept with any woman, but he could not recall. Instead, he had a hazy mory, and it felt that it was covered in fog.

His eyebrows were drawn together as he held his head in pain.

He let out an excruciating pain because he was trying to break through that fog. He wanted to see what was beyond that fog, but could not.

"Ah!" He scread, still holding his head as he fell on one knee.

"President," Gao Yang exclaid as he rushed to Li Qiang, who looked vulnerable at the mont.

"Doctor," he yelled for the doctor and fortunately, one of the nurses exited the room.

She was stunned to see the almighty Li Qiang in such a state.

"Don’t just stare, take to a ward," Gao Yang snapped at the lady who was gawking.

"Sorry sorry," she quickly apologized and quickly led them to a ward.

"Go get your doctor," he ordered, and the lady scrambled out of the ward.

Gao Yang turned to look at Li Qiang who had fainted, but his forehead was still covered in sweat. He was scared, and he did the only thing he thought was right, he inford Xin Yan through a text ssage.
