Chapter 87: Chapter 87: Wanting To Recall
At the hospital, Li Qiang’s room, the specialist doctor which the previous doctor talked about made his way into the ward.
"President Li, this is Dr. Song, he is a specialist doctor in our hospital, he will help in answering your questions," the doctor introduced them imdiately as he wiped his sweat.
"President Li, President Xin," he greeted with a slight bow.
It was a young man, who seed to be the age of Xin Yan.
"You are mistaken, I am no longer the president of Xin corp, I will appreciate it if you do not refer to
as such," Xin Yan imdiately corrected him.
"You will have to pardon
Mrs. Li, but due to the nature of my work, I am not in the know with so current news," he apologized, and she nodded, indicating that it was fine.
"President Li, why do you feel that you have lost your mories?" Dr. Song asked.
Li Qiang explained everything to him, and he nodded with a frown as he stared at Li Qiang’s face intently.
Xin Yan who was standing beside them frowned. She had no idea as to why she also felt the sa way. What could be wrong with the both of them?
"Have you ever encountered a situation where you think might have caused you to lose your mories?" Dr. Song questioned again.
Li Qiang shook his head negatively. He did not recall.
"What year do you think your mory loss must have occurred?" Dr. Song continued with the question.
"I an from what year do you think you must have had a blank mory?" He rephrased the question.
Li Qiang looked through all the years he had spent in this world. Funnily enough, he could recall things from his childhood, but he could not recall a particular year.
His brain was blank, it felt as though he had not experienced that year at all. But how was that possible?
"Year XXX," he answered.
"It feels my brain is just blank when it cos to that year, I can recall things from my childhood but that particular year just appears blank to ," Li Qiang had a deep furrow on his face.
Xin Yan found herself thinking about the year and strangely, she could not recall anything.
"I also can’t recall what happened in that year, where I had been, who I had t and everything concerning that year," Xin Yan whispered, but it was loud enough for the males to hear.
Li Qiang turned to look at her, and he was taken aback.
Why did she have such a situation as well? Could the both of them have lost their mories? And if they had, what could be the connection?
It felt like it was all a big conspiracy, and they needed to unravel it.
Xin Yan and Li Qiang exchanged glances, sharing the sa tacit understanding. They had to regain their mories!
"We would love to regain our mories," Li Qiang announced, while Dr. Song nodded in reply.
"Sure, because I am a specialist doctor and the both of you have blank mories, we can only follow the unconventional thod," Dr. Song inford.
"And what is the unconventional thod?" Xin Yan asked in return.
"Hypnosis!" He looked at them, and he did not fail to see how their faces change just on hearing the word.
Few hours later, Li Qiang and ii were discharged.
Li Chuxi, just as promised had begged Xin Yan and Li Qiang to let ii stay with her. She claid that she becos bored always, and it was best to have soone who was of the sa age as her.
Her parents agreed. Actually, she did not need to beg that way, as the couple had already decided on having her at her house for now.
When Xin Yan saw ii, she felt the sa compassion and feeling she felt when she first saw Li Chuxi.
Xin Yan and Li Qiang had decided to take the offer up. They needed their mories and Dr. Song was more than happy to have them.
He drafted out a schedule for the both of them. Li Qiang decided to work from ho pending the ti they completed their treatnt.
"Isn’t it crazy? We both don’t have mories of that specific year, it is weird," Li Qiang comnted with a sigh, they were presently in the study as they conversed.
Li Chuxi had taken ii for a tour of the house.
"Do you have any idea as to why this happened?" Xin Yan asked as she lightly tapped on the table.
She did not experience this in her past life. Maybe this was the reason she was brought back to life.
"If I were to think from others’ perspective, I will think it was a considerable conspiracy and just possibly we had known each other previously, but it is unclear to
as it is to you, I am perplexed presently," this was the first ti Li Qiang did not have an idea of sothing, which was extrely rare.
"I will also think the sa way, I feel like we are making a big mistake if we do not recall which is why we have to recall hastily, is there a way for us to hasten the process? It is unclear to
why, but I feel extrely anxious," Xin Yan spoke while her eyelashes drooped, casting a shadow over her.
"I will speak with him, but I feel it is best we follow his recovery plan, he did say that forcing our mories could have negative impact," Li Qiang tried to convince her out of it even though he did feel the sa way as she did.
"I just pray everything gets sorted out," she sighed out with tiredness which could be heard in her voice.
"What do you think we should do with ii? She has no idea who her parents her and her sister is nowhere to be found," Xin Yan spoke up.
Deep within her, she actually wanted to keep ii to herself. Maybe she was too selfish, but she wanted Li Chuxi and ii to stay with her.
Li Qiang looked at her and he chuckled helplessly. He could tell what was on her mind and frankly speaking, he felt the sa way.
