"She’s called Xin Yan? Then her na fits her very much, she is like a goddess, you do not need to ask , I really like her," Song Chang confessed with a dreamy look.
Li Qiang shook his head at his friend’s actions. He knocked Song Chang’s head.
"You need to take a look at yourself, before deciding if she is really the one for you," Li Qiang did not an anything, but at the end of the day, his words were actually true.
Young Xin Yan was an ethereal goddess, while Song Chang was just fat, he was plain. He was not ugly, but his body size could scare people away.

now?" Song Chang asked, the smile on his face vanishing imdiately.
"I didn’t an it that way, but let’s face it, if you ask her out, do you think she will accept you with your body size?" Li Qiang asked. Li Qiang has always been blunt since he was young.
Song Chang frowned, finding a bit of truth in Li Qiang’s words.
"You are right, I am too fat, and Xin Yan would not want to accept
this way, what do you suggest I do?" Song Chang agreed to Li Qiang’s words, as he imdiately asked him for advice.
"The first thing you need to do is watch what you eat, and thereafter, we need to work on your exercises," Li Qiang gave him a reply, and Song Chang’s face drastically changed.
The thought of changing what he ate, and exercises scared him. Those two activities were ones despised heavily, and he could not fathom how he was going to stay away from all the yummy snacks he liked.
"I know you feel awful just by thinking about staying away from your junk, I am also aware of how much you hate exercises, but I will ask you a question, do you like Xin Yan?" Li Qiang asked, he wanted to know what his answer would be.
Song Chang’s answer would determine nurous things.
"Of course, I do, I like her so much," Song Chang did not hesitate to reply.
"Then, will you be willing to do anything for her?" Li Qiang asked, and Song Chang did not hesitate before nodding positively.
"Does that include giving up what you like eating, and taking up exercises?" Li Qiang continued asking, and with each question he asked, Song Chang’s answers were positive.
"See, since you are willing to do anything for her, it won’t be difficult to do all these which I have said," Li Qiang said with a smile, and Song Chang nodded.
And that was the beginning of Song Chang’s weight loss journey.
Two weeks later, there was a significant change in Song Chang’s size. It was all thanks to Li Qiang being a strict teacher, and Song Chang being a willing student.
"Li Qiang, Li Qiang," Song Chang ran to Li Qiang’s reading spot with joy and excitent written all over his face.
"What is wrong?" Li Qiang asked.
"Xin Yan said hi to
today, she literally waved at , I feel so excited, the school’s prom is just a few days away, do you think I should ask her to be my date?" Song Chang asked with a blissful smile on his face.
Li Qiang smiled at the progress his friend had made.
"Of course, you should ask her, she might agree since she has said hi to you, I am rooting for you," Li Qiang replied, urging his friend to do so.
Song Chang nodded, happy with the push. The push was what he needed.
But this was the beginning of Song Chang’s, Li Qiang’s and Xin Yan’s nightmare.
For the prom, the school decided to switch things up a bit. They decided that for the dates, lots will be drawn.
Li Qiang did not want to enter the prom dating lots poll, but his na was entered by one of the juniors who adored him.
The sa thing went for Xin Yan. She was not interested in things such as these, but her friend entered her na, and that was the biggest mistake those two could make.
When it was ti to pair people for the prom, Song Chang had asked Li Qiang if he entered his na.
Li Qiang had said no because he truly did not enter his na. Song Chang had felt imnse relief at his words.
But his relief turned into distraught when Xin Yan and Li Qiang were paired.
"I thought you said you did not enter your na? Then what is this? Why are you paired with Xin Yan?" Song Chang confronted Li Qiang imdiately.
Li Qiang listened to Song Chang’s complaint, and he remained silent.
"I will say it again, I have no idea how my na was entered, I already said I won’t enter my na, there is no need for
to go behind your back simply to enter my na," Li Qiang was standing on his words.
He felt that the whole situation was fishy. He was sure that he did not enter his na into the draw, but how co his na was selected.
"Damn you, I don’t believe you, you must have fallen in love with Xin Yan, and you want her for yourself," Song Chang’s understanding was already warped, he was disappointed.
The girl he liked was going to be his friend’s date. How was he supposed to handle that?
"I will fix it, I will ask Xin Yan to be your date," Li Qiang stated. He could not bear to have his relationship with his friend ruined just because of a woman.
"You had better fix it," Song Chang pushed his chest before waking out of the isolated room.
Li Qiang held his forehead in frustration. He needed to have this investigated, but before that, he needed to ask Xin Yan to switch places.
"I am sorry to disappoint you, but I don’t have any interest in being your friend’s date, nor do I have any interest in being your date, I won’t be attending the prom night."
Li Qiang was excited about this fact, and he rushed to tell Song Chang who felt a bit better, but things changed a day to the prom night.
