Gu Ningyue snapped back to reality and asked the doctor, "Are there any internal injuries? Is it serious?"
The doctor shook his head, "He was quite lucky, just a bit deeper, and it might have been irreparable."
Gu Ningyue breathed a sigh of relief, "That’s good to hear."
"Please pay the hospitalization fee in a while." The doctor reminded, then added, "Oh, by the way, the patient is clutching onto sothing in his hand with intense focus and tension. We couldn’t give him an IV. Wait until he wakes up, then call us, okay?"
Gu Ningyue was taken aback. Lin Ruixian was holding sothing? How co she hadn’t noticed?
"Okay, I understand!"
