"Is it you or him?" Chang Chi looked at Shang Yin, pressing him, "Tell , is it you or him? Does the Su Family’s mining disaster have anything to do with you?"

Chang Chi’s curses ca from upstairs, followed by the sound of a door closing, and then all was quiet again.

"I think it’s necessary for to discuss again with Mr. Perro," Chen Jiachun also felt sowhat despondent; it was hard for him to communicate with his client now that the trial had just begun.

"It was you? But I always thought... Mr. Perro chose . And why would you hire ; I’m just an unknown newbie lawyer." Chen Jiachun’s acceptance of Perro was largely out of gratitude for his trust; after all, being past thirty with little fa, he was not seen as the most capable lawyer. Yet, the Su Family had placed this heavy burden on his shoulders.
Huge pressure can crush so people’s shoulders but can also straighten others’ spines. Chen Jiachun and Su Ziceng were lucky; they belonged to the latter. Chen Jiachun would step into the fiercely competitive judicial arena earlier through this battle, and Su Ziceng, through this case, would bear the future of the Su Family more steadily. Both were people reborn from the fire.
They do not easily get crushed, nor do they easily give up.
"Because you are a good lawyer, and you can help many people in the future. The Su Family is just your beginning," Su Ziceng smiled and said this, her hand gripped Chen Jiachun’s.
"I..." Chen Jiachun was stumped again; after a while, he smiled bitterly: "Miss Su, are you using beauty tactics on ?"
"This hand doesn’t belong to ," Su Ziceng said with a smile, spreading her hand under the light; her hands were slender and well-maintained.
