The new sester in college always brings joy for so and sorrow for others. After staying at Kelly for half a year, Su Ziceng would always unconsciously compare Kelly Won’s College with Daoquan University, which could be considered a typical female trait—to compare everything from handbags, makeup, ex-boyfriends, and current boyfriends, down to having a clear tally of the freckles on one’s face.

Kelly Won’s College lacked the stylish bustle of Daoquan University and had many rigid and bizarre rules, but there were also quite a few accommodations. Compared to the aloof ordinary universities, Kelly issued its report cards only after the returning students arrived on campus the previous academic year.

Apart from the equestrian class she dropped midway, Su Ziceng passed all her courses without cheating, alarmingly receiving just a "satisfactory" grade for her baking class.

For a diligent student like Yan Wuxu, it goes without saying that her grades were outstanding, and this sester she smoothly received the "Wei Lei Award" from Kelly Won’s College. Having grown closer to Su Qingzhang, Yan Wuxu started considering herself as part of the Su Family and disclosed many things to Su Ziceng that she had never spoken of before. It turns out she secured her admission to Kelly through a recomndation from Pello.

"So, Teacher Pei Luo is a good person," said Yan Wuxu as she and Su Ziceng headed to their new "Mysticism" class. Several female students passing by turned their heads upon hearing Pello’s na, their looks clearly hostile.

"Goodness, Valentine’s Day is long gone, and still so many taboos," Su Ziceng was relieved that she had sent her gift out two nights ago. Although she had done so in a drunken spur, nearly forgetting the entire process, at least the gift was delivered.

"Yesterday, Pello managed to offend nearly all the female students in the school. I heard he returned hundreds of Valentine’s Day gifts, even the cake that Wen Maixue baked personally," Su Ziceng hardly saw Yan Wuxu gossip with others, but she could always gather so juicy news from her mouth.

"Giving him desserts is not as good as gifting him sweet wine," Su Ziceng pulled open the door to the teacher’s room, a Feng Shui class, a new course with an oddly designed classroom door—a push-style wooden door. The classroom was narrow and long, requiring one to change into disposable slippers upon entering.

"This is one of the graduation courses; we need to treat it seriously, and it’s a new course. There are quite a lot of students who chose it," Yan Wuxu also picked up a pair of slippers and glanced into the classroom.

Today there was no snow outside; the snow on the ground reflected the sunshine, making the hallway much brighter than usual. But inside the "Mysticism Classroom," it was gloomy. The eyes of the two were montarily uncomfortable as they saw rows of tightly packed heads.

All the venetian blinds were pulled down, with sunlight sifting through the slits. There were no desks or teaching facilities, just a long table accommodating four or five people standing abreast. It was covered with Astrology Cards, a Crystal Ball, an Eight Diagram Mirror, Copper Coins, and a shiny turtle shell.

"It slls like a toilet freshener," Su Ziceng glanced past the "feudal operation table" and saw an incense burner made of brass in every corner of the classroom.

The entire classroom accommodated over a hundred people, each compactly positioned in different corners, leaving a clear space; the dim light inside and sealed windows made breathing uncomfortable.

"Can’t they split up the classes? More than a hundred people sticking together like a tub of paste," Su Ziceng muttered.

"They say the new teacher is a master with real skill, very hard to invite. He has only one class per week, and all the new students along with quite a few returning ones chose it," Yan Wuxu replied.

While they were speaking, the door was pulled open and a hunched figure walked in. From her angle, Su Ziceng could only see the feet. Upon closer scrutiny, she noticed a hole at the big toe area on the yellowed white socks.

Almost at the sa ti, a foot odor filled the room. Over a hundred expectant faces sagged instantaneously. So even couldn’t resist opening the venetian blinds, scrabbling a gap beside the window.

After all, Kelly Won’s College is still Kelly Won’s College; all the female students upheld the strong principle of following rules and maintaining poise, no one rushed out the door.

Su Ziceng took a few shallow breaths and saw the teacher sitting comfortably next to the long table, crossing his legs. Beside him rested a familiar-looking bamboo cane.
