The sky darkened as the rain finally ceased. The oppressive, suffocating atmosphere in the air dissipated completely.

The car glided smoothly into the Luther Family Manor.

With significant adjustnts in Luther Corporation’s shares and personnel, Sinclair headed to the study with Ramsey to arrange the specifics of the next steps.

Camilla didn’t rest. Instead, she made a phone call.

While Jonathan’s matter had been resolved, the situation with Fanny still hung in the balance.

Though only two days had passed, it felt like an agonizing two years to her.

Yet, until they were located where Fanny was being held, the initiative wasn’t in her hands.

At this thought, Camilla’s eyes narrowed sharply, her delicate face hardening with icy resolve.

Luke entered and imdiately noticed the chilling aura around her. Luke bowed his head respectfully.

"Madam—"

Hearing his voice, Camilla snapped out of her thoughts and looked up at him, cutting straight to the point.

"Any progress on Fanny’s case?"

"We’ve narrowed down several possible locations based on the signal range Mr. Sinclair previously tracked and the leads provided by Mr. Antonio," Luke replied with a firm nod, his tone steady and factual.

"Our team and Mr. Calvin’s people are working together to comb through each one," he continued, pausing briefly before eting Camilla’s gaze with unwavering confidence.

"We believe we’ll find Miss Tiffany very soon."

Camilla pressed her lips together, her expression icy as she gave a curt nod.

After all, Country E wasn’t san Francisco.

No matter how extensive the Luther and Calvin families’ influence was, they couldn’t control every piece of information in such a short ti.

But with the general area identified, it was only a matter of ti before Fanny was found.

"Once you locate Fanny, don’t make a move unless you’re absolutely certain of success.

And one more thing—"

Thinking back to Antonio’s words, Camilla turned to Luke with another order.

"From now on, have soone monitor my phone around the clock.

The mont an unknown overseas call cos through, trace its origin with full priority."

Luke understood imdiately, nodding without hesitation.

"Understood."

Camilla didn’t say anything more, letting Luke leave.

She walked into the backyard dical room alone, pulling out vials of dicine and getting to work.

Her cool, detached eyes were filled with a chilling intensity.

*Antonio, everyone must pay for what they’ve done—and I will never let you get away with it!*

Sinclair walked up to the dical room’s door, pausing when he saw the light still on inside.

His tall, elegant figure stretched long under the courtyard lights.

By the ti Camilla finished preparing the necessary dicines, she realized how late it had gotten.

She quickly washed her hands and stepped out.

The mont she opened the door, she saw his slender silhouette waiting outside.

"Sweetheart"

Camilla blinked, then walked over and took his hand.

"Have you been waiting long?

You should’ve called for ."

"Not at all," Sinclair said, lips curving slightly.

*Liar.*

Camilla thought to herself, but wisely chose not to call him out on it.

"It’s a bit chilly outside. Let’s head back inside," she suggested.

"Alright," Sinclair replied, bending down to envelop her completely in his embrace as they walked toward the front courtyard.

By his side, her legs seed almost unnecessary.

A faint smile curled at the corners of Camilla’s lips as she pressed her face tightly against the warmth of his chest.

Inside the room,

Sinclair gently placed Camilla on the sofa before crouching before her, his tall and lean fra bending gracefully.

With careful hands, he untied her shoes, his movents tender and deliberate.

Camilla pressed her lips together, gazing down at him with warmth shimring in her eyes.

Setting the shoes aside, Sinclair began massaging her feet and calves with just the right pressure, his long, elegant fingers working skillfully to soothe the fatigue from standing too long.

Every touch was ticulous, infused with quiet devotion.

"Camilla," he murmured, lifting his gaze to et hers.

His voice was deep and slightly husky, carrying an unshakable calm.

"Tomorrow, I need to go to Country E."

Country E?

Camilla’s brows flickered almost imperceptibly before her expression settled into understanding.

Her dark, fathomless eyes remained fixed on his striking features.

"Is it about Fanny?"

"Yes," he replied softly.

"Tiffany will be fine, I promise."

Camilla had complete faith in her husband’s abilities.

Hearing his reassurance, she felt a wave of relief wash over her, the tension in her body easing slightly.

Only when she had fully relaxed did Sinclair lean in to press a gentle kiss to her cheek.

"So, all you need to do now is rest. Leave everything else to ."

His expression was tender, his voice deep and velvety.

Under the warm glow of the lamplight, his striking features appeared even more refined and aristocratic.

Though Camilla wasn’t sleepy, she couldn’t bring herself to refuse him.

She brushed her lips against his, so tantalizingly close.

"Alright, I’ll go freshen up first."

"Let help you, sweetheart."

With practice ease, Sinclair scooped his wife into his arms and carried her to the bathroom.

As the night deepened, Camilla nestled against him and drifted into sleep without realizing it.

Sinclair pressed another kiss to her soft, porcelain cheek, his whisper low and intimate. "Goodnight, my love."

By her side, his world was always peaceful.

The next day.

News of the Luther Corporation being handed over to Camilla quickly spread through the upper echelons of the capital.

Of course, all of this happened with Sinclair’s explicit permission.

The shock it caused was no less than if the evening news had suddenly gone off the air.

"Camilla is taking over Sinclair’s position and running the Luther Corporation?!"

"How is that possible?

It must be so baseless rumor."

"Have you ever seen anyone dare to spread rumors about the Luther Family’s direct line?"

"The word is, it was Grandpa Luther’s decision."

"Grandpa Luther must hold this woman in incredibly high regard—first giving her ten percent of the shares at his birthday banquet, and now handing over the entire Luther Corporation?!"

"If it’s Grandpa Luther’s decision, then what about Sinclair?

Camilla’s the one in charge of the Luther Family now."

"Not sure.

Rumor has it he hasn’t been seen for a while—didn’t even show up during the share transfer."

"Could it be... his old illness has flared up again?"

"You might be onto sothing.

Otherwise, why would Grandpa Luther suddenly take the Luther Corporation from his own grandson and give it to Camilla?"

Amidst the astonishnt, the crowd couldn’t help but speculate about Sinclair’s current situation.

Many even went out of their way to contact connections within the Luther Family’s collateral branches, attempting to gather information about him.

Having just survived a ruthless purge, the collateral branches of the Luther Family were in a state of panic, too fearful to speak carelessly.

Their evasive responses only served to reinforce the rumors of Sinclair’s misfortune.

Seizing the opportunity, many began plotting their next moves.
