In the Luther residence.

Grandpa Luther sat in the main seat.

Both Sinclair and Camilla sat on both sides, to the left and the right, respectively.

"Camilla" Grandpa Luther turned to look at Camilla, with a querying look in his eyes.

"You have seen Sinclair's condition.

Tell grandfather the truth, can he fully recover?"

The events of last night ignited a glimr of hope in his heart once more. Camilla lowered her gaze, hesitated for a mont but ultimately decided to speak the truth.

"So things have seeped deep into the bone marrow, full recovery... is quite difficult."

Grandpa Luther nodded, not saying a word.

Yet, a trace of disappointnt flickered across his aged face. Sinclair remained indifferent.

As if it matters Grandpa Luther and Camilla discussed had nothing to do with him.

"However, rest assured," Although Camilla was speaking with Grandpa Luther, her gaze was fixed intently on Sinclair.

"Although the possibility of a complete recovery is slim, the frequency of the attacks will gradually decrease over ti, and the duration will also shorten, with episodes only occurring on occasion."

Stressing her words, she sounded determined.

"Grandfather, I assure you on this!"

Sinclair looked up and gazed at Camilla.

In her eyes, there was an undeniable hint of heartache.

Heartache, again? Sinclair's long, slender eyes narrowed slightly, and his lashes cast a shadow on his eyelids.

This woman seed to carry a different attitude towards him.

What does she really hope to gain from him?

"All right," Upon hearing Camilla's words, the smile returned to Grandpa Luther's face.

"I believe you.

If Sinclair doesn't comply, let know, and I'll handle him."

"Sure, grandfather," Camilla served a plate of fresh vegetables in front of Grandpa Luther, smiling.

"You should eat more vegetables, it's good for your health."

Grandpa Luther nodded with a smile.

"Sinclair, see how sensible Camilla is." Sinclair's lips curved up slightly.

He didn't retort, just turning his dark gaze to look at Camilla again.

"Camilla,"

At the end of the al, Grandpa Luther suddenly thought of sothing.

"I heard that the Sanchez family sold the hospital and courtyard your grandfather left for you behind your back.

How are you going to handle this?

Do you need the Luther Family to step in?"

"No need," Camilla shook her head, a soft smile curving her eyes.

"Whatever they owe , I'll make sure they return it willingly."

"It's for the best if they can return it willingly," Grandpa Luther nodded.

"But if they can't, don't forget your status as the main lady of the Luther Family.

The entire Luther Family has got your back."

He was implying his backing for Camilla.

Camilla was sowhat moved.

Grandfather Luther was just as kind to her as he was in her past life.

"Grandpa, I'm going out with friends in the afternoon."

"Go ahead." Grandpa Luther nods, looking at the silent Sinclair.

"Let Sinclair accompany you." Sinclair isn't fond of her yet, surely he wouldn't agree to take her. "No need..."

Camilla wants to refuse out of reflex, but her words are cut short by the low and raspy voice of the man.

Sinclair looks at Camilla, his expression inscrutable. "Alright."

Grandpa Luther observes the two of them, his eyes filled with gratification.

Had they known it would turn out like this, they might as well have fulfilled their engagent earlier. --

At the Sanchez's villa.

"What's going on?" Victoria looks at Augustin, her eyebrows furrowed.

"That Camilla, the good-for-nothing girl, isn't picking up her phone again?" Augustin nodded with a gloomy face.

"See what I said before?" Victoria's plump face was full of disgust and anger.

"This ungrateful brat, just like your sister, both of them are ingrates.

After becoming Mrs. Luther, she just looks down on our Sanchez family."

She paused for a mont, her face looking even more ugly.

"But now that Camilla is not picking up our calls at all, what should we do?"

"What else could be done?"

Augustine's face was grim.

"We agreed to the dowry in front of Luther's family. If we keep delaying, Luther's family might not be happy."

His gaze sharpened.

"Let's bite the bullet and repurchase the broken courtyard and hospital, and deliver them to Luther's family."

Victoria's face was gloomy as she gritted her teeth.

"So, we can only swallow this loss?" "Of course not," Augustine snorted coldly.

"We can take this opportunity to visit Camilla at Luther's ho and broach the difficult situation of the Sanchez corporation with her."

His gaze softened as he continued.

"I believe she wouldn't refuse in front of the Luther Family."

"Ah, we have no other choice," Victoria's face softened slightly.

"But have you noticed that ever since Camilla woke up, she's totally different."

She suddenly thought of sothing and said solemnly.

"Could it be that her years of appearing were all an act?"

He too was unable to figure out whether Camilla had been play- acting all these years.

If so, it would indeed be terrifying.

Keep in mind that she was only thirteen when they brought her ho.

"But let's not talk about that now," Augustin pressed his lips together, his expression cold.

"Where's Clara?"

When they ntioned their daughter, Victoria's face noticeably brightened.

"Clara is on a date with the youngest son of the Luna Family, Roman."

Although the Luna Family is not as prestigious as the Luther Family, they are nonetheless one of the leading families in the capital.

She sincerely hoped that her daughter could win Roman over and marry into the Luna Family.

Upon hearing it was Roman, Augustin nodded his head, without further comnt.

Inside the black Rolls-Royce. President Luther unexpectedly canceled an important international eting in the afternoon to take his wife shopping?

Ramsey was driving with a smile in his eyes.

Could it be that the boss, after last night, was going to do the impossible?

As he was thinking this, he suddenly t a pair of frosty ink eyes in the rearview mirror.

Ramsey's heart trembled, and he imdiately resud his serious deanour.

In the back seat, A deep grey laptop sat in front of Sinclair, and his distinct fingers were occasionally tapping on the keyboard.

No wonder they say that a serious man is the most handso.

Camilla stared at Sinclair's stern and distinctive side profile, she thought to herself.

Those won seed to always like to stare blankly at him.

Sinclair suddenly stopped his hands' movent, looked at Camilla, with an indecipherable smile in his deep and mysterious eyes.

"Do you find interesting?" Camilla paused for a mont, then nodded earnestly. "Interesting."

This one point, regardless of her past life or this life, whether she loves Sinclair or not, is undeniable.

Ramsey suppressed the corner of his mouth from curling up, but couldn't help to do it again.

Sinclair originally teased Camilla, hoping to see her as flustered as she was last night.

However, it turned out that she responded very seriously.

He smirked and refocused his attention on the computer.

"You continue."

"Okay," Camilla propped herself up with her hand, and continued to admire the view, her thoughts beginning to wander.

Why had her past self been so afraid of this man who clearly wasn't scary?

Their interaction almost made Ramsey laugh out loud.

What a fine lady! But very quickly, he was unable to laugh.

A white, limited edition Ferrari ran the red light and rushed out from the side.

"Mr. Luther, madam, brace yourselves."

Ramsey's eyes narrowed. He reacted the fastest.

He swerved the steering wheel to the other direction, hit the brakes, all in one swift motion.

"Squeak--"

The mont the Rolls-Royce stopped, a white Ferrari passed swiftly without any hesitation.

Ramsey instantly looked back to the rear seat nervously.

"Mr. Luther, Madam, are you both alright?"

Before he could finish speaking, he closed his mouth and turned his head away.

To his surprise, he saw the panicked expression on Madam's face as she sat in Mr. Luther's arms!!
