"You little bastard, you’d better let go right now," the middle-aged man hissed, his venomous gaze fixed on Calvin like a serpent.

His grotesque features twisted into sothing even more hideous.

"Otherwise, I’ll make sure you die in pieces!"

The last words slithered out between clenched teeth, grating and hoarse.

"Die in pieces?"

Calvin’s lips curled slightly as he took two deliberate steps forward, his tall, imposing fra looming over the man.

His voice dripped with lazy disdain.

"If you had that kind of power, you wouldn’t be here throwing a tantrum like a stray dog."

A stray dog?!

The insult sent the man into a frenzy, his face contorting with rage as he spewed the vilest curses at Calvin.

Jey’s brow furrowed in irritation.

"Enough," Camilla cut in, her beautiful eyes glinting with cold resolve.

"Since you’ve been caught, spare us the nonsense."

Her icy voice cut straight to the chase, carrying an inexplicable edge of dominance.

"How do you cure the poison of the Twin Fate poison?"

Twin Fate poison?

The man froze, his murky eyes shifting from Calvin to Camilla.

Over the years, he had indeed used the Twin Fate poison once—just that single ti.

So, it was that bastard Michael who had brought this upon him?

Damn it!!

A flurry of emotions flickered rapidly through the man’s clouded gaze before vanishing, leaving behind only the sa venomous malice as before.

"I don’t know anything about Twin Fate poison.

You’ve got the wrong man."

"You don’t know?"

Camilla had no reason to doubt Calvin’s capabilities.

Her expression remained cold as she stared at the man’s grotesque, twisted face, her crimson lips parting slightly.

"Then think harder."

As she spoke, she picked up a specially modified high-voltage stun baton beside her, flicked it on, and strode toward him.

Calvin knew exactly what Camilla intended to do.

He stepped forward.

"Let handle it."

"No need," Camilla shook her head, her expression cool and resolute as she firmly declined.

"I’ll handle this myself."

Calvin frowned.

But he knew that once Camilla made up her mind, like Sinclair, she wouldn’t budge.

He didn’t stop her, though his gaze flicked aningfully toward Jey.

Jey imdiately understood, drawing his gun and cocking it, his eyes sharp and alert as he aid at the bound middle-aged man.

Clearly, if the man made even the slightest threatening move toward Camilla, Jey wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger.

"You bitch," the man snarled, his eyes flashing with fear as they landed on the stun baton in Camilla’s hand, his face twisting into sothing even more vicious.

"If you dare lay a finger on , I swear I’ll make sure you rot from—"

Camilla ignored his threats.

Without hesitation, she pressed the activated stun baton against the tal chains binding him.

**"CRACK!"**

The sharp buzz of electricity filled the air as the man’s body convulsed violently, his face contorted in agony.

"You fucking whore—you’re dead!"

he howled through gritted teeth.

His bloodshot, murky eyes were fixed intently on Camilla as he opened his mouth, about to spew sothing vile.

"Watch out, Mrs. Luther!"

Jey shouted, his face tense with alarm.

This was exactly how their n had been ambushed before.

Calvin’s gaze turned icy as he stepped forward to pull Camilla away.

But Camilla moved faster than any of them.

In one fluid motion, she raised her hand and dislocated the man’s jaw with practice ease, then shoved her stun baton straight into his gaping mouth.

The man’s pupils dilated in shock, his face contorted with disbelief as he stared at Camilla.

Never in his wildest dreams had he imagined this delicate-looking woman could possess such ruthless efficiency and brutal tactics.

anwhile, over a hundred kiloters away...

"AAAAAHHHH!!!"

Yoland’s limbs twisted at grotesque angles as bloodcurdling screams of agony tore from his throat.

"Ahh!"

Yoland’s face contorted in agony, veins bulging grotesquely as excruciating pain wracked his body.

"Boss Sinclair... I was wrong...

I admit it..."

His head lolled back, eyes brimming with desperate supplication as he stared up at Sinclair.

"Just kill ... please... end this..."

"Death?"

Sinclair arched an eyebrow, his lips curling into a chilling smirk.

Those obsidian eyes glead with unspeakable cruelty, swimming with the promise of carnage.

Yoland nodded frantically through gritted teeth, every fiber of his being radiating abject despair.

Death.

At this mont, it was the only rcy left for him.

"Very well."

The corners of Sinclair’s mouth lifted further, his fathomless dark eyes swallowing all light.

"Gerald."

Writing at the threshold of unbearable tornt, Yoland’s pupils dilated with fleeting relief at the promised deliverance.

"Understood!"

Gerald nodded in comprehension and moved to the door. "Co in."

Before the words fully left his lips, two figures dressed as doctors stepped inside. Yoland’s eyes widened, his ashen face twisting with confusion and unease.

"Boss, what—what is this?"

"Mr. Luther—"

The two dical professionals stood before Sinclair, awaiting his command.

"Remove his heart and lungs," Sinclair leaned back in his chair, his tall, imposing fra exuding an air of chilling authority.

A faint, unnerving smile played at the corners of his narrow, dark eyes—one that made others instinctively avert their gaze.

"Rember," His thin, rciless lips parted slightly.

"He must not die—until the very last mont."

"Yes, sir!"

The two doctors imdiately bowed in understanding.

Gerald directed his n to lift Yoland and strap him onto a specially designed iron bed, securing his limbs firmly in place.

Two doctors stepped forward, surgical blades gleaming in their hands as they prepared for the procedure.

Were they about to cut him open and let him bleed out in agony?!

Realization dawned on Yoland, his face contorting with rage as he twisted his head toward Sinclair’s direction, eyes bulging with fury.

"Sinclair, you’re not human—you’re a beast, a devil!" he spat, voice dripping with venom.

"No wonder Jonathan would rather dote on so bastard’s spawn than acknowledge you as his son.

No wonder your own mother abandoned you and killed herself!"

His words were laced with venom, each syllable a desperate attempt to provoke Sinclair into granting him a quicker death.

"Now that grandpa has collapsed, everyone you care about will leave you—just like before."

But his plan backfired spectacularly.

Sinclair’s lips curled into a deeper, more chilling smile as he regarded Yoland.

Yet the glacial aura radiating from him seed to freeze the very air in the room.

"Cut out his tongue—slice by slice," he commanded, his voice lethally calm.

"Then chop his limbs to pieces—one stroke at a ti."

anwhile, deep within the secret chamber of the Calvin Family Manor...

Who knew a stun baton could be used like *that*?

Jey instinctively gulped, his eyes reflecting newfound wariness as he stared at Camilla.

So much for worrying that Mrs. Luther might be frightened.

Turns out, he was the real clown here.

Calvin’s lips twitched slightly as he ca to a halt.

Apparently, he still didn’t know Camilla well enough.

The room plunged into absolute silence.

"Save your strength—the parasite inside you isn’t going anywhere," Camilla said, her icy gaze locked onto the man.

"Now, care to rember anything about the Life bound poison?"

The man’s brow furrowed, his expression darkening with sothing unspeakably sinister.

"Good."

Seeing no intention of a response, Camilla narrowed her eyes slowly, her beautiful features hardening.

"Then by all ans, keep enjoying yourself."

Her voice was cool and gentle, yet it sent a bone-deep chill through the man.

Under his panicked stare, Camilla impassively turned the stun baton up another notch.

"Zap!"

The man’s muscles convulsed violently under the electric shock, his eyes rolling back in their sockets.

The parasitic worms inside his body sensed the disturbance and began writhing wildly, intensifying his agony.

The dual tornt made his pupils dilate, veins bulging grotesquely across his body as he contorted in pain.
