After Wan Hang left, Xu Nianhua looked at Pei Yicheng with curiosity, as if she was wondering who he was.

"He’s Wan Hang, the son of that woman." Pei Yicheng’s expression was sowhat complex; he didn’t like Wan Hongxing, so naturally, he wasn’t fond of Wan Hang either.

Yet, Wan Hang, who was a month older, sohow guarded him like a brother.

During his rebellious middle school years, fighting was commonplace. He could solve those problems, but he didn’t want to.

It was at that ti that Wan Hang attended the sa school as him. Although they were in different classes, he saw him quite often.

Once, after a fight, due to his carelessness, he got slightly injured. Wan Hang mocked him fiercely, and he still rembers Wan Hang’s expression then—cold with a hint of contempt.

In his youth, he couldn’t help but fight Wan Hang. Eventually, he began to study earnestly, moving from last place to the top five in his grade.

But Wan Hang always ranked first in the grade, leading by far.

With more ti spent on studies, there’s less ti for fighting, and thus, he eventually excelled in the college entrance exams with top grades, entering Beining University.

As Pei Yicheng grew older, how could he not know that Wan Hang ant well?

If not for Wan Hang, perhaps he would still be the boy who loved fighting back then. Now, whenever teachers ntioned him, they praised his academic excellence.

After he injured his leg, Wan Hang ca by to see him. In order to motivate him, Wan Hang said many things. Unfortunately, at that ti, he still ended up retreating to the county where his grandfather lived.

Sotis he often pondered, Wan Hang seed like an enemy before, but later, that sentint seed to change.

"Cheng Ge, do you think if our school’s students knew you once scored zero on an exam, they’d think your reputation as a top student is undeserved?" Xu Nianhua teased, slightly tilting her head and smiling gently, saying, "But in my heart, Cheng Ge is always amazing."

"Really?" Pei Yicheng raised an eyebrow, seemingly considering the truthfulness in her words.

"Of course it’s true." Xu Nianhua said with utmost seriousness, "Though I didn’t score zero as a child, I often failed too."

Xu Nianhua shrugged, her words were true. She started learning later than others, during her first and second grades, passing was already good enough. Later, she beca more serious and diligent, gradually catching up.

She believed in the saying that hard work can make up for lack of talent.

"Well, just right, I scored zero, you failed, we are perfectly made for each other." Pei Yicheng said proudly, holding her hand, "Next, I might be busy for half a month, take good care of yourself. If anything happens, call or go to Yining."

"Don’t worry, I’m not a child." Xu Nianhua felt a certain reluctance inside, but once busy, there was no ti for such feelings to fernt.

Orders for the 302 Translation Studio were increasing, so were repeat custors, while others were referrals from loyal clients.

Fei Jiayi and the others’ hard studying during the sumr vacation paid off greatly. At the first monthly exam of the new term, all six in the 302 dormitory scored in the top twenty in English, with Xu Nianhua, Zhou Wanwan, and Chang Hui occupying the top three positions in the grade.
