The ti spent together was always particularly fleeting, as Pei Yicheng reluctantly accompanied Xu Nianhua back to her dormitory, watching her until she reached the corridor on the third floor and entered her room. He continued to stand there, gazing at the lit-up dorm.

Nianhua, wait for .

Pei Yicheng stared at the illuminated dorm, his hand slowly clenching into a fist. In three years at most, three years later, he definitely wouldn’t be so busy, too busy to have ti... to be with her.

...

South City.

Gu Mingzhu, with her pregnant belly, entered an extrely ordinary café and placed a kraft paper bag to her right. Shortly after, a person passed by and left another kraft paper bag on the table.

Gu Mingzhu drank milk and leafed through a magazine. When she left, she picked up the kraft paper bag to her left.

No sooner had Gu Mingzhu left than soone else took the kraft paper bag from the table.

After leaving the café, when the person saw the money inside the kraft paper bag, their lips curled into a smile, making their already cold face look sowhat eerie.

As soon as Gu Mingzhu got back into the car, she took out the docunts. The mont she saw the blood type listed, her eyes instantly lit up.

It was indeed Panda Blood.

"Child, you are truly blessed," Gu Mingzhu whispered affectionately, stroking her swelling belly, and as soon as she got ho, she made sure to dispose of the docunts imdiately.

Gu Mingzhu sat in the living room, her gaze dropping as she pondered what to do next.

"Mingzhu," Jiang Jing entered with bags big and small, and upon seeing Gu Mingzhu lost in thought, her beautiful profile emitting a maternal radiance, she seed even more beautiful than before.

"Brother Jing," Gu Mingzhu turned at the sound of his voice, her radiant smile spreading wide.

"How have you been recently? Has the baby been giving you any trouble?" Jiang Jing looked at her stomach. The weather was getting hotter, and her clothes were getting thinner, which made her pregnant belly even more prominent.

"After you ntioned it last ti, the baby has been very good," Gu Mingzhu said gently, just as sunlight from outside stread through the window, adding a faint glow to her, and Jiang Jing found it hard to take his eyes off her, soon to be a mother.

"The baby must really like daddy," Gu Mingzhu continued, well aware of which of her angles was the most beautiful.

"Baby can’t wear out your mommy, understand?"

Jiang Jing’s hand rested on Gu Mingzhu’s belly, and even though he couldn’t feel anything for the mont, just thinking about the child inside her filled his heart with a hint of anticipation.

"Mingzhu, what were you just thinking about?" Jiang Jing asked, "You’re going to be a mother soon; don’t overthink things. Just focus on giving birth to the child peacefully."

Jiang Jing knew that the recent business matters of his father-in-law, Gu Hai, were spearheaded by Gu Mingzhu’s ideas, and the Gu Family had recently made a large sum of money.

He admired the woman he had chosen for her excellence, but he didn’t want her to work so hard.

"Don’t worry, I’ll take good care of myself." As soon as Gu Mingzhu’s words fell, her brows furrowed, indicating a troubling matter.

"What’s wrong?" Jiang Jing’s voice turned even gentler.

Gu Mingzhu hesitated, unsure of how to start.

"I’m your husband, is there sothing you still need to hide from ?" Jiang Jing embraced her shoulder. Although they hadn’t had a wedding ceremony because of the unborn child, they were already legally married.

"Brother Jing, it’s not that I want to hide from you, it’s just that I don’t know how to say it," Gu Mingzhu expressed her difficulty, unsure of how to start speaking.
