The Su Family estate was bustling, with a main building and another small white building that usually sat empty. Now, with guests arriving, everything had been cleaned thoroughly. Each room was well-equipped, even more comfortable than a hotel.
The bedding on the beds were all newly bought and had been sun-dried.
"Ji Ying, is this Nianhua’s biological parents’ ho?" Xiong Xihua was stunned as she entered the room; the Su Family estate was just too large and luxurious.
"Yes." Ji Ying looked at the house that the Su Family had prepared for them and felt satisfied. It was comfortable without being pretentious.
"Nianhua’s biological parents truly adore Nianhua. Don’t feel out of place; they are really nice and down-to-earth." Ji Ying explained.
"I know." Xiong Xihua nodded. For the past couple of years, Su Jinrong and Jiang Wanru have spent so ti in the village during the sumr and winter holidays, establishing so connections with the villagers.
"Mom, Auntie, you must be tired from the train ride. Take so rest." Xu Nianhua specifically ca to check in, hoping everyone could settle comfortably.
Initially, Ji Ying and Xu Qinghe were supposed to stay in the main building, but Ji Ying disagreed, saying, "I want to stay with everyone, so no one feels uncomfortable."
At noon, in the Su Family’s dining room, four tables were laid out. Besides the Xu Family, Su Xi’s family had also gathered, making it quite lively.
After lunch, Ji Ying specifically called Xu Nian’an over and asked, "How are things between you and Su Xi? I t Su Xi’s parents today, and they praised you quite a bit. So, how about setting an engagent?"

"Ha." Ji Ying sneered, "You’ll be technically twenty-nine, which is basically thirty. Look at your elder brother, Zhuangzhuang is already four, and Niuniu is two. What about you?"
Ji Ying suspiciously scrutinized Xu Nian’an, "Nian’an, don’t you want to get married? Let tell you, I approve of Su Xi. If you dare to mistreat her, I’ll break your leg!" Ji Ying warned sternly.
"No." Xu Nian’an vigorously shook his head, firmly saying, "Mom, I like her, and beyond her, I won’t marry anyone else in this life."
"Then what are you waiting for? While we’re all here, see if you can set an engagent." Ji Ying was prepared; aside from bringing dowry for Xu Nianhua, she had brought all the family’s money, fearing that if they agreed to a marriage with the Su Family, they might not have enough money.
"Oh dear, I think that’s a good idea." Fei ishu entered the room, calling Ji Ying affectionately, having co with the intention of discussing the children’s matters. Unexpectedly, she overheard this conversation.
Xu Nian’an was willing to marry only her daughter, which made Fei ishu feel that the sooner they settled the marriage, the less she’d have to worry.
"Auntie." Xu Nian’an looked dumbfounded at Fei ishu, listening to their back-and-forth conversation, completely stunned.

"Second Brother, you’re really lucky." Xu Nianhua looked at Xu Nian’an enviously. Xu Nian’an and Su Xi’s relationship had been rocky at first.
