Xu Nianhua hugged the book and went inside. Jiang Wanru watched her run upstairs for a while and then co back out with another book, knowing this book was for Pei Yicheng.
"What do you think, should we invite him in to sit for a bit?" Jiang Wanru craned her neck to look outside. In the moonlight, Pei Yicheng and Xu Nianhua stood facing each other, presenting a truly beautiful scene: the man handso and spirited, the woman fair as a flower.
"No invite," Su Jinrong said with pursed lips, with a hint of annoyance. Seeing Pei Yicheng, he felt like his family’s treasure was about to be taken away.

Seeing the book Pei Yicheng held, Su Jinrong said, "Yicheng, it’s still early. How about a ga of chess?"
Xu Nianhua was about to say that Pei Yicheng had just returned from a business trip and needed rest, but Pei Yicheng had already agreed.
Soon, the chessboard was set up with Su Jinrong and Pei Yicheng seated opposite each other.
Xu Nianhua served tea and presented fruit, chatting with Jiang Wanru while watching the two play chess.
