The island was especially big. The further she looked into the island, the thicker the forest appeared to be. She could not see where the woods ended.
There were no signs of any other humans as well.
This was a proper, uninhabited island.
To the side of this island, there was a smaller beach.
It seed like there were a lot of edible shellfish there. Furthermore, there were black and white creatures wriggling on the sand.
They were sea snakes!
She counted at least thirty sea snakes. The sight of them left Fang Xinxin’s scalp prickling. At the sa ti, she was very excited.
For the past few days, she had drunk and eaten enough. She also slept well and was now wearing a pair of straw slippers. She was much more comfortable than when she had been barefooted.

Sea snakes were venomous. If anyone else had seen this many sea snakes, they would most certainly have run away.
Fang Xinxin, however, began to climb down the cliff in excitent. She stood by the beach and brought out the surgical knife, approaching the snakes. Her gaze was cold as she concentrated and activated her special abilities,
The knife flew through the air and smoothly cut off one sea snake’s head.
As her gaze turned frigid once more, another sea snake was killed.
She repeated this over and over. Soon, all the sea snakes were killed. Their bodies continued wriggling on the beach despite the fact that they were dead.
She first headed to the forest nearby to look for leaves. She arranged a layer of leaves on the inside of the basket before returning to the beach with a large tree branch in her hands.
By then, all the sea snakes had stopped squirming. They remained unmoving on the beach.
She held the cloth bundle in her hand and used the tree branch to test the sand. She saw that there were vague movents beneath her feet.
As expected, a sea snake poked its head out from beneath the sandy surface. She imdiately used the surgical knife and sliced its head off.
When picking up their bodies, she used a large leaf to do so.
Very quickly, she collected all the sea snakes. There were 32 of them. The number was just enough to fill up the entire basket.
Although she could have activated her special powers to levitate the bodies into the basket, such a move would overexert her strength. Thus, she decided to pick them up by hand to save so strength.
She did not climb up the rock cliff again. Instead, she went into the forest and went around the cliff. After turning left, she could return to the shed she shared with Bai Qinghao.
The mont she stepped into the forest, she heard Bai Qinghao shouting urgently. “Xinxin!”
“My wife! Where are you?”
His voice was panicked and slightly hoarse. It was clear that he had been looking for her for so ti.
“Hubby, I’m here!” She responded loudly.
Very quickly, Bai Qinghao pushed aside the underbrush in his way and headed towards her. The mont he saw her, he rushed towards her and embraced her.
He was much taller than her and imdiately saw the basket full of sea snakes which she was carrying on her back. Worry flashed past his eyes. He rushed to check her from head to toe. “My wife, are you alright? Did you get bitten?”
“I’m fine.” She shook her head. “I was very careful. I used my powers to control the knife and to slice off their heads.”
He finally relaxed after hearing her response. “Next ti, leave these matters to .”
He took the basket and the cloth bundle from her.
She instantly felt much lighter.
The two of them returned to their shed.
She pointed in the direction of the beach she had been at earlier. “Hubby, there are a lot of sea snakes over there. I’m sure we will find more the next ti we go. There are also a lot of shellfish there. We don’t have to worry about food anymore..”
