If the Stargazer had not intervened in this matter, then Anvis might have given the Elental Young Dragon to Fiona to raise because of its slow developnt, or perhaps he would have continued his experints while nurturing it himself.
However, assuming he chose to raise it himself, at present, he would only be able to feed it up to about the Sixth or Seventh Rank at most. And in that case, Fiona would summon another unknown pet.
That is to say, the Stargazer’s intervention ensured that the Elental Young Dragon’s strength could quickly improve. Furthermore, by helping Fiona’s power to grow indirectly, he subtly established a positive connection with the girl.

Moreover, before falling completely into a state of slumber, the Stargazer had actually taken the ti to cleanse the traces of destiny he left in the Floating City, with the express purpose of preventing enemies from finding him while he slept.

As the forrly largest town adjacent to the Eternal Winter Mountain Range, and the first line of defense against the annual winter Beast Tide.
In the past, many Explorers would choose this town as their final stop, rest up, and then enter the deep snow mountains full of energy to embark on adventures and treasure hunts.
The word Insak translates directly in the Empire language to an ’Fortress Enveloped in Ice.’
However, now, with the establishnt of a brand-new city on the outskirts of the Eternal Winter Mountain Range, many Adventurers have chosen this new city as their new base, leading to a decline in popularity for Insak Town.
And this new city is one of the experintal cities that Anvis previously arranged players to build from scratch, White Light City.
Currently, the majority of White Light City’s town officials and over seventy percent of its residents are players, with the remaining part being outsiders who sniffed out business opportunities, as well as native adventurers preparing to enter or having just returned from the Eternal Winter Mountain Range for rest and repair.
At this mont, above a clearing in the Magic Beast Forest outside of White Light City, space began to ripple like the surface of water. Four cloaked figures, three short and one tall, erged from the distorted space.
With the teleportation completed, Anvis looked around, his avatar releasing a hint of a giant dragon’s aura, scaring away several Magic Beasts that had sensed the activity nearby.
After ensuring there were no threats in the environnt, Anvis took out a portable safety house from his ring, and then gestured for Fiona and Annie to follow him inside.
This was a piece he had ticulously crafted for certain special monts. Ever since the last dangerous encounter in the Radiant Secret Realm, Anvis had upgraded his portable safety house again upon returning to Yar Continent.
Now, it could not only defend against casual attacks of Ninth Rank, but also had the effect of concealing most Prophecy Magic. By diving inside and activating all the arrays on it, one could simulate the lost contact effect of the current Stargazers... a low-tier, young version.
"Fei, how’s your pet dragon doing now?"

Anvis explained a bit.
"I understand, Feiya, co out!"
Nodding her head, Fiona gently raised her hand, and a translucent, pure white elental young dragon erged from the void, affectionately placing its little head on the girl’s tender little hand.
"Growing nicely, eh?"
Anvis’s gaze swept over the vortex core inside the elental young dragon’s body, resembling a mini nebula, and he imdiately saw the changes in it.
After breaking through to the Seventh Rank, the biggest difference in the elental young dragon from when it was first hatched was that its attribute had changed, from initially only being able to maintain a single attribute to a special [Balance] attribute.
Many different magic powers coexisted in its body, and a simple mixing of these powers would only create a violent elental turbulence.
Yet, it was able to perfectly harness these conflicting energies and circulate them in an orderly manner within its body.
This was an astonishing ability. If it were not for the lack of ti, and that a Ninth Rank was detained within Sky City, Anvis would even want to imdiately send it to the central laboratory of Sky City for Pomiya to thoroughly analyze and test it.
