Chapter 612: Chapter 130: Prophecy from Ancient Tis
Witnessing this scene, the breath of many trialists inevitably grew heavier, once again showing signs of restlessness.
The mysterious entity had absorbed all the drops from the King of Nightmare Spirits and now had taken out the two golden Authority Fragnts from the Dream Queen herself.
If they continued to wait, once the other party absorbed all the fragnts, they would truly have no opportunity at all.
“No! This is wrong! He’s not Ninth Rank! It’s just a disguise, just an aura he’s projecting! We’ve been deceived!”
Just as Anvis was about to take the two fragnts, the Dream Ferryman, one of the five leaders among the trialists, suddenly shouted and then brazenly attacked Anvis!
After leaving the world of Fiona’s Dreamland, he had reverted back to his original appearance, a tall figure with a pitch-black alchemy mask covering his face, holding a gray-white magic wand nearly twice his height.
With his movent, Dream Power coalesced around him into a domain resembling a miniature world, which then violently smashed towards Anvis.
His action set a precedent for everyone else; in an instant, nearly half of the trialists instinctively followed suit, attacking Anvis together and quickly charging towards him, intending to snatch the Authority Fragnts.
Although in their own perception, the mysterious figure in the black robe always emanated a power level the sa as or even stronger than the King of Nightmare Spirits.
It was not that no one suspected the Dream Ferryman was intentionally lying to trick them into being cannon fodder.
But what if?
What if the other party truly wasn’t Ninth Rank and was just using so thod to disguise it?
Under the temptation of the Authority Fragnts, many trialists have begun to go mad.
The desire for greed has blinded their hearts, and fear is completely cast aside.
Even after their mindset had quietly shifted, the presence of the mysterious figure in the black robe seed to weaken, no longer giving that suffocating pressure.
This further convinced the attacking trialists that everything was just a trick to blind them.
“…This is a aningless action.”
Watching the crowd of trialists scrambling towards him, Anvis sighed lightly under his hood.
When fear no longer exists in one’s heart, the effect of Ancient Majesty diminishes greatly.
Although he has now obtained all of the Authority Fragnts, he is one final step away from completely controlling this place—entering the Core area of the Inheritance Land, leaving his own mark there, and accepting the ultimate inheritance.
In other words, he now had to act against his own future subordinates.
This made Anvis feel that it was very unprofitable, no matter how the battle went, he was the one who would suffer losses.
After briefly considering how to subdue all the trialists without inflicting too much harm on them, Anvis pocketed the two fragnts and protected the unconscious Fiona and the two small ones with a Force Field Shield.
The next mont, an enormous and tangible distortion force field, with Anvis as the center, spread indiscriminately in all directions.
Utilizing the Authority of the Inheritance Land, which was infinitely close to perfection, Anvis used the Force Field Control Ability of the Power Dragon clone to create a domain similar to that of a Ninth Rank.
In an instant, space within a hundred miles radius ca to a complete halt.
All trialists who rushed into this area, along with their attacks, were caught in stasis, frozen like insects trapped in amber, unable to move a muscle.
However, it’s worth ntioning that the figure of the Dream Ferryman was not among them. Or rather, he had only made a pretense of attacking and his true body had already slipped away amidst the chaos.
Anvis was indeed not Ninth Rank, but that’s relative to a true Ninth Rank. To these trialists, who were at most Eighth Rank, he was no different from a true Ninth Rank.
Looking at the trialists who had once again been subdued by his action, Anvis no longer paid attention to them. Instead, he began to mobilize the world’s rules to repair the environnt of this world to prevent the collapse of this miniature world.
“The pieces are now gathered, and I am about to head to the core of the Inheritance Land. You may temporarily return to your respective bases.”
After finishing the repairs, Anvis notified the Four Nightmares of his whereabouts, then activated all the Authority Fragnts.
A mont later, amid all the doubtful and complicated gazes present, a hazy white Light Gate opened up in the void.
To those whose authority was insufficient, it appeared rely as an illusory projection with no Magic Fluctuation. But as Anvis stepped forward, he eerily entered it directly, vanishing from everyone’s sight.
.….….
On the other side of the Light Gate was a pure white world.
Letting go of the girl still in deep slumber and the two little ones, Anvis looked around and was suddenly reminded of the space for creating character roles when entering the ga in his previous life, “Mysterious Era.”
The only difference here was the lack of the vague figure in the center that awaited the Player’s face customization.
While Anvis was observing the surroundings, ripples invisible like pebbles tossed into Mirror Lake suddenly echoed through this space.
“Please activate your authority…”
Anvis’s gaze shifted towards the source of the ripples, where a sowhat ethereal rainbow-colored Radiance erged unknowingly.
The mont his gaze touched the radiance, information was instantly transmitted into Anvis’s spirit.
With the Authority Fragnt as the dium, rging one’s spiritual imprint into the rainbow light granted complete control over the Inheritance Land and the ultimate dream inheritance.
Without any hesitation, Anvis controlled the Authority Fragnt tagged with his spiritual imprint within his Spirit Space and cast it into the rainbow-colored light in front of him.
Like tossing iron into a furnace, all the fragnts began to lt within the rainbow radiance and then converged into one place, forming a tiny, rainbow-colored, irregular octahedron.
The next mont, a petite projection coalesced around it as the core.
It was a mini-girl no larger than two fists, wearing a green dress with two pairs of wings that glittered with starlight on her back, resembling a Flower Elf as Anvis knew them.
“How long it has been, we finally welco an Inheritor…”
But upon seeing Anvis, she obviously paused, and her tone involuntarily weakened.
“Hm? The Inheritor… is it you?”
A figure cloaked in black, with the aura of Nightmare Spirits that could not be concealed, did not resemble at all the girl from the Prophecy who bore the world’s fate.
“Is there an issue?”
Gazing at this little creature with deep blue eyes, Anvis raised an eyebrow, asking with lively interest.
He suddenly perceived that he might have inadvertently encountered so extraordinary secrets.
“Yes, according to the Prophecy, the Inheritor should be a girl.”
Being indeed the Inheritor, the girl answered his questions without any concealnt.
“Could you tell the full content of the Prophecy?”
“Of course. My Creator told that my next master would be a girl bearing the [Key], arriving from the endless starlight, carrying ancient hopes, and master of the world’s future fate, until the mont when the stars return to their places.”
While speaking, the Flower Elf observed Anvis’s appearance and flew around him in a circle, perplexed.
“Could it be that you are just disguised as such, and your true gender is a girl?”
