"So what do we do? Even if it's less countries than what would have been, it still 100 countries it's not possible to ignore all of them." Pietro asked
"Well they want to control us by telling the people that we cause a lot of destruction that's why dia nowadays always talk about how Avengers are unhinged and so on. Thankfully Tony and I are major shareholders in social dia websites which project a positive image of us to the world. But it still not enough if we want to maintain our independence." Kenichi stated
"We need to go and Vienna and present our case." Natasha said
"Steve and Tony will go, I think both of them can present our cases better than anyone else." Kenichi stated
Tony raised his eyebrow in surprise as he didn't think Kenichi would ask him to go as well.
"I can understand Captain going there and making a case for us but Tony! Do you want them to piss those politicians off." Rhodes asked
Kenichi smiled at Rhodes question"Yes, those who genuinely believed we need an oversight will listen to Steve and understand our point but for those greedy bastards who want to control us, Tony will make it clear that we won't be listening to them. Anyway there are many countries that haven't signed the Accord, Japan being one of them so I will just go back to my country and anyone who wants to co can follow there."

A cathedral, packed with mourners. A choir is singing. Steve is one of six pallbearers carrying a coffin draped with the Union Jack. His eyes are red--he's been crying.
At the altar, a candle burns by a frad photograph of Peggy Carter in a military uniform. The label reads "Margaret 'Peggy' Carter". The priest addresses the mourners.
" And now, I would like to invite Sharon Carter to co up and say a few words." Priest said
Agent 13, Steve's "neighbor" from DC, steps up to the podium.
Steve sits beside Sam in a pew at the front. Steve is looking down and doesn't see Sharon walk up. Sam is watching, and nudges Steve. He looks up to see Sharon, who glances at Steve and takes a breath.
Sharon Carter takes a deep breath and started her speech "Margaret Carter was known to most as a founder of SHIELD . . . but I just knew her as Aunt Peggy."
Steve realizes who exactly Sharon is, and takes a surprised breath.
"She had a photograph in her office. Aunt Peggy standing next to JFK. As a kid, that was pretty cool. But it was a lot to live up to. Which is why I never told anyone we were related."
She looks directly at Steve.
"I asked her once how she managed to master diplomacy and espionage in a ti when no one wanted to see a woman succeed at either. And she said, compromise where you can. But where you can't, don't. Even if everyone is telling you that sothing wrong is sothing right. Even if the whole world is telling you to move . . . it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in they eye and say " No, you move.""

Later, Steve stands alone in the isle, still dressed in black. Natasha to him and he turns to her. He begins to speak without any introduction
"When I ca out of the ice, I thought everyone I had known was gone. Then I found out that she was alive. I was just lucky to have her."
"She had you back, too." Natasha said
"I am sorry Steve, Extremis has many possibilities but it can't rejuvenate soone" Kenichi who was beside Steve said softly
"I know thanks for trying, have you decided to co with us as well" Steve asked
"I will co, just to make sure nothing happens before you and Tony give your speech." Kenichi said as although Zemo's family is alive who knows soone else won't take his place to blow up the complex where the Accords were signed.

T'Challa wears a sharp suit and stands, looking through a glass wall.
Natasha and Kenichi were on the back not wanting to get attention but even though Tony and Steve were there it was hard to ignore the other two Avengers.
"I suppose neither of us is used to the spotlight." T'Challa said
"Oh, well, it's not always so flattering." Natasha said
"Prince T'Challa, since Wakanda is signing the Accords will you be wearing the bracelet these Accords want every enhance to wear or do you get immunity for it because of your status as prince " Kenichi asked sharply
Causing Natasha and T'Challa to look at him in surprise and Shock.
"I don't understand!" T'Challa said
"Co on prince T'Challa what I am asking is a simple question you want the Avengers and the other enhanced to follow the Accords so all I am asking is whether you will follow them or not, it's not that hard of a question." Kenichi said
"T'Challa what are you doing there co now, I want you to listen to what I have to say" T'Chaka the king of Wakanda said as he walked behind T'Challa, he nodded towards Kenichi and Natasha then pulled his son away with him.
"Father, his did Kenichi Shirahama find out about ." T'Challa asked
T'Chaka shook his head and says "I don't know but it doesn't matter right now, we can find about it later"
"Kenichi is it true" Natasha asked
"Yeah, I can sense his ki. He is a super soldier like Steve and Bucky." Kenichi said then turns towards the podium where T'Chaka was standing to give a speech.
"When stolen Wakandan vibranium was used to make a terrible weapon, we in Wakanda were forced to question our legacy.I am grateful to the Avengers for supporting this initiative. Wakanda is proud to extend its hand in peace."
T'Challa spots sothing outside and shouts "EVERYBODY GET DOWN!" As he runs towards his Father
An enormous explosion goes off between two buildings and destroys the conference hall.
Luckily for the people inside the two buildings no one dies as a red hue is covering them protecting them from their death.
"Steve, Tony. They are running at 5 O' clock. Don't let them get away." Kenichi said and the two Avengers run towards the direction where Kenichi said.
"Everyone go go go let's get out of here" Natasha said
"Don't go too far, this attack was to disrupt the Accords from getting rectified so if the attackers find out that there was no casualties they may attack again."
