After coming to Arica Kenichi has been constantly busy with his company and hasn't been able to track Bruce Banner but when he heard the news of so kind of green beast wrecking havoc in Porto Verde, Brazil Kenichi knew instantly that the story of Incredible Hulk has started, thankfully Niijima has been able to enter the Brazil market much earlier and his contacts there are good so he should be able to do what Kenichi wants.
Just as Kenichi was thinking of calling Niijima, he called Kenichi instead.
"Man I was just thinking of calling you" Kenichi said as he picked up the phone.
"Oh, that ans I will have a long life" Niijima snickered
"Well I am sure you will weasel your way out of any dangerous situation so yeah you will definitely live long" Kenichi said
"Thank you, Anyway you told to keep an eye on Porto Verde, Brazil for any military activity and then this happened, did you know sothing like this would happen." asked Niijima
"Well you can say I had faith in the Arican military to do sothing idiotic like this." Kenichi said with a smile
"That's true creating an international incident like this, they are really arrogant." Niijima stated
"But did you get the evidence that it was them."
"Of course I have photos, video and even the audio of them on their radio pretty much everything that I could get is with .Even that General Ross can be heard giving the command." Niijima stated
"That's good but Ross has a lot of connections it won't be enough. I am pretty sure that this guy is after Hulk because he wants to experint on it to make more like him albeit under his command."
"Don't worry I sent the Grandmaster of Zanshin Taisha-Ryuu. Those guys are happy because they don't have to worry about money and can focus on their training. I got a pretty good spy team under , it shouldn't be impossible for him to infiltrate an army base."
"Good, Make sure that he finds any and every dirt he can on Ross, I need to make sure that guy doesn't get away with it." Kenichi stated
"Ok, but why are you after this guy like this. You aren't the type to easily get angry not even the Yami was able to make you go after them like this." Niijima said
Kenichi was silent for a while then said "This guy is a fucking snake, he hides in grass and bites at you when you are not paying attention. The Yami I can handle them as like they are fighters but this bastard will use his connections and his political power to create problems so I am going to take care of it right now."
"Hmm... I understand don't worry when I am done this guy will have nowhere to hide hehehehe." Niijima snickered
"Thanks Niijima, now I can wait for him to screw up and you to catch him in the act"

But he was so sure of what he was onto, that he tested it on himself. And sothing went very wrong. Or it went very right. As far as I'm concerned, that man's whole body is property of the US Army." Ross said
"You said he wasn't working on weapons, right?" Emil said
"No."
"But you were. You were, weren't you? You were trying other things."
" One serum we developed was very promising." Ross stated
"So why did he run?"
"He's a scientist. He is not one of us. Blonsky, how old are you? 45?"
"39." Emil answered
"It takes a toll, doesn't it?"
"Yes, it does."
"So get out the trenches. You should be a Colonel by now, with your record."
" No, I'm a fighter. I'll be one for as long as I can. You know, if I could take what I know now, put it in the body I had ten years ago, that would be soone I wouldn't want to fight." Emil said
"I could probably arrange sothing like that." Ross said
The Grandmaster hiding could only smile thinking that this mission was so easy as these soldiers were practically spilling the secrets.

At Stanley's Pizza Parrior, After disguising as a Pizza delivery boy to enter Culver University to look for his research and not finding it, Bruce returned to the Pizza Parrior only to find his ex-girlfriend Betty Ross.
"Bruce?" Betty called out in surprise but Bruce had already exited and hidden away from Betty's sight.
Betty tried to find him but couldn't so he asked Stan about it who after hearing her pleading decided to tell the truth.
Banner was walking the streets, rain pouring around him and cars passing by him. Banner unsuccessfully signals to hitchhike at one. A car zooms toward Banner and stops right behind him. Betty exits the vehicle and the two stare at each other.
"Start speaking" said Betty
Banner knew he couldn't get away from her so he decided to tell her everything that has happened until now and after hearing that Betty decided to help him.
"Bruce, I don't understand why we can't just walk in and talk to my father."
"He told what he was gonna do. He wants it out of . He wants to dissect it so he can replicate it. He wants to make it a weapon."
"What is it like? When it happens, what do you experience?"
"Rember those experints we volunteered for at Harvard? Those induced hallucinations? It's a lot like that, just a thousand tis amplified. It's like soone poured a liter of acid into my brain."
"Do you rember anything?"
"Just fragnts. Images. There's too much noise, I can never derive anything out of it."

Betty cancels the date halfway leaving Samuel who finds out that she was going with Bruce Banner who was a fugitive and decides to inform his father.
In secret lab of General Ross.
"We're giving you a very low dose only. l need you sharp out there and disciplined.
First sign of any side effect, we stop and you're off the team until you straighten out. Agreed?" asked Ross
"Agreed." Emil replied
"You'll get two separate infusions. One into the deep muscle, one into the bone marrow centers. The bone ones are going to hurt."
GRUNTS* Emil grunts in pain as he takes the infusion
"ls everything okay?" asked General Ross
"l think so."
